on Tue , the 23rd Feb 2021. I booked a ' document under 200mg TNT EXPRESS delivery to Germany with them.
Before I completed the order I called their office, was told that it would take up to 2days and assured the document would be in Germany by Thurs 25th Feb . I then went ahead completed the order. Today I found out that the ' online booking went to LANDMARK" and will take anything up to 14 days.
Thru their online booking system I was led to believe I booked an Express document delivery service via TNT when it reality it went to a 14 day delivery service called Landmark.
These are important documents, I did not choose a '14 days delivery service' online, why I would do so for an impotant document is beyond me.
I have now filed an OFFICIAL LETTER OF COMPLAINT to TRANSGLOBAL EXPRESS LTD. My next step will be to file an official complaint with CDR, UK, CONSUMER ARBITRATION.

I paid them full amount but Our agreement before I placed the order with Transglobal express to not to send the shipment until I instruct them to send it after my house quarantine was totally ignored and Parcel was sent by DHL on 2 separate destinations with complete wrong weight information which took long time to arrive at actual destination.
When it finally arrive at the actual given destination after 2 weeks, because of their multiple mistakes when I was imposed huge customs warehouse fines and parcel was delayed extremely Transglobal express did not co-operate at all to sort the situation. tried calling them several times but no good response was received.
After 45 days I still don't have the shipment, Have huge fines on it and added huge stress on top of that to me and my family and all transglobal express did so far is kept ignoring me even after this all happened because of their mistake in first place.”
“I sent a parcel from UK to Italy on the 4th of January, today is the 24 of January and they still play with brexit thing that this package couldn't go there so now if I track it isn't clear where it is. Until today I still don't have info regarding it. Please do not use this service.”

“My order has been shipped by the seller on October 27th from the UK to Croatia. It's been more than a month now and it still hasn't arrived. Transglobal Express is avoiding to confirm the location of the shipment and are giving false allegations when it will arrive. The order tracking doesn't work. Every time I try to contact them they politely ask for an additional 48 hours to get an update on the shipment. They always come back with the same dishonest reply.

“No knowledge of customs, documentation or rules and regulations. Be ready for no assistance from the company in case of any issues. The shipper needs to have all the knowledge about international shipment, since Transglobal will advise only on money part. My shipment is stuck and the company refused to offer any help for same. Pathetic service!”
“I had a 2 year old Kenmore Elite French door fridge made by LG. Its linear compressor failed. I had a local repairman as well as transglobal confirm this. Transglobal stated they could replace the compressor for about $600 and that there would be a 3 month warranty. After one month of the repair, the fridge broke again. Transglobal sent out a repairman who looked at the fridge completely told me that the compressor failed and needed to be replaced. He stated that he would order this and get back to us. For 3 weeks we did not hear from Transglobal so I called and got quite surprised. They stated the fridge was blocked and could not be repaired. I suspect they did not want to honour their warranty as these compressors are known to have a high failure rate. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONOURABLE.
I asked to talk to the manager; the receptionist gave a lame excuse about the system needing to be rebooted to do so. I stated I would wait on the phone and she stated she did not know when the manager would be available. She stated that the manager would call within 24 hour which of course they didn't.”

!4 days ago I took a parcel bound for Australia to the Post Office, cheapest price £68 and 42 days sea-bound delivery.
Found Transglobal online the same day, quoted £30, followed all their instructions, package picked up by DPD, delivered to their Feltham depot, and onwards to Oz.
It arrived today, 10 working days, less than half P.O. price.
Incredibly helpful customer service, would highly recommend.
