Was very disappointed after booking the tour only to be notified by tour that I had to pay more. Jeesh. What's the point of using your service if I don't get the price quoted.

I found You Radar cumbersome to use, the sheer number of emails was confusing and facts tended to get lost in the verbiage for a non-computer user like myself. I would not recommend this agency .

I cancelled my order and experienced trouble contacting TourRadar for my refund. However, after seeing my post they resolved the issues swiftly and their customer service team were very considerate.

Got a great deal through TourRadar, but never got an email response. Rang up and was told one had been sent - but I had not received. Gave another email address - still not received a response or confirmation of booking. Will have to phone again tomorrow.

Regarding your emails, it's possible there is an error or typo in your email address or perhaps your booking emails are not reaching your inbox. We also understand it's frustrating to wait for confirmation of your booking, but in your case, there was a special permit for the Inca Trail required, which is issued by the Peruvian government and can take a little longer to process. Tour radar is easy to use and does offer competitive prices. I can not write a proper review until I go on my trip. Setting up the trip easy and the company called me before they ran my credit card to discuss any questions I may have had before anything was finalized.

I am happy about nearly every thing except the fact that I find Tourradar does not book the hotels on the trip, even though the tour operator's web site made it clear on their website for the exact same tour that they didn't book the hotels. Their customers were supposed to. I still do not know what hotels we are staying at and I need that information for my employers ASAP. Tourradar should have made it clear on their website how all bookings were handled.

I filled out forms on your site to complete my booking application . Then I got a request from the tour operator to complete very similar forms providing the same info ! But Touradar clarified and I didn’t have to complete additional forms . Your people are good but I can see communication with tour operators may need improvement. Your people respond quickly - which I appreciate

I’ve had good experiences with TourRadar in the past, which is why I wanted to book through you this time. However, I had conflicting email replies to my queries on a specific tour this time round. Then, when I tried calling the Spain number listed on your website, I got stuck in an automated loop where I was never able to speak to a person to resolve my issue. I had decided to give up and book directly with the tour company when I had a call from a NY number. The woman who called me (Liz? Lynn?) was both helpful and knowledgeable and saved the day. After speaking to her, I booked the tour through TourRadar.

The website was clunky. Fields filled in with values that couldn't be changed. I finally called and my tickets were mailed.

Provided the best pricing - I was dissapointed that I had to go directly to the tour operator to book my air and they would not book it until we had a confirmation of the tour. Consquently the air cost increased more than $100 pp waiting for the confirmation

I have some concerns in that there are changes being made by the operator (YET) after I have paid in full; changes to flights and also there is now a doubt as to whether we would be able to taken straight to a hotel on our arrival on Day 1. Not pleased!

TourRadar was cheaper than the others and had more of the availability that I needed. There was also no single supplement and the website was easy to navigate.

The website was easy and informative. It was nice to compare different options and to be able to limit your search. I just think after paying, the prices should be guaranteed. How can you send a customer an email saying there was a glitch with the tour and you will be charged more? I have never heard of such a thing... Very unprofessional!
