I have made my flight booking on 30 Nov 2021 with traveloka, booking was confirmed for: - Departure 1 Feb (BKK - CKG) with Thai Smile. - Return 31 March (CKG - BKK) with Singapore Airlines. I received an email on 20 Jan from the ticketing support that my flight was canceled by the airline because they are not operating until 17-Feb-2022. Traveloka offers a full refund of my departure flight, they mention it will take 30 days. This is unacceptable, I need the money plus by the time I check the flight availability online on 25 Jan for 1 Feb the price has gone up 3x from what I have paid. I can’t effort that. Its been a long inefficient process, I called them back and forth, talking in the email asking for a better solution as currently my travel itinerary is fixed, I have all my other bookings confirmed for my trip (return flight, hotel bookings, PCR test appointment, etc). Suggesting Traveloka take the responsibility to make a booking replacement with any airline for the same date that I booked (1 Feb). All agents speak with templates, they always told me that “this is not their fault” that my booking was canceled, it's the airline. Let me remind you here, I made the booking and paid fully with Traveloka, whatever reason you gave me it's not my problem. You guys should have resolved it better with Thai Smile, its your business partner. They told me “it's impossible” to rebook you a new flight (I saw lots of options available for flight on 1 Feb). Funny how it was very “possible “ for you to get my booking canceled, and ruin my trip but impossible to fix it. What’s the point of using your service? I don't get any support here, only adding more problems. The service that you provided is not worth my time anymore. No sense of sensitivity, you guys didn't listen to your customer's problem nor care or sympathy how I have to carry the problem that you have caused. Over 1 week of back and forth call and email with Traveloka resulted in nothing but frustration. You guys should be embarrassed, amazingly poor customer service.  I suggest training your agents properly and teaching them how to be real support, especially the Ticketing Admin Support agents (they are lack understanding and speak with templates). Someone from the manager level should evaluate my case and spot all the underperformance agents that have handled my case here. I have been working in the service industry for over 8 years and so far your SOP is the worse. Having to talk to the CS agents over the phone that barely can confirm/answer any of my questions, they always said "I have to escalate it to the ticketing team and let them respond to your email" and I have to deal with another team via email with a very slow response. Then I have to call CS again to follow up and be told the same thing "I have to escalate it to the ticketing team". Super inefficient, I hope you can improve this process in the future. Now my issue is still not fixed, I have no flight to go home nor the right solution from Traveloka. For sure not going to use Traveloka and delete the app soon. Thanks,

Made our booking via Traveloka and when we want to reschedule our trip. Called every other day and no action taken. No update till the trip was taken place and our discovery vouchers were wasted. Never ever use their services l. They dont even worth a star!

I make booking for a day tour via traveloka, in the progress of booking the tour, I was not informed in anywhere that the booking made in traveloka is ONLY a voucher that I need to redeem it. I would need to call the tour agent to make the reservation for the tour on my own 5 days before. how come Traveloka don't highlighted this at all in the page where ppl make the booking. only after the booking and the email sent then find out! what a squeaky way to do business and put up a false front and trick ppl.

If there is a ZERO RATING, I would give it to TRAVELOKA!!! I can’t imagine how a company like this continue offering their services to the public when they can’t even resolve issues like the REFUND to clients!!! We are so stressed because of Traveloka. It’s been more than a year and they haven’t given us the refund for our cancelled flight booked year 2020! Imagine! WE WILL FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM!! We will not let this go!! You are fooling people Traveloka! You should not be offering people services when you are not even attending to your customers’ refund request! It’s the airline that cancelled our flight, hence, you should refund our money!!!

Not helpful, charging for everything even airlines not charging the services like minor name correction is permitted by airlines but traveloka charging huge service charges for that. I would like to book directly from airlines website instead of traveloka. That is cheaper and much convenient.

For those who are going to book anything thru Trevaloka please do not book.They are worst and irresponsible.I have book a flight and does not aware that flight is Non VTL Flight until the Airline alerted me.I managed to settle From Singapore to KL by my own from Jet Star.Back to Singapore by Scoot with 3 pax.Spoken to 3 Customer Service to get them to assist.Mardiah,Hafiz and 1 more could get her name.This is the answer that they gave it to me.Pay additional 2 thousand and 8 hundreds plus just to change VTL flight.Rediculious trips to KL got to pay 4 hundreds plus and additional ringgits.Please out there do not go to 3rd party.They are irresponsible.

