It is not possible ti communicate directily with the local tour operator on phone before booking, due tue Tour radar rules. All communication is on chat or via the Tour radar. Highly unprofessional

I booked for my first time on this travel agency. I was disappointed reading that my booking as solo traveller wouldn't have been possible. I got over this issue by booking for my son with me as well.

For most tours, single supplements are optional. For other tours, single supplements are either mandatory or not an option. Depending on the destination and the tour operator, some accommodation only has twin-share availability. I am a solo traveler and have used TourRadar before. I like the fact that they don't hide any fees, such as those applied to solo travelers. Finding the right tour is also very easy using the website and I got almost instant response from the operator confirming my journey. I am looking forward to this next adventure and hope that it will be as interesting and seamless as my previous experience with TourRadar.

Great booking site that enables you to find your perfect tour by applying a variety of filters. Tour descriptions are quite good. If you find details are missing, contact the tour operator. In my case, the replies came fast and with the required information. I especially liked the PayPal option to book my tour.

We came upon tourradar by chance, having been completely unaware of their existence. Enquiries to Regina river cruises directed us to your site for booking. We live on the Gold Coast and were able to ring Brisbane to ask some questions, all attended to well by Alana. Deciding to book the tour, we went ahead and started the online process. The quoted tour price was incorrect so an online chat with Max rectified that problem. We then found we could not go past booking the cabin as it would not let us select our cabin type. Again, Max to the rescue. Then, the final payment, after the deposit, was showing as incorrect. Max referred us to Jesse who rang me and sorted out the problem. On his screen the correct amount was showing up but not on ours. Just a little technology glitch. So what should have been a simple booking became a little long winded. We may have grey hair but we are used to making bookings and payments online so we're expecting it to be easy! With the help of the three lovely Canadians, it was sorted and we are looking forward to our trip next year. We will of course give you another review afterwards and let's hope it will be favourable.

The three representatives I talked with were not listening to my questions. Often times we were Conversing at the same time. I also asked them to send me the brochure that lists the places and prices of any additional side tours. So far I have not received this info either by email or text after 3 separate calls. The first one came thru in “spam” and I could not open the brochure. I requested another form of communication and have had no luck receiving the desired info.
