I recently ordered multiple Tyler’s branded t-shirts online and was disappointed in the quality upon receipts. When I have purchased before (in store), the t-shirts were high quality material, not a lot of shrinkage when washed. However with this recent batch of shirts they were all super thin, lesser quality and the one that have worn and washed shrunk to wear it no longer comfortably fits. What happened to the quality???

I bought Hari Mari flops off this site because they were out of my size on their site. Flip flops were poorly manufactured and the toe bed in the left flop is wrinkled and not adhered properly. I know it’s not Tyler’s fault, but quality control should have noticed the issue before they were shipped.

I had the worst experience with the store manager Ashley Bryant. I went in to do a return on my shoes ordered online. She chose to return two of the shoes, but not the 3rd pair. She complained the treading was gone in the shoe. I purchased all the shoes on Jan 26th, they have not been worn, so if that’s the case the treading would be gone in all shoes. I then told her I would like to speak with your manager, she changed her tone of voice being smart mouthed, saying “I am the manager”, I said well you have a boss you have to answer to. I then told her I need the corporate number. Then she points to my receipt and said the number is on your receipt, I told her that is my number on the receipt. Then she said I can Google it for you. I told her I was very literate and I can Google it myself. I have worked in retail, in the daycare business, hotel waitressing, fast food business, and I’m now an employee of TISD. This is not a good look got this business with the way the store manager treated me, she did not de-escalate or see how she could be of service to me as a customer. When you run a business, there should be friendliness, and great customer service on all levels, and to be able to want the customer return. Most businesses are majority by “word of mouth” or “social outlets”. This store manager needs training on how to treat others. Not making it a race thing, but the way she treated me, was like I was beneath her. In God eyes, we are all equal. I see no color, I work with all races, all of my friends are of different races and within my family. I was not greeted upon coming into this place of business. I have called corporate office and spoke with Store manager and she was very apologetic about my experience. And it’s not only about my return, it makes me never want to return. Take in mind, I normally do spend my money here. With the way I was treated, I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here. I will do another follow up with corporate office location in Austin.

It seems to take a long time to receive an order once one has been submitted. I still don’t have mine after a coup of weeks.

I placed an order on 10/29, order #170284. I ordered size 7. You shipped size 6. I received the wrong size shoes within a week. I tried at least 10 times to call your customer service during the stated business hours on your message I receive when calling. No matter when I called, the message gives me “normal” business hours but no one ever answers the phone. I left a message with all my information. I received an email reply a few days later on 11/07 letting me know you received my voice message, apologized for the error, sent me a shipping label to return the wrong size, and said the correct size would be sent to me. The email was sent to me on 11/07. The wrong size shoes were returned on 11/08. I have received no further communication to let me know if the wrong size was received or when the correct size will be sent back out to me. Today is 11/18, well past the week it took for the original wrong size to get to me. Today I replied to the email I received with the shipping label on 11/07 asking for an update. Not a good customer experience and very poor communication. One of your survey questions asked should be if the order was correct, and if no, was the error resolved timely. First, I was shipped the incorrect size of shoe. Second, my replacement (correct size) was not shipped until you had RECEIVED the incorrect shipment (Amazon ... from whom I THOUGHT I was purchasing ... would have shipped the correct product as soon as the incorrect product had shipped). YOUR bungling and procedures cost me roughly 2 WEEKS. I will not knowingly be purchasing from you n the future.

I was a little surprised that it took so long to ship a gift card. I ordered it more than a week before my son in laws birthday and it did not arrive in time for his birthday. I’m surprised you do not offer e gift cards. I ordered from the store in which he lives also.

Shipping lead times are ridiculously long. Don't count on anything on time and add 3-4 days to their estimated delivery.

I ordered an XL online. When I received the shirt, there was an XL sticker on it. However, the tag attached and on the neck is XXL. Now, I have to return it. :( Otherwise, my husband loves the shirt. It is great quality.

I shopped in the Southlake store and asked about four items in size I needed for my son. They didn't have them but could order them and send them to me. However, the store manager said that would take them too long to do from their system and couldn't I go online to buy what I needed when I got home. It was not great customer service, but because I wanted the items for my son's birthday, I went home and found them online and ordered. When I received the order, one item still had the magnetic device on it that can only be removed at the store. So I had to drive back to Southlake and bring the item and the receipt to have the tag removed. They acted as though I had stolen the item asking a manager to come and speak with me. When I explained what happened and provided the receipt she apologized and said this happened to her at Banana Republic. Deflecting my frustration by saying another retailer did it is just poor leadership—worst customer service. I will not shop at Tyler's again.

These run SUPER small. My son, who wears a men’s medium in every other brand, wore this once- it was kind of tight, and after one wash can ever wear it again because it’s way too small.
