Due to a tragic death in the family, our friends gave us an Uber Eats gift card. We used it once and had over $200 on the card. Fast forward a month to use it again. There was nothing on it. We found out that it was used fraudulently. I asked for help from Uber Eats but they didn’t care. When I asked for someone of authority to help us - Uber Eats support ghosted us. I am disappointed and disgusted by the treatment we received. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all as they will not help.

Mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address for my delivery only to find out that uber eats doesn't allow changing the address once order has been placed only option I had was to cancel to wich they still charged me the full price for a meal that wasn't even prepared already just because they wouldn't allow a simple address change

I placed an order at McDonald's, I used the Uber Eats app, I'm really disappointed, I paid a premium for the service, so far everything was fine, but my food never arrived, they refunded me for this though. The second order I had to make, my food arrived after about 2 and a half hours, it was cold, practically inedible, I asked for a refund as the regulation rightly requires, also because everything is documented by the app. I was refused the refund, to conclude I paid for a service that turned out to be a terrible misadventure. You practically deserve to be taken to court for that food It was for my 3 and 8 year old kids.

The food was bad quality and the driver had a stop before mine which made my food even worse and Uber eats customer service will not give me my tip that the driver doesn't deserve or the purchase of the nasty food that went straight to the garbage

I canceled after 1 minute and they wanted to charge me. At first, it said 15 minutes but when you place the order it was 40 minutes so I canceled. They still charged me. Rip off!

I ordered fast food from a restaurant 5 minutrs from my house with Uber Eats. I paidcextra for a Priority delivrry....pick up ASAP and delivery first. Imagine my shock when I see the order picked up notice and the driver is way out of the way to get it to me. He went on a 20 minute drive to get gas after picking up my order. I contacted Uber Eats support. A complete waste of time. Cold, inedible foodvright into the garbage.

I paid for an annual plan and they keep charging me monthly on top of it. Horrible customer service and almost impossible to get someone on the phone. For the record, I could only find the number via Google search - their website is USELESS. Here it is: (800) 253-9377

Pathetic customer service , please don’t order from uber eats it’s just ripping off people money last night I accidentally ordered food to restaurant cost came up 30 pound and the voucher they were offering didn’t applied on total straight away within seconds I cancelled the order and straight away they deducted 26.50 cancellation fee so we ended up no food plus money went too I contacted restaurant this happened and how can u prepare food in one minute they told nothing is prepared first on uber machine receipt came up as an order straight away another receipt came up for cancellation nothing is ready neither we can give food neither refund it’s all about uber they charged u straight away contact to customer service almost untill mid night I was on phone calling and emailing them for refund or at least issue me a voucher different people replied same answer sorry we can’t help u in any way how disgusting behaviour is this with in minutes less than 5 minute I cancelled straight away and u charged me and telling me next time when u order be careful why would I order from this app , I always order from deliveroo , just eat and never had any issue like that even once I changed my mind and cancelled my order there people straight away refunded this was a customer service not the one I have been provided by mujooba and sourav very unprofessional without having any kind gesture towards customers

My daughter made a mistake and sent my four digit code because she thought out order was outside. The driver never delivered our food. Tried to complain to customer service and they refused to refund the money. Make sure you receive your order before closing out the transaction.

Buyer beware. Do not cancel an order and expect a refund! I canceled an order within 2 minutes of placing it and was charged the full $71. I received nothing and they still thought it was OK to keep my money! They also did not state this anywhere as I was canceling. I was actually shown a refund while canceling, but this is not the case. DO NOT USE UBEREATS. They will take your money without issuing a service. Such a scam.

