Customer service staff was very helpful. The price for sending parcel was competitive. Was able to track parcel to destination. Unfortunately the country of destination, customs charges was almost the same cost for the recipient to be able to receive the parcel. I was also asked to produce receipts for contents, which were clothing, so delivery took a lot longer, no fault of Transglobal, but I think useful for others to know and be aware of, as I would have appreciated knowing in advance what to expect.

The letter I had paid to be delivered next day arrived 3 days late so it was an expensive waste of The birthday card which I paid to arrive the next day was 3 days late. It was an expensive waste of time. Will not use again.

Previously great but as I’m trying to send presents to family overseas, due to nature of individual presents being sent this has caused much stress and hair pulling trying to fill in customs form. Not helpful. They should just tell me not to bother. No idea how I’m going to post presents now as it’s too hard, thanks for nothing

For quite some time I used Transglobal as my only courier service with no problem. Then they lost my parcel in their depot itself, gave misinformation about their claims procedure in a curt and unprofessional manner, and then when I complained separately, they appointed the same person who was dealing with the claim as the person to deal with my complaint...a bit like marking your own homework or giving yourself a stern talking to. I would now say to avoid Transglobal like the plague - they're great when everything is going OK but compare badly with other couriers when they have to put a mistake right.

Used several time for shipping parcels from UK to Japan. Good clear website, competitive pricing to other consolidators, helpful customer service and so far all shipments have been collected, shipped and received efficiently.

Got parcel delivery from UK to USA in four days, straightforward & easy site to use. Customer service were great with queries & responded quickly.

Decent prices, good service and they actually do handle complaints and errors pretty well. You just need to remember that they're a broker, not a courier in their own right so you're buying a handling service from them, not a fully delivery service directly.

I have used Transglobal numerous times to send parcels to family in New Zealand, the service is good with updates always showing where the parcel is. The staff are excellent, I have difficulty with the Commodity Codes and they are always very patient with me and help me through identifying the right codes for oddball christmas presents. I recently used Royal Mail tracked service for a small parcel...the tracking told me it had left the UK, then nothing till it arrived 5 weeks later!

Previously I would give this company 5Stars. My son lives in Africa and I needed to send two parcels to Norfolk to be taken to Botswana because there is no delivery service where he lives. The first parcel arrived the next day but the second one a couple of weeks later didn’t get delivered. Apparently at Transglobal mistakingly used the previous delivery code so it got lost with DPD, hence missing the deadline to go on to Africa. They did refund the costs but six months on the parcel is still here - very distressing for us all.

Customer services when there are no problems is ok. However, then the document does not reach its destinations then problems start. La time this happened several months or so ago and we never even got the £50 they insure it for.

As always your service is marvellous, helpful staff if you get stuck. You keep the customer in the loop with a message to give the hour slot for pickup and from my own experience the driver is on time, in fact he told me yesterday he was 47 seconds early. My son tells me he gets regular updates as to where the parcel is and delivery date, which is usually within a week.

I'm not sure why this company is rated so low, because I had a great experience with them, not once but every time I dealt with them. Their customer service is fantastic, really caring and always go the extra mile to help with my enquiry. What I find incredible is that you can actually call them and speak to an advisor right away, whereas many companies these days are tough to reach, and you need to wait 4+ hours to get a 'copy/paste' email that doesn't even solve your issue. That's not the case with Transglobal. As a business owner, I value excellent customer service, which I receive every time from Transglobal. If I could suggest any improvement, it would be making the website a bit more straightforward. I post small parcels, and if it would be easier (faster) to use and book them like some of their competitors, I would undoubtedly use Transglobal every day.
