“This is the first time I have used Travel Direct UK Ltd having found via Google that the company is able to obtain visas for China. The website was easy to use and I was able to download the necessary forms along with the clear instructions. I followed the instructions to the letter, and had new passport photos taken. I opted for the 5 day option and posted the documents in a special delivery envelope (obtained from the Post Office), and 8 days later, which included a weekend the special delivery envelope containing the passports and visas arrived. Excellent service!”

“Travel Direct gave me a detailed response within minutes of my sending identical enquiries about assistance obtaining Russian and Chinese visas to several agencies. They obtained Russian 'invitations' within less than 24 hours and advised regarding the Russian visa application. My wife and I had to come to the Russian visa processing centre in Edinburgh to be fingerprinted. We called in on Travel Direct on that day and met Albert, who clearly knows the processes inside-out. He saved us a lot of time, helping us to complete the Chinese applications. He helped us focus on the essential documentation and avoided our printing out other evidence which we might have done without his advice. Despite our tight schedule and unusual route of entry into China, his clearly very knowledgeable and professional approach left me entirely reassured that we would have the visas on time. Travel Direct picked up our passports/visas from the Russians and got the passports and Visas back to us exactly 1 week after they were released by the Russians. A first class service. Excellent value. I would highly recommend using them, particularly if you don't live near a Chinese visa processing centre, are working to a tight time schedule or are making an unusual journey.”

“I was having issues getting my visa from the London Visa Application Centre but Travel Direct was able to quickly get me the exact visa I needed. It would have been nice to have received emails informing me that my application passport had been received and that it had been sent back to me, although I was able to track the packages via Royal Mail so it's not really much of an issue.”

“Obtaining a Chinese visa was easy peasy with Travel Direct. Smooth all the way through. We got telephone help with anything we were not sure of on the form. Our forms etc. were sent off on a Saturday by registered post and our passports with the intact visa was returned to us the following Saturday morning. Wonderful service.