Please be careful using uber eats. I purchase food with them and the delivery guy came to my house stating that Applebee's didn't have my order and that I need to call uber to get a refund and he will call also. When I called uber eats requesting a refund they started they couldn't refund me my money back due to it saying food delivery but I never received my items. I removed my account from uber eats that day and a couple of days later they charged my card for 1.53 which it wasn't a card that I used for my order I contacted my bank and let them know that this was an unauthorized transfer. It's sad that companies try to take your hard earn money please people be very careful

Sat for an hour for them to cancel the order, tell me their sorry the driver cancelled. Two seconds later they say the vendor cancelled. Meanwhile DoorDash is on the way with the same order, within 20 min delivery window. Complete waste of time. I spent a lot of money with Ubereats and asked for a credit for the inconvenience, even a $5 credit would have been nice for having me sit waiting for an hour. It showed my food was picked up so they lied about the vendor cancelling it. They didn’t charge me which is great because the agents do not communicate very well and they probably have limited resources to actually solve any issues. It felt like my time meant nothing - I felt it was unacceptable. I pay for a convenient service and this was the polar opposite. Had I wanted to wait an hour to start over I’d have driven myself to get the food, got home, dropped it on the floor and drove back again and STILL spent less time and money than I did with this service. Unreal.

The worst food pickup and delivery app ever do not download. Use door dash or grub hub instead. Uber charges extra fees and rips of their customers. User experience also sucks and their customer service is rude and hangs up when you call them to try to resolve an issue. This has happened to me and people I know multiple times! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I placed an order today through Uber Eats for pickup from a merchant. When I receive the order the order was incorrect. My order was missing items and the merchant refused to provide me with the item that was missing. I was told by the merchant that I would have to reach out to Uber Eats since I paid Uber Eats for the products. I reached out to Uber Eats and was told repeatedly via chat that I should leave a review for the merchant since I did not receive all of my items. I asked the representative in the chat whose name was George if there was any way that they could reach out to the merchant to get the item delivered or picked up. I was told that Uber Eats does not have any way to get in contact with the merchant. George kept telling me that my account was not available to receive an adjustment. I asked George what did that mean and he only stated that some accounts aren't allowed to have adjustments and that is their policy. He could not tell me anything other than that. I informed George that I want the missing item that I paid for and that I did not want a refund. George kept stating to leave a review on the merchant. I informed George that I paid for the items through Uber Eats and if they are unable to resolve the issue then I need to leave a review on Uber Eats not the merchant. George then ended the chat by stating I had already been informed of the reason why the adjustment is not able to be made. When the automatic chat question appeared asking if my problem had been resolved I selected no which put me in another chat with Swati. Swati stated she reviewed my account and would look into resolutions. Swati then put in the chat box the exact same messages that had been placed in the chat box by George. She also ended the chat stating that I had been given all of the available recommendations to resolve the issue. The only recommendation that was made was to leave a review for the merchant. That doesn't get me my item or money back. Other than being told to leave a review I was told that Uber Eats is unable to make an adjustment to the account. I informed each representative that I did not want an adjustment. I let them know that I was wanting the missing item. Uber Eats is good when there are no issues that need to be resolved, however, they are horrible when there is an issue with your order. I only use Uber Eats because it is a perk with my Amex card. Amex automatically deposits money into my Uber account monthly and it can only be used on the Uber app. Uber Eats up charges the products and foods that are listed on their site. They upcharge when you select delivery over pick up by about $10. I recommend using the apps that are provided by the merchant opposed to using Uber Eats.

You place an order, 3 drivers cancel on you wasting 2 1/2 hours of your time, and you can’t get a hold of anyone. They cancel your order and go mute. Don’t even give you anything for your inconvenience. Crappy service

Order was incorrect. Uber eats resolution was: Our policy doesn't let us issue a refund, nothing we can do. Isn't this a form of theft? I paid for something, didn't receive it and the money stays with them? That's theft in my eye.

I received the wrong order on yesterday by uberEats driver. I ordered 3 entree order called big plate from Panda Express. The driver delivered a complete different order costing less than what I paid from a complete different company (Grubhub). This company’s order had less items than what I ordered from uberEats and was cheaper. I sent pictures of receipt just as ubereats asked and they refused to do anything about it. This is so unacceptable.

I ordered food from Panda Express yesterday through Uber eats and the Uber eats driver delivered the wrong order from Grubhub instead of the food from UberEats. I complained because the Gtubhub order had already been cancelled a while before uberEats order and was not the same exact order. In fact, I paid more for the uberEats order and ordered additional item that I didn’t receive. I complained and they did nothing about it. I sent them a picture of the receipt and they still did nothing. This was ordered through their Postmates company app. These people love cheating people out of money.
