Avoid! If I could could less than 1 star I would. Human hairs found in food order yet they do not see this as an issue. Huge health & safety issue and obviously food inedible yet told no refund for the meal that had to be thrown away. Disgusting service. Will be boycotting.

I have used Uber Eats twice and both times I was charged 2 times for my meal. I will not use Uber Eats again.

Bloody sh** always eats half my food so I have to get refund that takes another 15 days to actually come back. This company shouldn't exist or they need to fire one hella lot of people wether it be my dad or mates ordering it's bull poo

I will never ever order an let them deliver. Even tipped them. Over an hour an half wait. Never ever again.45.00 order from subway an tipped a decent amount too.

Uber just plain old stinks. Everyone out there, stop using them! Please, everyone stop using them. Stop using Uber eats! STOP USING UBER EATS! It’s the only way they will learn their lesson. I’m a merchant that has to be signed up with them because everyone uses them. When everyone stops using them I can be the first to throw their tablet out my front window. Then and only then will they respond to all your legitimate refunds.

I didn't get the ranch I ordered with my food that I paid 1.19 for the driver confirmed with their customer service staff that the restaurant didn't give it to him and they absolutely refused to refund the 1.19. I just don't get it. I will never ever use this service again, their are other delivery services that don't steal from you. I don't get how they can get away with doing that.

Had an issue with their website. Freezing/crashing, which resulted in a double order/Double charge to my credit card. Uber Eats would not do anything other than offer A $25 credit credit towards future orders. I would warn everybody about using this company. If you have an issue, they will keep your money. Try doordash instead.

Will never use Uber eats again . Cancelled my order for no reason . Got a notification to meet at door . Driver never showed up was close by following car on map . Had a missed call which I called immediately back left several messages texts I was waiting at door . Then driver blocked me and saw they cancelled earlier . Very bizarre and very disappointed we were really hungry , we didn’t have anything in house to eat , it was late and we were not feeling great . Whoever the driver was should he fired . I wonder if she ate our food ? Why tell us get ready to meet us and then no show ??

My mom is 86 years old and lives in a senior building, after a long day of doctors appointments in which I accompanied her to, she wanted me to order her some food from UberEATS in which I have done many times in the past. After the driver picked the food up the tracker kept adding more time. When the driver finally was five minutes away I went outside to wait for him. He contacted me and I told him I was outside waiting, only to find out that he was at the wrong address. The tracker showed that driver was in the area, however he never delivered the food and he cancelled the order. He mentioned there was construction taking place in that area which was true, however he could have still gotten through. My mom waited over an hour and a half for this order and she was very disappointed that she didn’t receive it. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund for an order that I didn’t cancel.

Uber eats sucks!!! Everytime my order is incorrect. I upload pictures like they ask. They refuse to refund me for the mistakes on their end. Customers are being penalized for their incompetence. Damn shame they play with peoples money. I have deleted the app, and refuse to use them ever again in life!!! Customer service sucks!!!

Not the first time I have missing items in my order. Also, not the first time I don’t receive a refund for something they didn’t deliver. If Uber eats doesn’t want to give a refund on something I clearly didn’t receive they should be hiring and training drivers who at least read what’s on the orders and care about doing a good service. This isn’t professional at all and then they get mad people don’t want to give tips for a miserable delivery service.

In the beginning, 2-3 years ago, this service was perfect! I’m so disappointed because in 5 of 5 orders, 100% of my orders were unsatisfactory. Missing condiments, straws, food items, utensils, napkins, receiving incorrect items and free food items are the issues I experienced. In addition, my food has been delayed and cold because I don’t pay “extra”. What is the purpose of subscribing again? I do not receive promotions that are usable to add to the list. Why send unusable promotions for marketing? It is false advertising and misleading. I am going to cancel Uber One because of these things. You cannot enjoy a high priced meal when it is missing ketchup, pickles, Dr.Pepper (sent root beer that I did not order) and straw, cold fries cooked in old grease, while missing the free wings from Popeyes. I’m sorry but the $5 credit doesn’t make up for the ruined meal. It doesn’t cover the replacement of hot food had everything been delivered, correct, the first time.

Absolutely ridiculous service!! They take or shall i say steal money from you. Missing half my order and refused to give my money back for missing items. I paid 30$ for 2 small cheese burgers!!

I asked NOT to ring my door bell. I asked NOT to knock on my door. My Special Instructions were to leave bag on the tray by the door. But ur drive was ringing and ringing my doorbell and kept knocking on my door. I am sick in bed. This was my first time using Uber eats so I would like to get compensated for this delivery.

This was the worst delivery service I’ve ever used. I even gave them another chance! 3 hours later, cancelled. The 2nd time I gave them a chance it took 3 1/2 hours. I don’t typically do bad reviews but beware. Use door dash. They are on time every single time.

Thought i would try your service, especially since you were offering a discount. Selected Pizza Hut in North Pole with delivery only a mile away. Was told order would be belivered at 2:45, ok, that was in 45 minutes. Perfect timing for 1/2 time. Well, half time came and went, 3rd period came and went too. Finally in the 4th quarter, my pizza arrived. NOT IMPRESSED with your service. When i spoke to the driver, she rkayed she just got the notice 20 minutes before. Hate to punish the drivers and i know pizza hut has its own problems but come on folks, it surely doesn't take that long.

I placed an order that I never received!! I had to call Uber eat literally 5 times rude customer service!! Then I placed the order again once they returned my money!! The order was not showing under my app anymore!! I called customer service again no help at all . So I went to pick up my food!! I would not recommend Uber eats to anyone!! They are the worst company to deal with!! You will waist your money and time.
