I asked for them to pause my membership — which they force you to email and request each month because there is no option to pause for multiple months at a time — and they processed my order anyway, basically charging me for birth control I didn’t need. I sent MULTIPLE emails to customer service via multiple channels, just to get zero response. Eventually, after maybe my 6th or 7th email, someone contacted me saying that my account would be cancelled — as if that was some kind of remedy for the situation??”
“My medication had to be switched and it took a couple of weeks to get the new medication. As long as I don't have to switch medicine it's fine. Every other order has arrived earlier than expected.”
