Uber Eats is the worst company to cancel a membership with. No matter how many times I have asked them cancel, they have not. Their customer service is a joke as i was waiting to chat for over 15 minutes to make sure my acct was cancelled again and I then got a msg that something went wrong and would need to email them. I took all my banking info off their site and they still are charging me month after month. Do not ever apply for their free trail as it is not worth the savings as i have been trying to cancel this for a year now and will have to pursue other avenues to have this cancelled for good!

Not even one star. They charge for direct delivery, don't assign a driver until far too late, and then the food arrives ice cold. They argue their policy being a non issue as long as it arrives in an hour, whether or not you paid extra with a FAR lower time estimate, the food arrives at a very dangerous temperature to eat, should be thrown out, and with zero refunds. An absolute SCAM.

First of all ever since the app was updated the map sucks..it doesnt show the people driving on time, picking up, dropping off. And no its not my phone or connection. My delivery was late once again. Got dropped off at another house...called and asked about it but driver barely spoke english...again! So ended up being 30 mins late and cold. I just wanted refund because this keeps happening lately. Plus i live it duplex and even though i wrote instructions down as to which side to drop off, they still get it wrong. This has been happening for about 2 weeks with all the issues. I order all the time and spend a lot of money...i dont expect late food, cold food, bad communication, issues with app. When i had to call and speak with someone over the phone i tried explaining that it was longer than 15 mins and the photo he took wasnt my house! He wanted me to wait while he called driver so we could talk.....like why! U do it! My food is already cold and u wana make me wait more. Also i cannot get the right help over the app....it keeps going back to main screen when i dont get the right help. Im just disappointed. I guess ill stop ordering.

Uber eats always accepts my orders but these past three time they have had be waiting about an hour and then end up cancelled because they dasher doesn’t want to deliver.

Uber and or drivers add stops (multiple!) with your food on board. I don’t want soggy, cold or molested food. Never again.

I wish I could give zero stars,I place order and it said it was going to get delivered by 6pm ,and it didn’t,the delivery switched to 6:30 I contacted and it kept saying error,and the I waited till 6:30 and then it went to 7and I tried again and it kept saying the same thing so I tried to canceling it and then it said I will get charged for the cancellation which is ridiculous,I waited for 2 hours and I didn’t get my food and then I didn’t get my money back ,I will never recommend anyone to order from there ,you should rather order from DoorDash or wayyy better ther

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered food from a restaurant that was 5 minutes from us. It took over an hour and a half to get it to us - I thought it was due to the fact it was a Friday night, and was fine with that. Found out it was because they were getting it from the restaurant that was 45 minutes away from us (close to where the uber drive lived). This was ridiculous - food was cold when arrived. When I reached out on their chat - that was a joke - could not help, said it was because the other restaurant did not use their service, which was a lie - when I went to the uber app and put in Italian restaurants near me - the restaurant I wanted showed up, and I also tried again after getting this information from there - and again it was there. I explained this to them, but got the same story from them, over and over again. I was also billed on the total bill for the tip as well as a separate bill for the tip. Keep an eye on that - I have disputed the separate charge, I sure hope they don't screw over the person that brought the food, but it would not surprise me if they do.

This company has the worst customer service. I was charged for an item that was never filled and that I never received. The store told me to cancel because my order wasn’t in stock and Uber charged me. Uber refused to refund or even credit me. It’s the worst company and I’d rather use DoorDash

I would leave zero stars. I placed an order and had a large part of my order missing. I had to wait 3 days for someone to contact me to tell me that me order I received was correct. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible policies.

When somebody says buy one get one free that usually means you’ll get two of whatever you order! I just paid $28 for a single hero. I will never order from Uber eats again….. FU Uber eats you suck I wish you were here punch in the face

Uber eats has been AWFUL with timely delivery. Customer service is a JOKE! They are RUDE and not helpful at all! They told me that it didn’t matter if my food was cold or not! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!

When McDonald's messed up on both coffee's and 2 stripsof bacon, we let them know and only refunded 1 coffee. My husband and I did not get a refund 1 coffee and 2 bacon strips. Then they want us to just reorder, I can see why, we have to pay more fee's putting more money in their pockets. That's what con artist and scammers do. If you want to keep customers MAKE IT RIGHT. Reorder it without expecting your customers to pay twice, and then you will be a honest good company.

You people are beyond horrible you have no respect for your customers I got someone else's food I sent you pictures and the receipt about six times and you did nothing but send me a reply that you had delivered my order I give you a pin when we hang off but I have no clue what I am getting until I am obviously able to get in my house and check and then I see I got the wrong order and you people are so scandalous you don't care about your customers I never have had to deal with such a horrible place that lies and places blame on everyone else your customer service is garbage you do nothing for the customers your horrible look at your reviews you people need to be out out of business hopefully that will happen soon I will never order nothing from you lying thieves again

We ordered food at 13:00. I live 5 minutes away from McDonald's via car, I cannot drive due to my leg Injury and my kids were hungry and wanted McDonald's so I thought I'd order McDonald's app because it's more convenient, little to know they use Uber eats as their courier, the driver went to the other side of my town which is about 20 minutes away and then turned up at my house with stone cold food. I called customer services and complained for a refund which they didn't give me. They just came up with scripted responses like I was talking to a robot. I then requested to talk to a manager which then sounded like she was in a snowstorm somewhere because I could not hear a word she said, she also had the same scripted answers. I then began to explain my problem to her, her name being 'Goha Fatima' and she put the phone down on me? Absolutely bizzare how this company is still standing at this point. AVOID and use just eat instead.

I was charged for a order delivered to the wrong address in the end I ended up paying $50 for a burger and taco salad .I will never order through them again...THIEVES
