The first leg of my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight. I called tourradar to see if I could arrange a transfer the following day and let them know I would not be arriving on time. There was no help provided. They gave me 3 emergency numbers to call. Noone answered. I was told the do not work on the weekends. You could chance it and maybe nothing bad will happen, but I won't be using this company in the future. I recommend you think long and hard before booking with tourradar.

Mixed response: we booked the listed optional activity only to be told we couldn't actually book that activity in advance. Hmm. We gave the code for the 5% discount for having traveled with G adventure before but it wasn't applied. Now I have to email about that.

Very easy booking experience for a first-timer. There's a lot of information provided on the tours, so there's a lot of time required to make a choice! However, once we set our mind on a particular tour, everything was done and confirmed within a few moments. I would certainly recommend TourRadar.

TourRadar's booking experience exceeded our expectations. The website was easy to navigate, equipped with useful filters searching for our ideal tour was quick. We're glad to have found this site thru a friend's recommendation. Presentation of various tours were also well organized that you truly get an idea of the itinerary and its inclusions. Very much impressed with their client service quick and knowledgeable response to our inquiries. Truly shows they care about fulfilling the travellers needs. They even connected us to one of their tour operators, Cultural Morocco, to whom, to date, have been very impressive in handling our travel needs. Amanar, from Cultural.. was very knowledgeable, quick and amazingly helpful in customizing the tour. We strongly recommend TourRadar and operator Cultural Morocco. It was seamless and I saved some money. I had not heard about TourRadar so I was a bit skeptical that I could get the exact same booking at a lower price compared to the cruise site. I sent an email for a quote with my specifics and within an hour I had an email response.
