BRO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY TS. They get my order late every single time. I payed 4.47 once for early delivery, took almost an hour made my Taco Bell cold and disgusting. Taco Bell is never disgusting. It’s uber make the switch to DoorDash. I ordered my food at 1:50 it’s 3 freaking 30 I’m so done. DONT USE THIS APP

I was a driver for almost two years! I had platinum level, and was almost to the top pier when all the sudden I wasn't able to Uber. I asked why and they say there were orders not delivered. I took pictures at the drop offs, plus they have my GPS. I asked them to review their pictures, but they won't. One person has called on me out of spite because she is mad I am marrying her ex. I explained and asked for them to review my actual deliveries. They refuse. Said they will make a note about it, but sorry. I'll never use Uber. They just cut people who work hard to make a living and to have good reviews. I was at 98% approval rating!!. Very unprofessional,very much a scam, very much a company that doesn't show those who work hard any respect or appreciation. Don't USE UBER EATS. PS IT'S NOT A FEW DELIVERY. The menu price is jacked up to cover the fare.

In addition to the below; all you get is a standard reply, they don't even read what you've said. Absolutely appalling. Waste of fresh air; each and one of that has replied! We ordered over 1.5 hrs in advance, everything confirmed and sorted (even though I'd somehow missed out on 20% discount). Then at 17:20 (10 mins before the expected delivery) it got cancelled!! Now we can't get the specific pizzas we want and absolutely starving. Absolutely fuming! I'll go elsewhere from now on. If an order is confirmed, money taken out of my account, I should receive the order! Now we have to wait 1-2hrs for another order. And possibly days until I get a refund. Totally and utterly unacceptable? I'd like a response...

I used to live this app. Especially customer service was always good when I had received wrong orders or missed items from my order. But this time my driver didn’t not deliver my order- they drove to my house- sat outside for 2 minute- saw on map they just arrived- then said delivered and were fine and didn’t take a picture ( it never it being mandated years ago they have to take a picture) and I walk out and it’s not there. We also have a ring- wondered how we missed it- watched it back and definitely didn’t see anyone walk up. Walked to all neighboring houses too and food was not there. Uber Eats wouldn’t do anything because the driver “made it to my location” and completed the order even though they didn’t leave the car and deliver the food.

Trash costumer service. Waited 2 hours for an order to be delivered at my job which I couldn’t leave that being the main reason why I decided to order from here and they completely wasted my time telling me not to worry that the order was on the way and didn’t want to refund me for the full price so I could order somewhere else until it was 2 hours late. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app like this DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The gentleman brought the wrong order to the door! At the price they are changing there is no reason to be doing multiple drop offs. Absolutely ridiculous that this is considered to be acceptable

So lately I've been getting my food to me very cold. That only shows me that quantity of deliver is more important than quality of service. Very disappointed. Never using UberEats ever again. Lesson learned.

Do not Use Uber! Uber eats charged me $44 for an order never completed, and driver never picked up. Tried to call the restaurant, found out the restaurant has no contact information, but an email address. Tried to call help on line, no real person to talk to, app gives no option but appeared to be issue resolved. Tried to Call driver, never picked up calls, left text messages no response. Uber said I can call the restaurant, when I asked them why allowing a store has no phone number to be on their app, I have no answer from the company. I am calling my bank to report this fishy transaction.

I can’t can’t cash out my Uber Eats money — it’s been days, and customer support hasn’t helped. This is unfair to drivers who depend on their earnings. Uber needs to fix this issue and make payouts reliable

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited for nearly an hour for my food, and just when the driver was one minute away, he randomly cancelled the order with no explanation. That’s pure disrespect for the customer’s time and trust. If this is how the service treats its customers, I’ll seriously think twice before ordering again.

Uber Eats double charged me 8 times for every order. They took funds from my Venmo and bank account. When I called to get a refund they charged me $490 which the agent claimed was a test charge. He stated that it would be removed in 5 minutes and all charges would be refunded to my account. I never got the 8 refunds and the $490 test charge caused my bank account to overdraw. I had to cancel my bank card and wait 10 days for a new one before I can use my account again. Also, wait 3 days before they could stop payment on the $490 so called test charge. I will NEVER EVER order from Uber again. I’ll stick to Door Dash who doesn’t cheat people, or leave their food outside the building on the ground so anyone can take it.

Although their policy apparently is restaurant must cxl order, I had food allergy I disclosed in notes and restaurants who can’t accommodate usually electronically cxl. Taco and Ramen called me to cxl bc they couldn’t accommodate my allergy and they were having trouble canceling. And I even prompted driver before he picked up. After and hour and being dropped all 3x uber would not reverse fees! And restaurant called in too, and also wrongfully told me they don’t why paid either way. I give over $1k to uber a month in business and they could not extend anything - all electronic trails are accessible to prove and all 3 customer service agents were curt.

I have ordered so many times from Uber Eats. If the food was a 5 in reviews- I’d say my food is always a 1-2 at most. Delivery is always good - it’s the food quality that is terrible… as if there’s a star saying “don’t care about this order “ and I never can get help from Uber when I ask for help

Waitng approximately 3 after 3 drivers went to the establishment to pickup my order. They canceled. I only got script answers. When you are a service industry worker and this is what you rely on it sucks. Especially when you order before you leave work hoping to have your food shortly after arriving home

Avoid them at all costs. 9 times out of 10 I have missing items. There was a time my food was delivered somewhere else that was not my residence due to the uber driver not being the person on the profile. The last straws for me was one driver picking up 2 orders of mine and handing me only one. I asked about the second order and he told me to call Uber. When I tried resolving the issue by requesting a refund, they disabled my account because I “violated” the Terms of Use. It isn’t much but I have $35 of Uber cash that I can’t use because my account is not able to be used and they won’t tell me what terms I violated by requesting a refund for the order I never received.

First time Uber Eats ordered, if I could give negative stars I would. It's always great after a long week of work to splurge on a meal so we don't have to cook. Imagine my surprise when the driver STOLE our meal. I figured something was wrong as the fourth, yes fourth, driver tried to pick up our order. Then Uber Eats cancelled the order. No notice, no apologies, no explanation. I called Carrabba's to ask and learned that the order was picked up on time by the first driver. It took until the 4th calling Uber for them to realize the food was stolen. No contact at all. How nice it was to have to hit a drive thru at 10 pm....thanks Uber Eats! You such. Don't waste your time using them. It's a joke.
