“I had otoplasty done in January this year..it is something I have wanted to do for years as it has always affected me but I was abit nervous to get this done and always put it off. Then I got recomended by a friend who had the same procedure done at transform and she told me step by step everything and made me excited to get it done myself. I had a few consultations and everything went very smoothly. On the day I couldn't of asked for anything better. The Procudure, nurses and staff at transform were amazing they made me feel very relaxed and helped me recover Untill I will fit to go home. I received a card in the most saying get well soon and a phone call from them and a 24hr number if anything was a problem. From start to finish has been 5* I would really recomend them”

“I loved my experience with transform from start to finish. It was the best thing I've ever done and I actually want to do it all over again! I couldn't recommend them enough, if anyone is thinking about getting any type of surgery then transform is the place.”

“Friendly consultant who did the fillers and Botox. But I'm a little disappointed in the fillers because I thought I might see the difference , But I will visit them again although I'm disappointed”

“I had been for a consultation at another London based cosmetic company with an consultation facility in Chelmsford and appalled by the service at BOTH establishments, this put me off surgery for 18 months then I heard about TRANSFORM and arranged an appointment at Norwich with apprehension, needless to say, this was the most relaxing experience one could have seeking surgery. All the staff from entering the building were polite friendly and supportive. Mr Giannas my consultation surgeon was only too happy to answer all my questions without rushing me through the process and was more than happy to see me for a second consultation after having had time to consider his advice on what was best for me. I had breast augmentation surgery at Transform Hospital and have to say though nervous it was a great experience. The care was second to none and Mr Giannas and his anesthetist were fantastic and made me feel at ease throughout so much so I am planning another surgery soon. . So thank you to the "other" company for making me feel uncomfortable and rubbish allowing me time to find TRANSFORM.”

“No fuss, no hassle, no pressure. Consultations and appointments timely, ALL staff polite and caring. Follow ups efficient and hassle free. Happy to work around busy lifestyles and reasonable prices. I have felt values and well cared for. I have recommended to many of my friends and family, one of which has already had her surgery. Thank you Transform.”

Sometimes certain patients require more time with the practitioner than was initially anticipated and this can delay the clinic. “Everyone is very welcoming and professional. Maria remembers you and listens to your requirements. The setting at the Pines is a bit of a faff to get to, and I definitely preferred the Bowdon clinic. My only criticism is that the pricing structure for Botox is such that it is easy to have too much and be left with the 'frozen face' look. For example, I have a frown line and a few small wrinkles on my forehead. Instead of being able to have just a few injections in what I call the 'triangle', I had to pay for two areas, which means that the centre of my forehead was frozen solid, resulting in Dr Spock brows. Julie did recommend that I came back in two weeks to have a small amount of Botox over my eyebrows, but I don't like the effect that a frozen forehead has on my eyelids. I would suggest pricing Botox per number of injections rather than 'areas', not for everyone, but for those that wanted less, rather than more. Sue.”
