The product supplied was good quality however that was the only good thing about the transaction. The original delivery was the wrong size, to return this (shorts with a weight of 140grms) cost £6.99 using the service provided by Trekkinn I then had to pay again for the smaller size. the refund for the wrong size was eventually paid 14 days later and for some reason it was a couple of pounds less than the original price I will not use this company again stay well away. very poor service and customer service is almost non existent.

Scammers!!! Have Paid for jacket and they ‘send it’ with 4-5 working days tracking delivery. Have try many times to locate a parcel using the code, but unsuccessfully - always showing that this parcel not exists. Try to contact them on email, and they responded that currently my situation is under investigation with delivery company and will take around 10-15 working days to have some answers... and I read a lot of reviews that this happen to most of the buyers. Avoid them with any cost, otherwise they will ruin your plans. Useless costumer service as well.....

Ik heb eind november gympen besteld en die heb ik nog steeds niet ontvangen. Meerdere malen contact opgezocht en tot 2 weken geleden werd er nog gereageerd op mijn chat en mail met het verzoek om te wachten omdat ze het bij een andere afdeling hadden belegd. Pakketje is zoek maar eerst moet de ene afdeling goed uitzoeken WAAR die precies is gebleven, daarna gaat hun legal afdeling bepalen hoe ze deze case kunnen oplossen. Op mijn verschillende e-mails en chats van de afgelopen 2 weken wordt niet meer gereageerd. Zo'n klantonvriendelijke aanpak heb ik nog nooit van mijn leven meegemaakt.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered a backpack on December 7th and I still don't have it (after 40+ days). They keep sending me a link to track it that DOESN'T WORK and have told me several times, "you will have it soon". I was assured that I would have it a few days after Christmas. Today I waited 2.5 hours to talk to someone in the Chat Box. I was 55th in line. When I had about 8 people in front of me--a message popped up that they were no longer on line. Seriously? I've never seen anything like it. At this point, I just want a refund--but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed. I will NEVER order anything from them again--I hope you do the same.

WORSE company EVER. Tradeinn canceled my transaction without my authorization and they did not send me any notification by e-mail saying they have decided to proceed like they did. Two days before they canceled my purchase, I received an e-mail from their "customer service" saying there was an important delay with the shipping and they asked me if I was okay with that. I answered their e-mail by ASKING IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO CANCEL my transaction and they REPLIED IT WASN’T (apparently because the package had already been shipped). And now, when I log into my account, I can see that they canceled it anyway. This is a crooked way to get money out of customers’ pockets and make them go through a nightmare for being fully reimbursed. I am glad I paid via PayPal. I know PayPal will be able to help me with the reimbursement since I doubt Tradeinn will actively do something about that.

Credit where it’s due...After reading the reviews below, I actually abandoned my first attempt to order with Trekkinn, but the shoe colour and the price lured me back, so I went ahead. One week to the day, they’ve just arrived - right colour, size and the brand I wanted. So I’m happy, though I sympathise completely with anyone who’s had a bad experience.

Tradeinn fails to send the parcel. It's not even gone out from origin country. They don't want to make a refund until the parcel gets back to them. It passes more than a month since I did the order.

Order placed online 7th Oct. today 11th Nov. this company keeps postponing my order ship date, they keep saying that the item has not reach their warehouse from with Spain, basically no one can tell me exactly where the item currently is, when is the shipping date, why it has taken over 4 weeks and still nothing in sight, Maria at customer service gives standard replies, she even said she will take this on board and revise my concern/issue with the appropriate teams to resolve it. That should have been done 2 weeks earlier if this company has any decency towards their online customers. Then she even end with "have a great day"! Wanda on customer chat not even helpful at all, called them once and was told to wait and wait. If you people are serious about buying online in an efficient manner, go elsewhere and save a lot of hassle.

Terrible experience shopping with them. No shipping or processing happened for me and I didn't delay in reaching out to my credit card company to raise a dispute on this while canceling my card also.

Worst service ever. Place an order on the 10/10/19 with an estimated arrival time of 18/10/19-21/10/19 but the order arrived at the delivery address 31/10/19. This was after I had tracked the item and noticed it was going in the wrong direction and raised this with tradeinn. Mostly received automatic replies and took countless frustrating emails to get through. As I left for a trip on 24/10/19 I still don’t have the item for the trip with me so am asking for a refund but tradeinn seems to be lacking on replies. Highly recommend adding a fortnight -month to the estimated shipping time quoted instead of a couple days as I have. Also don’t expect to receiving email replies from actual people or issues with the product or delivery to be resolved.

Ghost store, stay away! They charged me for a product that was available and after 1 day they said “sorry is out of stock” ! They proposed me “alternative” products, but did not even consider refunding!

DANGER DANGER DANGER DANGER DANGER THIS OUTFIT IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PRODUCTS IN STOCK WHATSOEVER IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY THEY FLOAT YOUR MONEY AND IT WILL TAKE MONTHS TO GET IT BACK IF EVER. IN THE MEANTIME THEY TRY AND BUY THE PRODUCT FROM LEGITIMATE SUPPLIERS AT A LOWER PRICE. IF THEY CANNOT GET IT AT A LOWER PRICE THEY WILL DELAY AND DELAY AND DELAY UNTIL YOU DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

Order not delivered after 21 days. No contact number. Waited one hour forty minutes in an online chat, to be given no more information and to be told I had to wait 5-20 days for my order to arrive, a time period which had passed. The agent then left the chat. Definitely not worth the small savings over other much more reputable online shops.

DISHONEST COMPANY - DO NOT USE. If your purchase does not fit, you will not receive a full refund. Customer services will just fob you off. I'm hoping that Paypal will help sort it out.

My delivery never arrived. Initially they sent me a mail saying that there was a human error and my delivery was sent to the wrong country. I requested a refund and the denied it. 2 weeks later I got a mail saying that my product was successfully delivered... but I didn´t received anything. From That moment I have sent more than 5 mail, called more than 6 times to their telephone and no reply. This is unbelievable. It is just a rip off

Will not refund for returned faulty items despite two months having passed. Refuse to cooperate or even reply to e-mails and messages. I can only assume they are fraudsters deliberately withholding my money. Utter scum

Appalling customer service if you need to return anything. My leaking Gore Tex boots "mysteriously" didn't get delivered and yet the tracking proves they were, plus a member of their customer help team (who are virtually impossible to contact!) CONFIRMED they were delivered. Despite this, and getting PayPal involved, they are still withholding my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Order arrived on time, but when I discovered it was faulty there was no way of contacting the company. Their phone is never answered, their online chat is never manned, their online returns form doesn't work, and neither does their e-mail contact facility. Absolute disgrace
