We bought a belt and after second use it broke in half .Good thing they refunded money. Then we bought two sweater hoodys the black one was so thin matetial was see threw when held up flimsy thin for hoody and the price doesnt match quality at all. Walmart are thicker!!

I wish I had look at these reviews before making a purchase. I have placed many orders throughout the years and have and spent a lot of money on these jeans. These are my favorite jeans and own several pair and have had some for well over 5 years and wear often. I don’t mind spending close to $200 a pair because I believe they are made well and look great. But with my last purchase about six months ago of $500 for three pairs to include two of my favorite Joey flare I was so disappointed and surprised that after only a few times of wearing them the area by the pocket ripped with all three pair. I contacted the online store and explained my situation along with pictures. They responded with a 20% refund and a 20% coupon for another purchase. I’m not sure what’s going on with quality control. I’ll never make another purchase from the online store again or in store until they get the product up to standards especially with the cost of these jeans..

Unable to cancel orders immediately Unable to talk to an agent over the phone. Noticed immediately after I submitted the order that the address was incorrect, no option for cancel or request a cancel. Reached out via email and text and agent was unable to assist. Called FedEx and they informed me they can help but needed to hear from the sender, informed the agent and they continued to say no and ended the chat abruptly and rude! Will never purchase from them again and will continue to spread word of this bad experience.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. I ordered something a day ago which hasn't been received and price has gone down. Customer service won't give me the new sale price. To make matters worse, one of the jeans doesn't fit and we're not sure how to return the item as we can't get in touch with customer service.

Placed many orders over the past year totaling thousands and have to say the quality is lacking. Not sure why they get good reviews except for maybe that they’re stretchy and can stretch to fit most body types. The stitchings are crooked, back pockets uneven and I recently returned items from a $600 order and they didn’t refund me for all of the items I sent back. Customer service is EMAIL ONLY and they do not respond in a timely manner and when they do it’s an auto generated message not responding to anything I wrote in my message. There are many other better brands out there from reputable retailers I recommend staying away from this one or buying their items at a chain department store such as macys where you can return and track your shipments properly. They do not give you a return label anymore (even when they did, they deducted the cost from your refund) but it’s still makes it easier to be able to print a return label and get their shipping price as opposed to having to make my own label and pay $30 return shipping at ups out of pocket only to not get my full refund as they didn’t refund me for all the items I returned. Lost a lot of money ordering from here and won’t be doing it again.

I only wished I had read the reviews before ordering but I too must let others know that this company is a scam. I order $220.00 in items and they shipped my items to a n address that was not mines; sent picture of a package sitting at a door which wasn’t my home. I tried to explain this to them and get them to resend to correct address but got no response. You can’t speak to anyone; only email communication. I got scammed and I’m out of $220.00.

Bought a pair around Xmas just gone ..date I can't recall They're hardly qoen and look like new Yet the zip has broke and the deni. Around the crotch area has failed TR have been quite resolute on making things hard for me .. I've sent many pictures for them already . However they still ask for more In my experience a company is measured by how they deal with complaints.. so far its clear they can't handle complaints ... be aware

I'm having a mare of a time with True Religion I've had nothing but messing around from one dept. To another .. I've had a new pair of thier jeans less than a year hardly worn. Zip has gone and the fabric below the zip has come apart .. they're stretch .so they shouldn't have gone like they have. The office have been woeful Let's see how this unfolds Be aware

Horrible customer service!!! The moment I hit confirm button when I made a purchase online the other day, I realized my shipping address there was wrong. So, I emailed them right away and I received a reply saying my request was received and is being reviewed by their support staff. Now, yesterday afternoon. I received another email that my case was closed and that they can’t make any changes and if fed ex won’t be able to deliver my package. (Meaning:whoever lives in my previous address now, refuses to accept it) Then they will issue a refund. WAIT WHAT? WHAT? WHAT THE??? I TRIED CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO NO AVAIL. TRIED TO TALK TO THEM VIA TEXT, I JUST GOT THE SAME MESSAGE!!! I’D GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS!!!

My shipment was lost and I had to text them to go through the refund process. My first time ordering from here and my last time. I would not recommend. They are no good. My order got lost in California and was two weeks late. I had to get a refund. Now I have to wait 7-10day for that.

Returns & Refund: I ordered two orders online back to back. Orders arrived on time and I tried on the clothing the same day. A few items I didn’t like and wanted to return. When I went to create a return online (which I have done before about a year ago) found out that they just provide the return address but no option to creating a packing slip return to pack, which I didn’t like so I went to the store to return to find out that they have to physically pack the items and get a tracking before giving me a refund.. but their printer wasn’t working and told me to come back in two hours…I have never in my entire life have ever had to deal with something like this…definitely lost a loyal customer today.

Seriously, I placed an order that was over $220. On July first, my order said that FedEx was waiting for the package it is July 10th and there's still nothing. I call true religion. They told me that they were gonna refund my money. Which that's not what I wanted. I wanted my product. It was for my son for Father's Day. I asked if I can have a promo code or a coupon code a discount code. Anything because they said they could not receive or reorder. I had to do it myself again after they refund me. They would not give me any code or any discount. Said I had to do the order and then Reach back with them. That's b*******, that's not even fair. They didn't even make this right. I waited two weeks and i'm the one that had to reach out to them and try and figure out.. How is this fair
