Could not fined my house the first time . had to pay another£40.00 re booking fee or they would deducted this fee from refund , three days later found house and fitted tyres 25 mins after the four hour slot they gave me . that evening took car out vibration through car and steering wheel rattling in my hand, phoned T,O,T,D two days later another fitter found the house and balance the tyres what had not been done on last visit , I would never use this incompetent company again ,

Cancelled my appointment that I had payed for as they were to busy. I was left with no time to arrange alternative fitting so asked for a refund, still waiting seven days on. Best avoided.

They did not arrive to fit the tyres and are now attempting to charge a further £40 before agreeing to fit them. Highly suspect.

Shocking service! Ordered for Friday-they cancelled on the day re-booked Wednesday- they had the wrong details (after several calls trying to sort out) re-booked Friday- fitter fitted a faulty tire! Wanted to re-book Wednesday! I've been without a car all this time!! I've cancelled order, wont use again and will be sure to let others know!

Kwik fit of online technicians. Do not use them

Lied to by their technicians and charged twice for two new tyres when my tyres were perfect. Never got a refund. Website asks you for size and gives a list of tyres. I chose one and apparently this wasn’t correct. I needed run flat. Website does not state this. So then got charged a 40 pound call out fee and have no tyre!!!!!! It’s the online version of kwik fit. Do not use them

Unbelieably shocking custtomer service. Tyre blow out 35 days after fitment and the company want to charge me £40 for the tyre to be collected and then sent off to Goodyear (which goodyear cover the cost of) avoid company as they will not support the customer in the event of any issues.

Why I why did I not read the reviews…. Imagine having two new tyres fitted on a Friday afternoon and then waking up Saturday morning to find one completely flat. On calling the company, I was informed that they could get someone out to take a look on Tuesday. Pushing them I bit, they agreed to let me pump up the tyre and take it to a local garage; get a report and an invoice and they would re-imburse if at fault. Okay I thought, these things happen. Sure enough, our fabulous local garage got me in at 11.30 on the Saturday I'd hoped to avoid spending on getting tyres changed and quickly diagnosed that the valve and valve holder were loose and leaking air. As instructed I sent over a copy of the report to TOTD and to my great surprise received a reply a couple of days later denying responsibility on the grounds that I had not paid for tyre pressure sensor servicing... I don't know about you, but I don't believe in coincidences - before tyre change, no leaks, after tyre change valve holder loose and leaking air... (oh, and I forgot to mention, the wheels are swapped over left to right, so the tyre pressure sensor is indicating a flat tyre on the opposite side to the one that is actually faulty, to be fair, TOTD did offer to come and rectify this, but that would mean risking their incompetent technicians swapping the tyres on the rims again...). After 2 or 3 emails back and forth I was told that the company would no longer correspond on the matter and here I am. Very very shocked at a total lack of customer service. The amount I was looking to be re-imbursed by the way on a total spend of £460 for 4 tyres - £20. They obviously don't value my custom and they no longer have it...

Do nòt use there we'd site is gives you size choice based on your reg which is correct but if your car has wrong or alternative size on they will only fit that size. My car has 2 options I chose the one that came up on there we'd page for my reg but on fitting day the gut cancelled as size different from what was on car. Hand book says both sizes are suitable but there computer said NO I've checked and now the site has extra options but that did not stop them taking extra £40 to rearrange call out with size they dictated, waited only to get called to say fitter unavailable so they have rearranged again. Paid my money and still waiting

So disappointed order tyres that are manufacturers option in hand book fitter arrived said he could not fit as policy is to fit exactly what's on car. Very annoying conversation as I paid for what I wanted an option given by fiat on my punto but over ruled by policy. Re arranged fitting with size dictated by Tuesday on the drive at additional cost of £40 the called on morning of fitting to cancel and rearrange another day. Thought this would be a quick and cost effective way but do not use this company very frustrating.

Technician spent 20 minutes hammering at the wheel nut, ruining it and then came and told we there was a problem and he couldn't get wheels off. Told me I would have to get it sorted myself as there was nothing he could do. When I phoned to complain, they simply said the £40 call out would be charged, even though it was there fault and I had to pay a garage over £100 to get the old wheel nuts off and replace with a brand new set. Service Centre Supervisor refused to talk to me and just sent an email with a complete fabrication of the events. I can only say BEWARE, once you have paid your money you will NEVER get back the £40 call out even if they are at fault and the Supervisor is too scared to speak to anyone direct as she probably knows most of the time she is telling blatant lies.

BEWARE- Don’t order online unless you are a tyre expert and not just an ordinary person like me. Read on. My Daughter passed her test in Nov 2018 and had saved for a car. She bought a little Mini One secondhand with low mileage and full service history. Last week I noticed the front tyres were looking a bit worn. I called a local tyre company to get prices and during my search happened upon tyresontgedrive.com. I took all the info off the tyres and filled in the relevant information requested, picked a slot (no free ones left 🙄🙄 so had to pay £8) and paid. The next day the gentleman turned up to fit the tyres but couldn’t do them because even though all the relevant information was correct she needed ‘run flats’. She called customer services and was told run flats were an extra £35 per tyre and she would have to pay a £40 call out!! Obviously she asked for a refund but was told that £40 would be deducted from the amount along with the £8 slot addition. My Daughter queried this as all the info was on the form and as she and I are not tyre experts how were we supposed to know if they were run flats, surely the registration number told them the model of the car. So, don’t order if you are an ordinary person who has no tyre knowledge as you will get stung for at least £40!!! They are onto a winner 👍🏻

Arranged to have tyres fitted a few days in advance of the required date only to be told on the day that they couldn't fit them and the next available date was 6 days later! Canceled the order and requested a refund.

