“This has happened to my four times so far, its like every other grocery order the driver is in contact with me, but something is fishy, every time it has been a canceled order half my stuff gets checked off before they even get to the grocery store? and they usually speed through the shop and never contact me for any reason then cancel when its check out time. And of course uber easts is the absolute worst company for service ever, they have literately stolen from me and said to bad suck it up. it was only 30 bucks but after an hour on the phone to be told to bad....just horrible. Im pretty sure this scummy drivers are seeing no auto tip as i only tip if the shopper does there job. So they are just pretending to shop to get paid and waiting for a different order to pop up. there prob eating dinner or something total scum bags all of them, if uber wasent so cheap i would just stop using them but they have the market sort of cornered. i was just told that i should tip more up front or no one will take my order seriously..... im sticking with instacart its alittle more but way more stores and professionalisim.”

“My food never arrived, the driver never called, went outside to look for my food, no food left, refused to refund me the money saying he was waiting or something have no idea where or didn’t bother to call, deliver my food to the door, looking for him, disgusting service and refund given”

“I hate that I wasted so much money on this app/company. Uber eats recieved hundreds from me but wont refund for items missing, or if I want to cancel because the DRIVERs not moving and my ETA keeps changing. They truly dont care about their customers, I already cancelled my membership but Im completely deleting this app. I'd rather starve.”

“You guys are highly unprofessional. I have had the worst experience with UberEats; your some drivers are delivering our orders to the wrong address and not guiding us where they have left. The address they are claiming is not even in the same area. And you have the poorest Customer Service; there is neither any refund nor support from your team. All they said was that the manager would call, but they never called back. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service UberEats.”

“THEY ARE SLOW, THEY DON’T COMPLETE THEIR ORDERS, THEY OVERCHARGE YOU, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY LACKING, AND, IN THE END, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I ALSO SUSPECT THEIR DRIVERS ARE STEALING YOUR FOOD BECAUSE THEY DON’T COMPLETE YOUR ORDERS. STAY AWAY FROM RESTAURANTS THAT USE THEM!! I AM!!”

“I just paid £30 for a years Uber eats One. How I’m regretting it now. They are useless. I had an issue with an order and talking to their representative left me feeling like I was talking to a robot. I asked them twice to refund me for a late order where the restaurant didn’t pick up the phone. Totally unacceptable that it took a 25 minutes interaction for them simply to acknowledge and call the restaurant before cancelling the order. I won’t use them again. I’ll just write off the £30! You have been warned.”

“Every time I order which is pretty often at least 3 times per week they give me an estimated time but even when I order something from right down the street it still takes an hour sometimes an hour and a half! The driver usually has a stop in between mine? when it is less than 4 blocks. By the time I get my order its cold and most often I do not get the complete order. They clearly do not care about customer service or fast service! Not to mention they are extremly expensive. $30.00 to order a Coffee from down the street is beyond comprehension. Deleting app! Not worth the time, Frustration or money!”

“I place an order twice by error and they did not provide the credit because the restaurant accepted the order. The refund policy is horrible. Everything has to be conducted via chat. They have NO PHONE CONTACT to resolve issues. Difficult company to work with.”

“Be very careful wen using these they took money out of my bank acount with out permission also removed a £10 promotion with out telling me. Check you bank statements if been using these they help them self's the next day”

“This was my first time using uber eats. Guess what? I did not get my find delivery. Noonecalled to say that it had been delivered to the wrong address. When I called them after waiting longer than time said, the customer device rep said I could get a refund in 3-5 days. Well you got my money immediately and I still don't have food or my money back. Never will use this wevice again. Too much money, too much nonchalantness about me not getting my food”

“I live in Dallas. Placed an order via Uber Eats on 4th Nov. The driver brought the wrong order. She then took off with the wrong order she brought, but never came back with the right order! The delivery prior to this one a few days earlier, the driver left the food on the ground by the front door, including the drinking straw. Not the most hygienic way to deliver food... but I let that one go. Uber Eats... NO MORE”

“Hope they screwed. I booked an order at Walmart and in the morning the driver cancelled the order. I believed the payment did not go through. After 48 hours, I realized it did go through and they told me they couldn't get a refund because after 48 hours, they couldn't. I did not receive my order, and I could not get the money back. IT IS JUST A FRAUD. That means if driver cancel the order, I have to cancel the order too?? What the fUk”

“Cancelled our order for a birthday party while the party was in full swing. Cue 15 disappointed children, one ruined party and a wasted afternoon trying to get our money back, which they're not keen on giving us. Absurdly bad service. Never again.”

“I was charged for an order that never arrived. After contacting them, they refunded my order but NOT THE TIP. I was charged a tip and never received my order. I contacted them AGAIN and was told someone would get back to me... it's been days. So NO MORE. I deleted the app and they will lose hundreds of dollars a week from me alone. You literally ROBBED me!”
