If you have the unfortunate position where you were 15 hour. Ships near the universal studios location in Orlando. never order Uber Eats.After instructing a driver, then actually saying please. And thank you to leave my food items on a chair outside the main door. Of the building.. it was decided to throw my food on the ground on the opposite side of a door that only opens outward. so after my 15 hour work day at the hospital, I got to come home to my food knocked Uber on the floor covered in ants. that is the service you will receive. try doordash next time. Lesson learned.

Great customer service if you don't mind cold food and a crappy attitude. Their representatives are rude and condescending. Do not order from them. Seriously, do not use this service.

App is okay if you can get it working. The text verification didn't work. Finally found a work around a few days later after I didn't get a response from customer service. Now I get promotions emailed every week that I'm not actually eligible for. Nothing makes me want to use the app more than an 'appreciation coupon' that I can't actually use.

I made an on Uber eat in the amount of $33 the next day there were an additional charge of $2 for adjustment. 4 days later there were an additional $6 charge for another adjustment and 3 days after that an additional charge of $9 posted on my card for tip's which I did not authorize because I tipped in cash at the time of delivery. Called support several times and nothing was done. They keep telling me it was escalated to supervisor but no one ever contacted me afterwards! They needs to be Sue for being a fraud

Customer services/ chat are useless. I had an issue of 3 delivery from grocery shopping all failing in a single day. Then the 3 grocery shops all closed. The app tracking was useless and timer keeper going up. I spoke to customer chat though the app and all I got was copy paste answers. Finally got them to cancel the orders and then was put though to another chat agent about the issue . They keeper asking for an order number . It was shown in app as they was cancelled. 4 more copy paste answers later asking for order number they closed down the chat. Opened up again next day 3 more copy paste posts about order number. I decided then and there to close my account . They are quick enough to take your payment but when issues arise I have more confidence speaking to my 5 year old then getting any help from Uber eats support staff.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are inconvenient do not care to make anything convenient for employees or customers. Allow you to cancel an order immediately but then KEEP YOUR MONEY. Unless the restaurant is still open to confirm even though they see it cancelled and the time frame on their end. UBER EATS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. FRAUD

After years of giving Ubereats loyal and frequent service, I have finally decided to stop using it cold turkey. I advise avoiding Ubereats unless you have no other option. They are notoriously bad at refunding legitimate mistakes on their end (ex. missing items, wrong items, and legitimate safety concerns). I have let these things slide over the past year(I really should have stopped using their service months ago). But this past couple months with mistake after mistake and not being refunded, I was basically throwing money in the trash can. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I chipped a tooth on the food I ordered on the app (there was something hard in the dish that shouldn't have been in it). I had to throw it away and now deal with a chipped tooth which is more time and money and an overall upsetting experience. I explained the situation to Ubereats and they did not refund me one penny for this order that cost me almost 50 bucks that went in the trash and resulted in a chipped tooth. I will no longer use Ubereats. Additionally their customer service is awful, they do not help you with legitimate concerns or do any investigations when it comes to safety, they did not even refund me for this situation at all.

I don’t know how food is delivered to the wrong house when my address is in big numbers on the mailbox.. if you can see and count.. you would be able to see it. Not only that, but sometimes the order is changed and what was not ordered is what is received. I really feel some drivers don’t care whether it’s at the correct house or not.

Zero stars if possible. Ordered a cake from Dairy Queen, cake was not even an item they offered. Manager called and told me to cancel through the app. I did that immediately. Uber Eats still kept my $30 claiming to be fair to the merchant who started to prepare my order. Which is BS, no order was able to even be prepared per their manager who I spoke with. Dairy Queen didn't get paid, I got robbed $30 and Uber kept the $$. Scam scam scam. Then they start telling you on the phone, and the app, that they won't discuss your order anymore, you have reached the maximum attempts. I obviously will never use them again, and let anyone who I see attempting to use them, to be ware of their scamming nature.

Order wasn't received. Driver said he has taken the order back to the shop. When we arrived at the shop the food hadn't been returned. UberEats refused to refund the order. Absolutely shocking customer service and they allow there drivers to steal food.

Ordered shopping from a local shop stood outside and waited for the driver who did not drive by and did not stop. Order was cancelled and I am left with no food. Money gone out of my account but no food and no to buy anything. I will never use this service again

Absolutely đź’Ż spot on with groceries orders, way superior than the others eg. D.roo and J eat, who constantly never check orders! I've never had money taken from Uber eats and not get my full order unlike their competitors!

Absolutely shocking was 35 mins later than the maximum delivery time (1hour late total) then said delivered when it has not, never received the food, rang the customer "support " and that was even worse than not getting our food, the "advisor" SHAEKRGEEL was absolutely horrendous no help whatsoever kept shouting at me and threatening to put phone down as he said I was taking too long to find order number etc , then said he couldn't help and was putting phone down, tried to call straight back to speak to someone else and no reply, absolutely shocking no food , no refund the worst customer experience I have ever seen wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Worst service worst customer service, had my food delivered to a wrong address very far away from mine, after waiting for hours they didnt bring my food they decided to refund my money instead of bringing my order so l had to spend twice the money $120, while they refund my $60 and Restaurant had already close by time l reorder, they just didnt car to find a solution and hanged up on my chat twice being very rude. Worst customer service

They rarely deliver at the time they say they will, and they almost always cancel my orders. They seldom have drivers available for anything. Really shoddy service.

I use uber eats in Boston it is the worst app to ever be used. The delivery takes for ever and the delivery window is 3h. Of course the order won’t be considered late if the window is 3h.

Uber eats is a rip off. Their offer was to Add to your order for delivery and unfortunately, when I ordered at the liquor store, I Didn't realize that it was not on delivery. And so now they refused to give me my money back saying that they cannot give it back. The woman at the liquor store knows that my order was not picked up as I was on the phone with her. Her name is Salud at the party liquor store. Uber eats a rip off And definitely doesn't care about their customers. But satan has people working for him. Uber Eats is a rip-off. Their customer service is terrible. They don't listen to anybody. And they don't care to fix any problems for anyone I would give this negative stars if I could one is too much for them!
