We came upon tourradar by chance, having been completely unaware of their existence. Enquiries to Regina river cruises directed us to your site for booking. We live on the Gold Coast and were able to ring Brisbane to ask some questions, all attended to well by Alana. Deciding to book the tour, we went ahead and started the online process. The quoted tour price was incorrect so an online chat with Max rectified that problem. We then found we could not go past booking the cabin as it would not let us select our cabin type. Again, Max to the rescue. Then, the final payment, after the deposit, was showing as incorrect. Max referred us to Jesse who rang me and sorted out the problem. On his screen the correct amount was showing up but not on ours. Just a little technology glitch. So what should have been a simple booking became a little long winded. We may have grey hair but we are used to making bookings and payments online so we're expecting it to be easy! With the help of the three lovely Canadians, it was sorted and we are looking forward to our trip next year. We will of course give you another review afterwards and let's hope it will be favourable.

The three representatives I talked with were not listening to my questions. Often times we were Conversing at the same time. I also asked them to send me the brochure that lists the places and prices of any additional side tours. So far I have not received this info either by email or text after 3 separate calls. The first one came thru in “spam” and I could not open the brochure. I requested another form of communication and have had no luck receiving the desired info.

I booked a trip for April 2020. I was allowed the select the date in April 2020 that I wanted. The price was quoted and I required a single person supplement. A deposit was frozen from my credit card on confirmation of my request. I was then told by the tour operator that the price was not valid as the prices advertised was the 2019 prices. The price for the tour was to increase by 10 to 15% and the single person supplement was to increase by $80. I was then later told that they could not find appropriate single accommodation for two nights and I was quoted a further increase of $55. What a rip-off! The advertised price should be the price I pay - that is based on existing consumer law. This has been a terrible experience and one that I will tell all my friends about.

I loved that I could do a reservation for free for 48 hours, because from 3rd world countries ppl still like to travel but its sometimes problematic due to credit cards limit... and hence it is the only payment you guys accept, i takes more time sometimes to find a credit card that will go through. Everything worked as charm... keep up the good work. Goran

Picked Touradar because I had looked at this previous Y on another site but had a bad response from the site. I had problems booking it easy to do online. Received confirmation immediately. Receipt of purchase followed quickly. Very excited about my Irish trip

Didn’t get to see Paris, very disappointed. Guide didn’t care, no vegetarian food, all they serve bread , ham& cheese. I am vegan , Tour Radar didn’t deliver what they promise. Will not recommend anyone
