I made purchase the other night, the order went through at 11:54PM! I went back on the site the next day to look at jeans and notice that both hoodies I ordered were on sale even further. The $83 dollar hoodie was now $71 and the $60 hoodie is now $50. I reached out by email, sent screenshots of everything. My order #, the receipt, how much the hoodies are now and how much I paid, just 6 minutes before the next price drop occurred. I got a notification that true religion refunded me 52 CENTS!!!! I was in the process of placing another order and said forget it! Had I purchased items anywhere else and the price changed 6 minutes later, I would absolutely be given the difference. I had also clicked to redeem my $15 in points before I noticed the price difference, well, that's gone now too. So I lost $36.42 to a company that just lost a loyal customer. True religion jeans WERE the only jeans I would wear because of the authentic jean materials. They have since started slacking on the quality of clothes they're putting out and I have at least 4 pair of jeans in my closet I will not wear because they are either too thick of jean and not the 100% cotton or they just made the inseams so incredibly long that the jeans go up to my chin. Typical for a company that goes from very little people actually wearing their brand, to more and more people wearing it... guess it went to their head and it became a quantity over quality. What a shame.

I placed an order for my sons back to school clothes. The order was almost $400. I seen a picture from FED EX showing the package but by the time I got home from work there was no package. I filed a claim thru True Religion they asked me to file a police report which I did and then they said. No Refund it says your package was delivered. I told them I never received anything, someone should of been asked to sign for it but they just ignored me and the phone number doesn't work.

I made purchase totalling $236. And ask if the can give me a store credit because the size was very mid leading and super huge so I went ahead and purchase smaller sizes hoping they would of give me a store credit for the first purchase and they told me they are sorry they can’t do anything because I pass my 30 days. When I explained that I was not in the country and had no way to get to the item. So I guess as they say it’s my loss they can’t help. That’s a joke especially when customers spend a lot of money in the store.

Lynda M. Is very rude. She keeps disconnecting the chat. I will not be shopping here anymore. All because you can't give me an answer about my return. True Religion needs a phone line.

Two separate orders, subpar quality of items. Had intentions of returning said items. Broke my right arm, dominant hand, and missed the deadline to return the items. I explained my situation and this company did not care. Shameful lack of compassion and understanding.

They shipped my entire package to the wrong address I went to the place it was delivered they claim it was returned to fedex, spoke to fedex they want true religion to contact them, which they refused the only communication I’m getting from them is “ the ticket has been marked as solved. Solved how? The worst customer service ever! and the only way to communicate with them is via email and no matter what u ask or say it’s the same response

True Religion has THE WORST customer service department in America!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM! They will charge your card when you place the order online and then not send the items! For items you ship back and return THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Then you can’t contact anyone from customer service. BIG SCAM!! Do not buy from this company!! And dont sign up for the Loyalty/Rewards program, they steal your points and do not give you the rewards for them!

Kid out on the wrong address an they won't help about at all. So we paid for the over priced jeans an won't receive anything. They said it was our fault top bad. No sort of help. Nothing just a big f u. Thanks true religion awesome servic( Not). Two thumbs down. Never again buying from yall.

I will never make a purchase on the true religion site ever again because yall use FedEx. Literally look at their all bad reviews. I will only buy true religion from users from Amazon and eBay to avoid getting my item shipped with fedex

I've purchased hundreds of dollars in true religion clothing, My last purchase of sweat suit came with holes in the pocket. True religion was not willing to issue a refund or in good faith resolve this issue. I will no longer buy any products or clothing from this company as their reputation is discolored in my view.

I would have never thought True Religion would disappoint me the way they have. I purchased my husband and I clothing. His items did not fit so on March 2 I walked in to a store and did an in store return for a refund. Only because while in store we could not find anything he like. After waiting almost 2 weeks and no refund I reached out and boy when I say it’s sucks to not have a customer service line. No one responds and you have to text a robot that repeatedly tells you they are closed even when you reach out during the hours provided. I just want my money today makes 3 weeks and I still have no update on my return. However what I will say for clothing as expensive as there’s I think it’s silly to not even have an individual you can chat with in 2024. Sadly you all lost a valuable customer. I will never shop here again due to the headache and inconsistent struggle you are put through just to get your items corrected. Wish you all better in the future wish I could of given you 0 stars.

I ordered March 3rd. It’s March 14th and my orders hasn’t arrived. This is the slowest shipping I’ve ever seen. It’s giving fake, bootleg coming from china vibes. The moment True Religion follow the latest baggy pant trend, they disappoint.

I orderd jeans onine. They were delivered and left on steps outside of my apartment on the actual ground! They were taken. I asked the to re-ship and I would sign or ship to my place of work. They are telling me I have to get a police report and go through all this extra stuff! I don't have time for any of it. I will never order from them again!!!!! Be advised

I recieved a wrong colored product... it even showed it was shipped wrong and the customer service recieved was awful and there was no remedy

I placed an order without logging in. The system automatically picked up my old residence and I didn’t see an address box so I assumed it was my current. The reason I assumed was because I had placed previous orders and they were all updated. However, that’s not what happened. Upon completion, I immediately noticed the old address and contacted them to change it. I was told they would send my request to the warehouse. I went to my email and saw the automated confirmation and the old address and decided to reach out again, this time through text. There was not one number that was working properly, first red flag. The second red flag was when through text someone was rude and unapologetic about changing it. He or she then went on to say it’s only out of curtesy we change it, second red flag. So I asked for a refund, she then tells me we don’t cancel or refund and for me to just dispute it with my bank, third red flag. Yes, and that would mean after it finishes pending. The order would be well on its way. …but I could just let them deal with the loss product. I mean if you have poor customer service why can’t I be a horrible customer at this point? I have never spoken to a more lazier customer service and company that refuses to be more helpful to customers than what suits their needs. I don’t shop here for myself, only my son, but he’s going to have to find a different brand.

Bro the employees attitudes are disgusting. You will never get your money back & if you do they will rob you. They literally sent me my order to canada and messed up the item & i had to return at my own expense for a refund! I placed another order for the item again & 1 hour after placing the order i asked for it to be cancelled. Nobody responded until 2 days later when it ships & tells me "it has already shipped we cannot cancel the order" to make the situation worse , they sent me the confirmation email & i noticed that the colour they shipped out was NOT the colour i choose. I have my order confirmation for proof. I live chatted them and emailed them and they still expect me to return but guess what? AT MY OWN EXPENSE AGAIN! A very careless , unprofessional , DISGUSTING company who is running a circus! Today i received an email about the first item i returned and i payed $130 CAD they want to refund me $60 . Im sick of this! I have dealt with these people for over a month now & im going to take action against them. The ceo is a piece of work also! He never responds or cares about anything. I already reported them to the BBB & posted it on social media. I sent in an email to an online blog , the news & im posting my review on here. Hopefully people see this and stay away from ordering online from these sick sick people!
