Context: long time Traveloka user (since 2016), first time having to cancel a multi leg journey Singapore - Kuala Lumpur - Singapore - Hong Kong - Singapore Had a harrowing experience as I had to make changes and cancellations to my flights due to a family emergency which forced me to stay in Kuala Lumpur beyond my initial plans. I requested a reschedule the day of the incident (24 hours prior to flight) and didn’t receive any update until three hours later when I was notified that my reschedule request was rejected. Only managed to get around to a cancellation request the next day where the customer service requested I provide proof of my emergency (which I did and required me to spend more time in hospital administration) only to be told my cancellation is rejected as my cancellation timing did not meet airline policy despite traveloka taking a total of THREE HOURS to get back to my initial query On my next reservation (flying out of Singapore to Hong Kong) the customer service agents insisted that they could not do anything to change my flight, I had to call SQ directly to make my reservation change where the SQ agent told me the Traveloka side would have had full autonomy to make the changes. In contrast the SQ agent was very much on the ball and helped me with my issue almost immediately. As a loyal customer for many years, all I can say is I am disgusted by the lack of customer care shown by this company. No empathy was shown for customers in dire circumstances and I will never use their service again.

Terrible service and would never use again. We arranged a hotel transfer from the airport, our plane was delayed an hour and we arrived at Depansar airport and our taxi was no where to be seen. We got some help off another taxi operator who was waiting for his customers coming off the same flight who agreed to call them. The driver came to get us and when we were dropped off we were told we need to pay an additional 50000 rupiah for him waiting. When I refused due to the plane delay out of our control, he started swearing at us in front of the hotel staff. Would not recommend for anyone to use their airport transfer services. Disgusting welcome to Bali

DO NOT use this company traveloka it’s impossible to get either flight change or refund they will take all your money with the worst customer service.they give you the run around and never do anything

Horrible expereince here with traveloka, very irresponsible, waste of time, and money. Attention all fellow travellers, I am facing horrible experience with the traveloka. I booked a ticket last year from Asia to Europe via traveloka, the Qatar airways. The airlines rescheudle significantly from 19th to 18 May. Requested refund, traveloka denied. A waste of time and energy. Called airline, let the returns tickets for a year. Started trying to get refund again in April this year, 2024. Traveloka website is not up to date, do not let the refund proceed. Airlines said refundale, in between several hours writing to them finally they said it is expired on 4th May, told me on 7th May 2024. It is more than 40, 000 THB. very irresponsbile and not providing basic necessary service like proper function webstie. So, be cautious using traveloka if the unexpected changes come they are horrible in terms of service and responsibilty. I am still following up on this issue, hopefully they will take necessary responsible action on this matter. (my family had been the biggest fun and long term customers for the decades. But not anymore!!!!)

Traveloka Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. The website and App is not functioning properly. Prices fluctuate super quick and the App have cheating system by keep showing the lower rate compared to other platform and after you reach to the payment stage, the price changes and will be higher than other platform. Honest review, I regret booking through Traveloka and customer service is very lousy and not trustworthy. I request a call back from the duty manager on shift however the call centre agent refuse to arrange and for 3 business days, I was informed the duty manager on shift is not available.

Inflexibility based on policy but happy to resell your non-refundable cancellation to someone else. So don’t cancel, and let the hotel know you’re not arriving so that can resell and make the money, instead of Expedia.com (who is the wholesaler)

Buyer Beware. !! Terrible, Make sure you check your carryon luggage is included in ticket! Booked and tried to add carry on luggage a whole day before flight. Told need 72 hours to make any change to ticket by Traveloka. Have to purchase luggage carry on now at the airport. Nowhere on the ticket states a time frame. Their website also useless, no ticket shows up although purchased. Then had to I call them. Staff polite but useless on phone. Not their fault. Would not use again.

Worst travel Agency ever spoke to one of the agents and she don’t know what to do very unwillingly and unlikely to help. She can’t do her job and a bunch of scammers. My ticket was fully refundable and the agent told me she can’t process it cause it got rejected when I just book my flight 30 minutes ago and it was fully refundable she said I have to wait 30-90 days. Very unacceptable customer service don’t know what to do. Please don’t book your flight with them the inconvenience and frustration is not worth it.

I had approval from my bank and sufficient funds in my account they deny me to sell the ticket final price was much higher than they offered on web Crooks stay away please

Worst platform. Avoid at all costs. App changed the date of travel and ended up paying more. Worst yet, when flight rescheduled, they can't return my money and always blaming the airline.

Cũng mua vé bao lần trên traveloka nhưng lần này rất bực mình với cách làm ăn lừa đảo của đại lý. Mua vé tết 2014 mùng 7, trên web show 8h05’ mà xuất vé 20h05, gọi hãng máy bay khiếu nại thì ko có giờ máy đó, phải tốn tiền đổi chuyến, không có 1 bằng chứng nào chứng minh mình đặt 8h05 vì nó đâu gửi email xác nhận để yc thanh toán. Đây không gọi lừa đảo thì gọi là gì!? Nhưng cũng cảm ơn vì bài học này mà vĩnh viễn không bao giờ mua vé hay sử dụng dịch vụ trên mấy trang web của các đại lý nữa

Because of pricing… beware of traveloka website as this a a scam. The total bill in the website is different from what they have charged you. The total amount we saw was 500 plus where the charging is 4K plus. I feel like this is a scam whereby they have hidden fee and didn’t show the correct fee. Beware of website.

I tried booking a hotel in Vietnam, Can Tho. After many attempts, I was informed by them that payment fail so booking didn’t go through. All transactions shows pending and that it didn’t go through. Then afterwards I found out they have charged me for my booking. I was unaware that payment went through. I found out after the day of my reservation date because they asked me for a review. Then I went through my bank account and found out they have charged it on the day they said payment fail. I have been in contact with them for a week now for a refund. They keep telling me different things. I keep telling them it’s their fault for not informing me that payment went through. I did not get an email confirming that payment went through and that I have a booking. I got no e voucher from them. I don’t even see a the receipt of the transaction on the their app. I only found out from my bank account charges. They are not a trust worthy site and customer service is horrible, as they don’t understand your situation and answered as a computer agent. I’m never using them again after this.

I booked the ticket from traveloka and the airline was CANADA AIRLINE. CANADA AIRLINE suddenly rescheduled my flight after I bought the ticket, I received an email from traveloka and I was given the right to change the date or time of the flight if I don't like the reschedule made by CANADA AIRLINE or to get a refund. to connect with traveloka via chat is the most difficult and you have to wait for about 5-6 hours, to get their answer, and for each of your questions, you will receive an answer after 1-2 hours. (traveloka you need to fix this problem) back to the story when I made a request to withdraw because I couldn't follow the schedule, at first they didn't allow it on the grounds that Canada Airline decided to change the schedule. I tried to request a refund but it was not allowed because the tickets I bought from them (traveloka) cannot be rescheduled and refunded. first it's not my fault for rescheduling. I ended up giving bad feedback on traveloka to end the chat and I had to buy a new ticket. this is what makes me determined not to buy tickets through this platform again.

I bought 4 tix for what I thought was admission to Singapore Sentosa Adventure cove. Turned out these were skip the queue tickets for some of the popular rides. When I reached Sentosa, I was told I had to buy the admission tickets and could ask Traveloka for refund. Wrote to Traveloka to ask for refund on the basis their info for the package on the website was unclear and misleading. I didn't get a refund at all. Boycott Traveloka at all costs.
