Changing prices after booking and paying a deposit is not understood. Price Fluctuations during buying is aggravating

Ok but found as a solo traveller the single supplements were rather expensive. it took my days to find what I wanted. Did phone but was sent the wrong info. So did it myself. I am sure everything will be ok from now on.

It's true that while single supplements can start from a small percentage of the twin share tour price, some tour operators require a significant additional cost from solo travellers in order to cover tour costs. We found that the TourRadar staffers were both prompt and forthcoming in answering the specific questions we put to them in writing. We also appreciate the savings we received by booking through TourRadar rather than the company, Trafalgar, which is actually providing the travel service. We were a bit miffed that not until just before our booking did we receive the word that the partially-deferred payment schedule laid out in the TourRadar ad was really the policy of Trafalgar and that to get the lower price from TourRadar we had to pay the full price up front. We are waiting until this trip is over before deciding whether we will recommend TourRadar to our friends. We think the answer will be yes, but will wait and see.

You are absolutely correct - if the tour operator of your tour has an offer, we pass that onto you as our customer, with exactly the same terms and conditions as outlined by the tour operator. In 2018 i took two tours thru Tour Radar, one with Trafalgar and one with EuropaMundo. The Trafalgar/Costsaver tour was substantially better in every way than the tour with Europamundo, but I suppose that depends on the tour operator and not on Tour Radar which is the tour broker. I have now booked a tour with Cosmos for May 2019. So far the support provided by Tour Radar has been excellent. Let´s hope the tour itself with Cosmos is also up to par.

I have so much trouble opening your emails. Sometimes the computer seems to fade out before it comes back. I often cannot open them to ask questions. I have no trouble with any other emails I receive

Relatively easy to look through different tour options. Basic itinerary, pricing and dates were available. This helped a lot with my descision to book my hike/kayak trip. The downside was after I'd booked - The sheer number of emails was ridiculous. The information could have been succinctly told in just one instead of 12. The other downside was once I'd completed my transaction the information about my trip changed from anyone could participate to experienced needed. This is pertinent information when dealing with a multi day hike.