Dont use this trash service, i bought ticket from them, and the flight cancelled due to Covid, then they asked me to pay another fee for changing the flight destination.

Worst app ever. The app prompt that payment failed and thus i make another booking. But end up the first booking actually went through!!! I had 2 bookings for the same day in the end. Asked for a refund and was rejected!!! Talking to their customer service is totally waste of time too. They keep asking for verification when I am talking to them from my account using the app. and they take damn long to get back. by the time, they got back its like a day. Regret using this app and its my last time.

Let me start with the good points: they offer good deals - cheap, discounted airfares and hotels/accom. They are my go to in case cheap hostels/guesthouses on my dates are not anymore available on the other booking platform. Okay, bad points. It was my first and only time that I booked an airline with them because they offered good deals. Pandemic came, strict quarantine measures were implemented along with social distancing measures were put in place and borders were shut to name a few. My airline has annpunced that they are accepting refunds for flight tickets booked, but Traveloka was slow to update themselves and hence my rt tickets were only made available for refund a month before my flight. After several exchanges of messages on their app, finally, they requested my ticket for refund with my airline. UNFORTUNATELY, more than 90 banking days have passed and my refund is still left unprocessed. I have made several follow ups, and still they can only provide the same status - my refund is still with the airlines. I am unable to verify if this is indeed the status since the airline and their wholesaler won’t help to give details and have only directed me to Traveloka for the status. Check their FB page, you will find horror stories of customers who have not still received their refunds despite airline has processed them or they may refund but less for the wholesaler fee. Seriously, no one wanted to put off their travel plans if not due to the pandemic! This is a hard lesson learned for me. I always booked with airlines directly and never booked with agencies. Unfortunately, their deals are just so great that you will really want to book with them but refunds are a nightmare! Never again that I am booking with and trusting Traveloka!

Do NOT trust Traveloka or ever, ever through them. Etihad canceled our flight due to the coronavirus and we are eligible for a partial refund, but after many weeks we discovered that Traveloka never even submitted our refund request to Etihad. At the end of the valid period Traceloka will sumbit the refund request and keep all the money to themselves. We have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism and in the small claims court here in Malaysia. Avoid traveloka at all cost if you want a smooth travel. You may have to pay a little more by boking directly through the airline but this is nothing compared to loosing your entire money, in addition to the stress you will feel should the airlines reschedule their flights especially during this uncertain times--

Our flight was cancelled last May 8 ,2020. I am really Mad because of TRAVELOKA. I sent a letter several times for a refund but they respond me DUE TO COVID 19 . well, i understand that but it's almost 110 days passed since i cancelled my flight. C'mon traveloka . when will you get my money back ?

Traveloka steals from People - Police involved I made a booking in January and canceled in April when I was told the flight was canceled by Citylink. I filed a refund request for COVID and Traveloka said they will process the cancellation. 3 weeks later, I did not hear anything, so I contacted Citilink, who told me no cancellation has been made by Traveloka. (meaning they lie) I have contacted them over 20 times, however always the same lie and no action. Citilink has accepted a 100% refund, but it seem Traveloka plan to keep the money. The next step is to report them to the police for Theft. Very dishonest management in this company, they belong behind bars

I had booked tickets through this agency and everything seemed okay until I needed to reschedule my ticket. The conditions of my rescheduling was that I could do so at no extra cost up to 1 hour before the actual flight, as I had paid extra for that specific ticket. However, once I asked for a reschedule, they asked me to pay roughly an extra $140 and that they could only process this in Indonesian Rupiah because their system was not working and that I needed to have an Indonesian bank account. The fact that they have asked me to pay an extra $140 when the ticket itself only cost $96 and buying a new ticket from the same website was only going to be $76 was just pathetic. Also, I am from Australia and don't have an Indonesian bank account, how was I supposed to make such payments? I contacted them via phone and email many times and never could they understand what I asked nor could you understand a word they said as their English was very limited. This had been going for 4 days and nothing had happened. I therefore, asked them to just refund me the ticket, whatever of it they could. Bu this couldn't be processed in time as they kept back and forth with emails. Finally, after my original flight had taken off, they send me an email to say "sorry we can no longer process your claim nor refund your ticket because your flight has taken off. Never again! It's not the amount of money I have lost, but rather the trust and play around they did with me.

Not recommended because you will get charged of reschedule fees even thought you immediately inform them within 10 minutes. So be careful when you book with them.
