“This is a terrible company with a poorest customer service I ever had. I bought tour a week ago and leaving on October 7th. I left 5-6 messages on their website trying to get in touch with Iglesias Travel which is a tour operator for Tourradar in Turkey.I wanted to know when and who will pick me up on first day of the tour and I have no response. I call 5 times but no customer service rep was able to give me any helpful information and all they can do is to send email to the Operator who is not responding. I asked several times to speak with the Manager:"not available","he will not be able to help more than we do"...it's a terrible customer service and no one taking ANY responsibility:this is a poorest customer service I EVER had traveling over 15 years”

Tour Operators sometimes stand on opposite time-zones to their customers and we advise that response times to an email can vary depending on the time of day the queries are received by their office. “Booking with TourRadar was very easy. The interface of the website is clear and simple to manoeuvre. We were looking at a tour that suddenly sold out! We were panicking as we worked other tour arrangements around that tour. Fortunately, TourRadar manage to get us on the tour. Thank you very much for making it happen. Grateful and looking forward to the tour.”

“Who is taking me on a tour or where will they pick me up? Am I with other people? Is there a contact person? I was waiting a few days for more info but nothing has come up. So, now what? *UPDATE* Everyone- both Tourradar and the tour company reached out to me and everyone has been amazing so far. Can't wait for the tour! Thank you all! : )”

“This was my first tour & it was nothing short of amazing. The itinerary was jam-packed with adventure & covered more than I ever intended to do had I gone on my own. Our tour guide Ra Moza Zoza was phenomenal. His knowledge of all the ancient sites made the trip even more fascinating. He was entertaining, polite, caring, funny & went out of his way to keep us safe, happy & gave us every opportunity to satisfy our every need. I highly recommend our tour guide & ttimeless tours & will definitely travel with them again.”

“The Tour was easy to book, and if I had questions someone always responded; although since I'm in Canada and they are in UK, sometimes there was a day or two wait...but they always responded!”
