I recieved a wrong colored product... it even showed it was shipped wrong and the customer service recieved was awful and there was no remedy

I placed an order without logging in. The system automatically picked up my old residence and I didn’t see an address box so I assumed it was my current. The reason I assumed was because I had placed previous orders and they were all updated. However, that’s not what happened. Upon completion, I immediately noticed the old address and contacted them to change it. I was told they would send my request to the warehouse. I went to my email and saw the automated confirmation and the old address and decided to reach out again, this time through text. There was not one number that was working properly, first red flag. The second red flag was when through text someone was rude and unapologetic about changing it. He or she then went on to say it’s only out of curtesy we change it, second red flag. So I asked for a refund, she then tells me we don’t cancel or refund and for me to just dispute it with my bank, third red flag. Yes, and that would mean after it finishes pending. The order would be well on its way. …but I could just let them deal with the loss product. I mean if you have poor customer service why can’t I be a horrible customer at this point? I have never spoken to a more lazier customer service and company that refuses to be more helpful to customers than what suits their needs. I don’t shop here for myself, only my son, but he’s going to have to find a different brand.

Bro the employees attitudes are disgusting. You will never get your money back & if you do they will rob you. They literally sent me my order to canada and messed up the item & i had to return at my own expense for a refund! I placed another order for the item again & 1 hour after placing the order i asked for it to be cancelled. Nobody responded until 2 days later when it ships & tells me "it has already shipped we cannot cancel the order" to make the situation worse , they sent me the confirmation email & i noticed that the colour they shipped out was NOT the colour i choose. I have my order confirmation for proof. I live chatted them and emailed them and they still expect me to return but guess what? AT MY OWN EXPENSE AGAIN! A very careless , unprofessional , DISGUSTING company who is running a circus! Today i received an email about the first item i returned and i payed $130 CAD they want to refund me $60 . Im sick of this! I have dealt with these people for over a month now & im going to take action against them. The ceo is a piece of work also! He never responds or cares about anything. I already reported them to the BBB & posted it on social media. I sent in an email to an online blog , the news & im posting my review on here. Hopefully people see this and stay away from ordering online from these sick sick people!

Please Beware! Ordered a hoodie and a pair of jeans from Tru Religion. Items were delivered 3 weeks later I opened my package and only saw the hoodie no jeans. Realized the back of my package was ripped and covered with Scott tape meaning someone stole my jeans out during transit. Contacted FedEx they told me I have to have the shipper (Tru Religion) contact them to file a claim which I thought was very odd. Good ole Tru Religion doesn’t have a REAL contact center or any real method of getting in contact with their “support” team to report issues you have to send a text message to a 1800 number. l spoke with Erin G, Victoria D, Lynda M by far the most illiterate and rude people I have ever encountered with. They all refused to assist or would consistently just disconnect the chat. It was nightmare and FedEx was no help either. Thank goodness I ordered thru Klarna and was able to speak with someone and file a claim bc this was crazy I have never experienced nothing like this with no company ever. I would suggest if you are interested in buying Tru Religion please don’t not buy from their company website look on eBay, Depop, or even Urban Outfitters. DO NOT BUY FROM TRU RELIGION IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG OR ITEM DOESN’T FIT YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK BC THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

Garbage .Because of greed they sacrificed the quality.There is nothing worse than greed..Bound to china is a complete failure. I hope everything made in China will go out of business and suffer defeat. Rubbish materials.

Do not reply to ANY e mails. Wish to return an expensive pair of jeans but no one responds? Horrendous customer service and jeans took over 2 weeks to arrive. Will NEVER use this company again online

I ordered a pair of pants and returned them because of the size. I ordered another pair with the right size, but they canceled, took my money in a minute, and never explained why and after a month I'm still waiting for my money. I have just received an email saying, “Your return has been processed. Please wait 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.” 5 7 from when? How much more do I have to wait? Not to mention that they don’t have customer service, so you have to wait for someone to reply your email. Please think twice before you shop here.

True religion quality is so bad now. 5 pairs brand new ripped within 2months same spot all of them. Been 2 years trying to return. I have pants that were purchased in 2014 and 2015 and still looking new and do not rip. I no longer purchased them

I have been trying to return some jeans and a top to get the next size down as too big but I am unable to generate a label to return and am not getting no reply from true religion. My emails have not been responded to there is no choice for me to put no response. Not even 1 star I am rating

I got 4 things , 2 hoodies , jeans and sweatpants there was some issue with fed ex which made them lose my package at the wrong address but that issue was resolved the quality is pretty solid though

Ii really hope this company is audited. They have no orientation as to how to treat a customer nor a legitimate return or refund protocol.

I would NEVER EVER order anything on line. I paid for shipping which i normally don’t do but I wanted some hats for my husband. I’m still waiting going on two weeks. I have gotten orders alot quicker with free shipping. Buyer beware!!!!! If you are buying a gift but two months in advance!!!!! I’m still waiting

Absolutely horrible I purchased two sweatsuits. They both came in the same package 4 items. One red one with white that wasn’t white it was pink and it had a run in the sweatshirt. The material was horrible. Something you would get from SHEIN. I returned all four items and they only refunded me for 3! They said that’s all they received why would I keep one pair of pants when I wasn’t satisfied with the product? so obviously someone at the warehouse probably kept the pants they refunded me for two sweatshirts and two weeks later they magically found one pair of sweatpants and refunded me for those. remaining one pair of pants that supposedly have an appeared! How do a pair of pants not appear when you send all four items back in the same package it was sent in?!?!?! Absolutely horrible. I will never order or buy a true religion item ever again in my life.

They sent me the wrong jeans and then when I told them that I got the wrong jeans, they said it seems that I got the right jeans even though in the picture one says Billy and not the original pair I ordered! so now I’m stuck with Jean or three times too long and not what I ordered and I paid $60 for I am very unleased and will never order from them again and this was my favorite jeans!!

HORRIBLE !!!! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! Spend your money where customer service matters! They don’t even have a customer service number! What a truly disappointing experience! From the tracking of the package to an exchange. Every other business offers an extended holiday return but not TRUE RELIGION! We will not be purchasing anything from this company moving forward.

I have ordered jeans from True Religion UK website. Or at least it appeared to be, though when I received the order confirmation, suddenly prices were in US $, not in UK £. The goods arrived but did not fit, so I have been requesting instructions for a return. In the UK by law the seller is obliged to accept and refund returns. Having emailed customer services, I keep receiving unhelpful responses merely referring me to the website policy and stating that the enquiry is closed, repeatedly. I can only assume that the emails are handled by an algorithm rather than a real person. In the past, I had ordered from True Religion many times and returned some orders, no problem. It seems that their policies have changed, their international deliveries have changed, and their customer service has collapsed. I like their product, but I can now see why some reviews consider the company a scam, because that's how it feels, especially for a high-end product. Really weird and super disappointing about a company that a few years ago seemed to have high reputation. I will now be pursuing this via customer trade protection authorities.
