I like that you can reserve the booking for 48 hour to think about it first before payment and completing the booking process. Website was easy to navigate and user friendly.

I haven't been on the Tour yet but the Booking experience has been first class. Lots of correspondence, photographs of hotels etc.. Very happy

The booking experience was good and easy. The tour operator responded to my inquiries quickly. I noticed the different tours don’t display the information in a similar fashion or sometimes items are missing such as the cost of single supplement or the dietary choice. Also it should be clear if free airport transfer is included in the tours.

I am happy with the tour I booked but really frustrated with TourRadar as a middleman. There were lots of issues with the booking process that I haven’t experienced on other sites. The staff I dealt with were all wonderful but you should make the site easier to use and grant them the technology to resolve issues more quickly. ***edit: I would like to add that the company has been really responsive to my complaints in terms of getting feedback, calls, etc. I might use the site again if I could book something with a confirmation straight through. To explain a lil more: I found a tour I liked but the vendor couldn't confirm it right away, even though I called them. It took about 2-3 days to get it all nailed down and I ended up not getting the good flight I wanted as a result. Then TourRadar contacted me after I had booked my flight and dealt with the tour operator, and thought it was all done. However, TourRadar person told it wasn't confirmed yet and I needed to pay more, and messed up the discount code, so it took longer to book. In the end, I am happy TourRadar helps people connect with these trips but think the site should be simpler. If vendors want to sell a trip on there, they should sell it — the end. Don't tease me with a trip and then it can't be booked because I'm one person and then the dates change and then the extra charge because I'm one person doesn't go through, etc etc. Just really frustrating, especially when you are booking flights as well. HOWEVER, TourRadar does seem more concerned about customers' happiness than many other booking sites, in terms of outreach and customer happiness. I really, truly appreciate that because I've dealt with other booking sites that DGAF. So, if you've read this far you've gotten my full experience on the site. They have great trip options, the booking process isn't seamless, but maybe in the end you get a great trip booked at a great price :) *

We have had a look at your booking and can see that you placed a booking with one of our "self-service" operators. This means the operator handles all inquiries you send through, but for the protection of all travellers, TourRadar handles most of the pricing adjustments. To clarify, TourRadar works on a system whereby our operators send us notifications whenever assistance is needed during the booking process. This allows us to provide assistance as soon as possible and when necessary. However, this does mean that when an operator is closed for the day, delays can occur. Easy to select the different offers. However, when you decide to book a program, it is not very transparent what is the price of the program considering there is a price in the leaflet but the price on the booking changes without a clear explanation. If that price change is related to exchange rate then it should be stated in a detailed way how does that works. After all the price is in Euros and it is not expected a change. This is an improvement area.

After looking at lots of different websites and tours we settled on TourRadar as the information they provided was easy to follow. The booking process was very simple to follow and a bonus that you can pay a deposit and not have to pay the full amount straight away. Being able to make payments at anytime is great

Quite a simple process to book the tour. I would have given it five stars except for the strange payment process associated with the booking. The price for the tour seemed to change at various stages of the process. The price I clicked on to purchase was not the one I ended up paying. In fact, along the way, the price changed (went up) twice and only by applying a discount code which I obtained from an email, I was able to bring it down to something just above the price I thought I would pay. Just weird.

Tour Radar have been beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Tour providers they work with are brilliant and the help desk people both with tour radar and their providers are so friendly and personalise each chat to you. They dont read from a script which is refreshing. I can not rate them highly enough!
