I placed an order for the 1st time, using Uber Eats but i didn't get any, when I'm trying to trace it they say no refund on my order, I am so disappointed

I placed an order with Uber eats on November 3rd it was approximately 9:00 p.m. when I received my order the driver had already rolled off when I got my order in the house it wasn't nowhere near what I ordered I ordered three crystals chicken sandwich and fries so that and the tip combined was $18 and some change they sent me Crystal hamburgers and some fries and to add insult to injury they sent one Crystal chicken sandwich wrapped up in paper I follow the directions went to the app pressed help and then I took a picture of the order that was wrong that they sent me and a picture of the receipt that didn't even have my name I spoke with a representative they told me that they would contact me back within 24 hours it is now November 4th 11:48 p.m. 24 hours has passed I spoke with a representative again and they told me it's already been escalated to another department and they will contact me I explained to them that they told me yesterday that they will contact me within 24 hours email and they didn't so pretty much they allow their drivers to bring you the wrong order and they feel that they don't have to give you back your money I wouldn't suggest that anybody use them

Customer service is pretty much non-existent, every order takes FOREVER at least an hour and it seems to get worse lately food is usually cold and if you do get the misfortune of speaking to customer service they are rude and unprofessional

Uber eats sucks the driver did not bring my full order and uber eats will not refund my money back they are thief’s.

I ordered from Ubereats and driver went to the wrong address which was right next to my address but when I talked to him He was too far away to deliver my order to the right address. Then when I talked to customer service they my order didn't qualify for a refund. So the driver got to take food I am guessing for free and I am out money and food. NEVER ordering from them again. The drivers name was Mohammed. And took almost an hour just to pick up my order.

I’m never gonna use uber eats or ride app ever again. I’m a genuine customer and wanted to cancel my membership from this month (November) but the customer representatives are not helping me and disconnecting the call everytime. It is really frustrating and waste of time. Never going to to do a mistake of using uber eats.

I have ordered with Uber eats twice didn't leave a review 1st time figured I would give it another try...the 1st time car full of people looked like a family with kids in back ..and the driver and passenger smoking my food smelled of cigarettes...the second time it was an older lady with 3 dogs in the car with my food ...never again ...use in house delivery only and stop this company...with in house delivery you don't have these issues...

Our order was taken by our delivery driver. My husband clicked on one of the few help options (there was not an option to talk to a human) which was to cancel our order in hopes he would get a live human on the phone. Now UBER eats is refusing to refund us our money because we canceled the order. Never mind that I called them just after that to discuss the issue and then again the next day not even 24 hours later. I was told it would be investigated and would hear back with in 72 hours. By Friday I had heard nothing so I called in again. Each time being told, “ well you canceled the order so there’s no refund”. Except they can see and have confirmed that our driver pick up our food and took it home. So on Friday the gentleman told me it would be resolved by refund that day. I heard nothing until Saturday where an AI generated conversation was sent to me on my app saying that unfortunately because I waited more than 48 hours to contact them they could not refund me. I contacted them within an hour and then again with in 24 hours. Nothing has been done to rectify this issue. Apparently if their employee steals your food worth over $100 they don’t care.

Uber Eats is the worst company to cancel a membership with. No matter how many times I have asked them cancel, they have not. Their customer service is a joke as i was waiting to chat for over 15 minutes to make sure my acct was cancelled again and I then got a msg that something went wrong and would need to email them. I took all my banking info off their site and they still are charging me month after month. Do not ever apply for their free trail as it is not worth the savings as i have been trying to cancel this for a year now and will have to pursue other avenues to have this cancelled for good!

Not even one star. They charge for direct delivery, don't assign a driver until far too late, and then the food arrives ice cold. They argue their policy being a non issue as long as it arrives in an hour, whether or not you paid extra with a FAR lower time estimate, the food arrives at a very dangerous temperature to eat, should be thrown out, and with zero refunds. An absolute SCAM.

First of all ever since the app was updated the map sucks..it doesnt show the people driving on time, picking up, dropping off. And no its not my phone or connection. My delivery was late once again. Got dropped off at another house...called and asked about it but driver barely spoke english...again! So ended up being 30 mins late and cold. I just wanted refund because this keeps happening lately. Plus i live it duplex and even though i wrote instructions down as to which side to drop off, they still get it wrong. This has been happening for about 2 weeks with all the issues. I order all the time and spend a lot of money...i dont expect late food, cold food, bad communication, issues with app. When i had to call and speak with someone over the phone i tried explaining that it was longer than 15 mins and the photo he took wasnt my house! He wanted me to wait while he called driver so we could talk.....like why! U do it! My food is already cold and u wana make me wait more. Also i cannot get the right help over the app....it keeps going back to main screen when i dont get the right help. Im just disappointed. I guess ill stop ordering.

Uber eats always accepts my orders but these past three time they have had be waiting about an hour and then end up cancelled because they dasher doesn’t want to deliver.

Uber and or drivers add stops (multiple!) with your food on board. I don’t want soggy, cold or molested food. Never again.

I wish I could give zero stars,I place order and it said it was going to get delivered by 6pm ,and it didn’t,the delivery switched to 6:30 I contacted and it kept saying error,and the I waited till 6:30 and then it went to 7and I tried again and it kept saying the same thing so I tried to canceling it and then it said I will get charged for the cancellation which is ridiculous,I waited for 2 hours and I didn’t get my food and then I didn’t get my money back ,I will never recommend anyone to order from there ,you should rather order from DoorDash or wayyy better ther

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered food from a restaurant that was 5 minutes from us. It took over an hour and a half to get it to us - I thought it was due to the fact it was a Friday night, and was fine with that. Found out it was because they were getting it from the restaurant that was 45 minutes away from us (close to where the uber drive lived). This was ridiculous - food was cold when arrived. When I reached out on their chat - that was a joke - could not help, said it was because the other restaurant did not use their service, which was a lie - when I went to the uber app and put in Italian restaurants near me - the restaurant I wanted showed up, and I also tried again after getting this information from there - and again it was there. I explained this to them, but got the same story from them, over and over again. I was also billed on the total bill for the tip as well as a separate bill for the tip. Keep an eye on that - I have disputed the separate charge, I sure hope they don't screw over the person that brought the food, but it would not surprise me if they do.

This company has the worst customer service. I was charged for an item that was never filled and that I never received. The store told me to cancel because my order wasn’t in stock and Uber charged me. Uber refused to refund or even credit me. It’s the worst company and I’d rather use DoorDash
