Never put the customers first. There’s never accommodations for delays/ incorrect orders. Making the customers wait longer for a resolution when their order is delayed.

Uber eats has the most HORRIBLE customer service I have EVERRRR come across in my LIFE!! They lie so bad, hang up in your face, have other agents talking LOUD in the background to where you can’t even understand the agent you’re talking to, give you Longgggg pauses after you explain your issue…. I literally have to ask “Are you still there?” And this al started off with a Uber Eats driver lying about dropping off my food… which I’m sure he ate… I could scream… It’s so bad…. I’d do better doing business with a 4 year old! I cant with them… I just can’t… app deleted!!!

The customer support are not helpful at all. I had many different issues with my orders with restaurants or for grocery shopping and I lost so much money because the customer support don't help to refund missing items, or items with bad quality, or even not delivered orders. When I email them or call them, they say: the issue is submitted to a specialist and then they disappear, when I call again next day, they say: we cannot issue a refund because 24 hours past. I placed an order yesterday from Target 🎯, and my order not delivered to me, they said: order not eligible for a refund. This company is steeling the customers money in anyway, and their customer support are liers and not helpful at all. I WILL SET UP A COMPLAINT TO THE COMMISSION AND TO BBB. THIS WILL BE THE END OF THIS LOSER COMPANY. YOU ARE A GROUP OF LOSERS AND SCAMMERS.

App is not user friendly and the location was way off and customer service is not friendly or supportive. Cancelation fee for canceling an order as soon as it was placed bc of wrong location. Deleted app and won’t use it ever again.

Uber eats stole money from me and never refunded. I tried three different times to talk to someone in the support chat but every time they just told me I would receive an email and never did. The people who run this are incompetent. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Their customer service sucks. There is no one to talk to except there a chat. My order got processed before I had a chance to update the delivery address. I immediately cancelled the order. I was charged for food I didn’t get and they didn’t refund my money. 😡😡😡

I ordered food in bettendorf ia to a hotel room the driver was really rude I put my room number in when I ordered. He told me not to order uber eats again . That was my first and last time . He's lucky he didn't get knocked out. Rude beyond words.

Another bad comment to go along with ALL the other bad comments. Food was cold, late and waaaay overcharged. Almost $50 for a hamburger, fries and a drink. Terrible

NEVER BUY UBER EATS GIFTS CARDS YOU CAN'T USE THEM WITHOUT TWO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT even though It doesn't say that anywhere on the card it says redeem and use!!!!!!

If I could give it a negative number I would. This was a horrible horrible experience. I was trying to order a couple of donuts from Uber Eats from a place I thought must be close to me. Everything is obscure. First they can I confirmed my address which was correct in the app. Then when I place the order it showed it was going to be delivered to another donut shop in a completely different location down El Cajon boulevard! When I tried to sort it out and change the address it wouldn't allow me to and the only other option was to cancel it. Then they promptly charged me anyway. When I tried to resolve it with our customer service I talked to two different ages through chat and they both blew me off saying too bad it was already in the system you didn't know the rules and that's tough and we don't care. So I got charged and nothing was delivered and they told me basically screw you.

digital purchase for Microsoft andUberEATS CUSTOMER SERVICE +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 (𝟰𝟭𝗢)' 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 UberEATS PHONE NUMBER +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 NordVPN subscription. The digital product key didn't work so, we contacted Newegg immediately with screenshots. They refused to offer us any help or compensation. Told us to go check with Microsoft. It's not Microsoft's problem, they didn't sell this key to us! Even then, we contacted Microsoft and they said that the product key Newegg sold is fake. Newegg simply stopped replying and is not giving us a refund.

I spent over $60 on a mexican takeaway order via Uber Eats Australia. The food arrived over 1 x hour after the order was placed. It was: a) stone cold b) inedible c) looked like vomit d) gave me food poisioning when I ate a small portion of it. I contacted Uber Eats customer support about this, who politely told me to f*** o**, saying it was not their problem. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP......for your own safety.

Missing items, these delivery people need to know how to use good ways to steal food because I ordered wingstop and some wings were missing, the sticker that supposed to stick to that bag was weirdly attached to the bag, the person looked way different than the person I supposed to see at app, my Dr Pepper from wingstop is suddenly in a regular Dr Pepper bottle instead of those wingstop bottles… it always happens with uber eats, while I don’t have any issues with DoorDash.. that’s pathetic and a waste of money for their service and their company of uber eats

There is zero customer service. Uber Eats drivers have called on numerous occasions saying my order was stolen. There's no way to cancel, get refunded, or reach a human. Why do restaurants just leave orders on a shelf for anyone to grab? Orders should be behind the counter!

I ordered food on Christmas , I had three drivers call me and tell me I have waited an hour for your food and nothing . I called uber and spoke to the rep she said let me call the restaurant and they told her that they lost my order and to refund me she told me to cancel my order now they have kept my money no refund . I am being robbed they took my money on Christmas . This is the worst company I have dealt with . I would not use them they are liars and not true to what they tell people . They don’t k ow how to treat people . Especially on a holiday I am really hurt .

Uber eats disappointed me tonight! The driver delivered food to the wrong address and took a photo of the food at someone eles door, photo does not show the door number just the food and the floor, called the driver and he says he delivered to the door on the right, my door is on the left and i have a door mat which is not in the photo, 100.00 wroth of food and uber says they cant do anything about it. After more then an hour we found our food in a near by building however i am just so mad that uber say they cant do anything and believed the driver over the customer, i even told them that if they look at past orders the whole door was taken a photo of and there is a camera and door mat in the photo but uber says they wont do anything about my order because it had a photo of it at SOMEONES door. I am disgusted at uber!

I had a order delivered from mc Donald’s there was a latest delivery time it arrived bang on that time I opened the food it was cold ice cream had melted to milk contacted uber eats wasn’t interested said it arrived on time my order was with the driver 30 minutes after he collected and uber thinks it’s ok for them to deliver cold food great service will never order again off this company

The company should allow refund for the customers who cancels their order within 1 minute of ordering. I was charged 19$ for cancelling the order within a few seconds after ordering and they said the restaurant already started preparing the order. Don’t think that is a valid reason to charge without even getting the food and when I asked about replacing the order because I didn’t wanted to get charged they said they cannot do that. Uber needs to have a timespan between to allow customers to cancel without charge.
