I was trying to cancel the order, I called the store to cancel they said have to contact UberEasts, and cancelled the order with the App, few days later still charged orders I cancelled . Had to dispute with credit card company and show the screen shots of my cancellation. And they gave me refund .. I thought it was over, When I try to order again , I have to pay the order I cancelled. They said, I should have contacted them 48 hours of cancellation even though I cancelled which doesn't make sense . I was try to find the Phone number of customer support of UberEats , it took me 20 minutes to google to find out ! In a short word, Once you order it Can not cancel the order with UberEATS, I am pretty sure, Lot of people like me but it's so annoying to argue/sue with them. But, This is another Total SCAM - UberEATS.

My order was missing 2 items. After showing pictures and receipts uber said it was delivered accordingly. The restaurants constantly mess up and we the buyers get messed over. Uber needs to figure out a better system to make sure food gets made correctly.

Charged me for an order they say I cancelled, but it was definitely the merchant. I then reordered the same thing, but was still charged initially. They refused to reimburse.

Go with skip the dishes!! Much FRIENDLEIR staff and much more accomodating! I never have too many issues with the drivers or couriers. Uber driving is amazing if you need a ride. Uber eats; I cannot vouch for them at all. Everytime I have issues with replacements, missing items and just very rude; entitled drivers. I am more than friendly with everyone to begin with, then I will give you the same respect you give me....which is why I decided to sacrifice a bit of MY TIME to write this review. With uber eats in my previous experience, I constanly get talked over and was then hung up on. I was being friendly and trying to explain what I wanted. He didnt want to listen or put in any effort in this order at all. He then goes ahead and just threw everything in the bag. (I have a picture of the lack of effort for any staff reading. I will add I do find it highly ironic when I give a negative review the pic doesnt upload lol) Deffinitely better apps/services out there for food. Very dissapointed, but you try new things right? Hit & Miss Please don't be in customer service if you can't deal with customers or dont enjoy shopping/food delivery. To me, that should be common sense. Kind regards, VB

They never take accountability for errors or deceptive aspects of their app. They have poor customer service and they increase food prices regularly. Door dash is superior in customer service and support

Driver was 40 minutes late. She sat at the subdivision across the street for 20 minutes. I messaged her and she didn't respond till after she dropped it off,.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I placed an order and got the wrong food delivered. The delivery driver refused to return to the restaurant and said to contact UberEats help through the app. I did immediately and their AI said my order was not eligible for a refund or price adjustment. I asked why and just kept getting the same response: no. UberEats reached out to me about there being an issue right after I reached out to them- so I thought great, this will now get resolved. By day 3 of trying to resolve this, their AI said it’s been more than 48hours and now they cannot do anything; I used the same help chat & never closed it.. 10 days later & still trying to fix this. No explanation given, just no. I am cancelling UberEats and Uber & giving all my business to their competitors- I said I would do so and they sent the same response they’ve been giving me for 10 days.. so UberEats thinks it is acceptable to pay for an order you never receive; and are also willing to keep $45 from me in exchange for losing up to thousands of dollars a year in UberEats and Uber rides from my business…

Always waiting over an hour for food to be delivered from 3 mins away. Most of the time my dinner will go for a ride across town before reaching my door. Complete joke of a service.

I've deleted my account. Uber Eats seem to be actively trying to get rid of customers. Not the first time I've had problems with customer support. Didn't even try to solve the problem. Just said couldn't refund my money. Which is odd since I didn't ask for a refund at first. All they had to do was send the driver back to the restaurant to pick up the correct order. I rang the restaurant and they were happy with that. Instead got another message saying I wasn't getting a refund. Maybe you could listen to what your customers are saying. Not me though, I'm sick of dealing with your incompetence. Terrible company.

Do not order from Uber! There are so many different third party delivery services that are way better with great customer service. I work at a fast food place, and get a lot of complaints when it comes to Uber because their customer service is trash! Orders are delivered to wrong addresses or delivery drivers steal food and Uber says "sorry not eligible for refund". I actually placed an order two days ago and my food was delivered to the wrong address, when I finally got a message back for them, they told me those exact words. I finally got to see what customers were talking about. When I asked why, they refused to give me an explanation. They are stealing money and then try to blame the drivers or the stores. Terrible delivery service! Wish I could give them 0 stars!

The driver never delivered my order when I called the driver said her car overheated and she wasn’t coming. She marked my order as deliver and I was charged for it. I contacted customer service and they were no help and told me I do not get a refund. I will never use Uber Eats again DoorDash from here on out.

Deleted the app finally after the driver stole my order.. which I know he stole.. Ordered 2 coffees and two bagels from coffee guy cafe in Pensacola.. he left the food and took the coffees. Even took a photo with no coffee.. so I called the restaurant.. and they confirmed by entire order was picked up . Then I reported it to Uber eats as they won’t refund my money.. so I hope those coffees were good Christopher in the white Camaro..

A total scam. I would recommend to everyone to look for something else. Not only the estimated time was far from the reality. They also charge you for everything and there's no compensation or refund. I recommend to stay away!

I've encountered this issue twice now. The first time, I let it slide, hoping Uber Eats would address the missing items or the order that never arrived. Unfortunately, it happened again today at the Hungry Jack's Richlands branch, with my order being incomplete. It seems unlikely that Uber Eats will refund me for the missing items. I just want to share this experience so others are aware of how Uber Eats handles customer complaints. If you’re craving something to eat, I recommend going out instead, as Uber Eats has been disappointing for me on two occasions.

I find the app(not most of the employees) to be taking the most advantage of everyone. When even big mistakes are made there are little to minimal reimbursements. Even though I sadly have had the UberOne subscription I highly recommend never to engage in any subscriptions and as minimal interaction with the Uber app wether it is UberEats or just plain Uber drivers. I will be cancelling as soon as possible. Additionally, I recommend everyone who use this app to compare their fare with friends as they have many different prices for the exact same pick-up and delivery address at the exact same time.

The worst customer service! It should be called customer disrespect! Order was cancelled. Called calmly expecting a credit/refund like the amazing service DoorDash provides, only to be yelled at, cursed out, and told “like I said, I’m not getting a supervisor ma’am”—I am a sir btw so already offended there as I informed the rep Misty to properly address me as sir. Please review the call recording (if it was even recorded by these scammers) and have her terminated immediately!!!

Was charged a cancelation fee for canceling a order that was going to take an hour and twenty minutes. Uber wouldn't refund the money after cancelling order with in the first 3 minutes

I would rate them a zero if I could. I had a $15 coupon that wasn't applying correctly in the app. I contacted customer service to see if they could help. They stated that if I placed the order and contacted customer service after, they would refund me $15. I told them I didn't feel comfortable placing the order without knowing I would get the $15. Two different cusomer service reps assured me it would handled after. I have screenshots to prove this. I contacted service directly after placing the $75 order. I was told this was not eligible for any sort of refund of the $15. I explained the customer service conversation telling me to do that. They did not care. They refused to do what they had said. Only reason I placed an order through Uber Eats was they were running a 50% off up to $15 special. I placed an order for Dominos Pizza to be delivered to the church and Uber Eats took off the $15 for the promotion but added back a $14.23 “Marketplace fee charge” that they didn’t even explain what that was. I tried to get help from the app and selected Chat Support. The “agent” I got was NOT helpful and just ended the chat. So I had to try to get help from the Phone Support and spoke to another agent. She was trying to help but they said they can’t refund me the $14.23 Marketplace fee charge. I told them it would have just been cheaper to place the order directly from Dominos and will no longer be using their services. They did not care. She only asked if I wanted them to delete my account with them. 😡