Finally got my tyres fitted today - third visit and a week on Absolutely diabolic customer service once they'd taken my money they really didn't care at all When I tried to sort out the issues I was having I was not allowed to speak to a manager...twice! I was given the info@tyresonthedrive as a customer services contact. I received a reply, ironically enough from the supervisor Katie who would not speak to me when I called, basically dismissing the issues I had and haven't received a reply to my second email 5 days on. The headache caused by their service, or lack of it makes it really not worth dealing with them.

If Ronald McDonald or CoCo the clown had been sent to fit these tyres they would have done a better job, Late (2hrs) turning up and the fitter was more focused on getting home for tea than fitting my tyres. Knocked over his coffeee and broke my cup and almost went off with my locking wheel nut. when he had fitted them I noticed that the tyres were looking a bit small and saw that they were a different size to what I had ordered he said he had noticed but they were the ones he had been given so he just fitted them anyway. I told him to fit my old tyres back on and come back with the correct ones but he said that he couldn't as when he changed mine he could not let them down through the valve as he had lost his tool so he had stabbed them in the side to get them to deflate so I called TOTD and they said that they can come back out in 3 to 4 days time and change them but if I drove on the ones he put on then I would have to pay for them as well !! AND I would also have to pay an addition £40 call out for this visit WTF !!!!!!!!!!!! told them to just refund my money and I will go elsewhere they said it would take about 4 working days to get the money back into my account and It would be less the £40 for the call out for todays F***ED UP visit. I passed them to the fitter whom they told to let the new tyres down by pressing in and holding the valve open until deflated enough to get them changed he then put on my old tyres which HE had stabbed in the side pumped them up (you could hear them going down) put them on the car and F888Ked OFF. The tyres were totally flat within 10 mins So my car is at home with 2 totally flat tyres It doesnt have a spare TOTD had my money £150 and are not getting back to me and they are taking £40 of the refund for the pleasure of F***ING my tyres up. Cherry on the top I put on our local FB page about having a car with 2 flat tyres on my driveway and needed to get it sorted and someone posted a reply TRY TYRES ON THE DRIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this company out to fit a new tyre they were professional did the job but they are very expensive to which there are very reputable company’s that are cheaper was charged twice aswell which was a bit inconvenient how ever there was 2 different prices why I don’t know cause it was the same job but they took the most and left the other one pending which is a bit confusing to why they were different charges for the same thing

Ordered some tyres for my caravan from Tyres on the drive online, firstly there wsn't an option to order some without putting in a car registration number, so I put my car reg and went on regardless. I put in the dimesions and speed and load etc and it gave me choice of 3 tyres I bought the most expensives one for mobile fitting for extra load and then emailed tyres on the drive to tell them the order was for a caravan and not a car. They arrived today and refused to fit them as I ordered a 95H load and not 96n. 96N wasn't offered to me on their website, there was only 3 tyres offered. The 96N are more expensive and they wanted to charge me another £40 on top to fit them. I have cancelled the order and they have charged me £40 to cancel the order for the call out even thought he fitter did nothing. They did not call me back after my first call I had to call them again. I will not recommend this company, i did not find them helpful and they have conned me out of £40.00. Do not use this company, I regret using Tyres on the Drive, i will be contacting consumer guidence about them D Keating.

I had booked tyresonthedrive.com as they were available to fit the tyres i required the day after i purchased them. Having paid for a premium 2 hour slot between 12-2pm; i took time off work and was expecting the technician to call me before arrival, as stated on their website. I waited until 2:15pm and still no sign of him so i called their customer service dept and asked where he was but they couldnt get hold of him. I even asked why they offer time slots if they dont keep to them? The technician eventually phoned me at 2:40pm saying he was stuck in traffic and would be here in half an hour. At around 3:50pm he turned up huffing and puffing. I didnt want to hear excuses and just wanted my tyres fitted as i told him i need to be back at work. First thing he said was that i could have bought better tyres on my BMW as the ones i have got are ‘rubbish’ (bearing in mind i was paying around £120 a tyre). I had done plenty of research and thats why i purchased them; anyway he proceeded to loosen the wheel nuts and then got to one which was slightly more difficult than the others (i have had the wheels off on a number of occasions). He told me that as he couldnt loosen the wheel nut he couldnt fit the tyres. I stood there in amazement at what he was saying as he only tried once and gave up. I did however debate with him that it could be loosened but he didnt want to hear any of it. The best he could do was ‘you can take the tyres and find some body else to fit them for you’..hopped in his van and drove off, no apology or anything. I phoned customer services and they werent any more helpful, put me on hold and advised me that the technician didnt feel he could carry out the job!! Why!? In the end, i gave up and forked out some more money and got another reputable tyre fitter to fit them, obviously not convenient as the whole reason was because tyresonthedrive are mobile. I would certainly not recommend dealing with this company again! I regret even buying from them, certainly wont be coming back to them in future.
