Booking became problematic because the booking site online would not accept the visa payment. I rang my bank who contacted Visa. Everything in order but still no joy. Rang the Tour Radar helpline, and wonderful service from Vienna!!! My booking was completed over the phone easily. Happy💕👏!

I have so far dealt with several consultants on the issues of booking my tour, checking a price comparison and (maybe) referring a friend. I have travelled with Tourradar before when I generally dealt with one person. This time I was not able to speak to the same person twice and on one occasion I spoke to a person in Vienna who could not help me with any of my queries. I am in dispute over a lower price charged buy another operator and submitted documents but have heard nothing since apart from a whole string of requirements which are not mentioned in your advertising blurb. I have paid a deposit on the tour and am due to pay the balance next month. The only reason I am booking is because i have an accumulated credit from previous trips. At the moment I am feeling that I am just a booking number. Please reassure me!!!

Whilst we are available 24/7, our Customer Support agents work normal business hours within their local regions, so once they go home, agents from another region will take over to assist you. I had multiple phone conversations with TourRadar. The info I received was very beneficial and my family and I went ahead and booked a tour. One thing I wish we would have known prior to booking is that if you are going on a family trip with multiple members, you should really only do 1 booking. Since we had 4 separate families involved, we decided to make 2 bookings. Little did we know, that 1 booking could be confirmed and the other not. Our first booking was confirmed within 24 hours. It took over 48 hours for the second booking to be confirmed. We were definitely worried that the 2nd booking might not be confirmed. Since this was a family trip, we all needed to confirmed. Our deposit of $200.00 per person is not refundable. We just wish we would have been told this up front. Otherwise - all is great!

We looked for weeks trying to figure out what we wanted to see. We thought heavily about just renting a car but then decided at the last minute one of us was going to have to drive and the other navigate and that took away from us both seeing the country and worrying about driving. We found this site that would accommodate a small tour bus instead of the 50+ people ones and decided that this fits our needs. We put a 48 hr hold on it while we looked more and talked it over more then 5 hours prior to expiring we made the leap. Glad we did as this fits our time fram better and allows us some extra wiggle room prior and at the end.....good choice for us....

Got no information on whether I was booked or not. Got my VISA statement and saw that I was charged so I knew I had gotten booked. Called the number on VISA and found out the email address was wrong. No one ever asked my email address; so I assumed they knew it. Could not buy trip insurance until I knew the booking number. No way to find out the booking number from Trafalgar because I have to go through TourRadar. Had my email address changed to the correct one by the woman on the phone; but so far have not gotten any emails.

I originally booked a 14 day tour of Georgia through Tour Radar which was cancelled. A number of replacement tours were offered and the one that best fit was a 8 day tour. Because plane flights had already been booked, we had to book 5 days extra accommodation. The total cost of the replacement trip was about double what we would have paid for the original trip. Although Tour Radar are exceptional with their customer service and response to inquiries, I probably will not be using them again.

We understand how frustrating it is when the tour operator has to withdraw a tour. Looking forward to a trip, only to have the added stress of making alternative plans is a frustrating experience. Having said that, it looks like our Customer Support team were able to help you find a very similar tour that fits your plans almost perfectly! There seems to be a bit of a pricing difference, however, we are glad that we were able to line up alternative tour arrangements without having to change your original international flights! We thank you for your continued patience and thank you again for leaving such great feedback. Withdrawn tours are one of the biggest letdowns in the tourism industry. Luckily, we partner with tour operators all over the world and are ready to tackle such cases by finding alternative tours on your behalf. Also, these days, many operators do offer “Guaranteed Departures” which are not susceptible to being withdrawn.
