I stopped using Uber Eats a few years ago because they continually pushed out the estimated arrival time and then after 3 hours they cancelled my order. Tonight I decided to give them another opportunity and now I'm constantly watching the delivery time continually delay again and again and again. The rates are ridiculously expensive and the service is atrocious I will never use their food service again

For one my delivery time was changed three times because an order was added to my delivery delivery for someone else I had to wait 30 minutes for my food when I finally got it part of my order was not in my bag had to hunt down the store. Call the store no weather way to get my food because I am disabled. They say they’re going to refund it, but I don’t know if that’s gonna happen. I have now started putting my tip down to a very, very low minimum and if it gets to me in time, and my food is still hot, then I will add a tip for the driver. It’s sad that the drivers tip is affected by the lack of competency of the restaurant. Very dissatisfied with Uber and in this case, Panera bread. When I open my bag of food, there is a chunk of bread sitting right on top unwrapped part is a rock. I didn’t order any soup so what is the bread for to make up for my bowl of fruit that was missing? Very dissatisfied.!!!!

Do not use your bank card on here. As I ordered food from my account few times and now several times my card has been used in other account with random name I do not recognise. And uber is taking their side and not refunding me money. How can uber let a random person uses other people card whom do not link or share the same name as card holder. I have been scammed twice and uber will not help refund money. They will tell you to contact my back. But my bank never took money on my statement it says uber! Absolutely scam and no security sharing your card details. Avoid.

Ordered MacDonalds breakfast but when delivery arrived it was missing two items. I contacted Uber Eats as directed by MacDonalds who stated that in line with their policy they cannot do anything about it. The customer service agent basically accused me of lying and was very unhelpful. McDonald’s needs to review their delivery partners because I will not be using Uber Eats again. Terrible experience and customer service.

I have used UberEATS twice to get food from TacoBell. Both times the food was stone cold and items were missing. The second time they refused to refund me, basically saying I was lying. DO NOT USE. You have no protection if items are missing or inedible.

They gave me a completely different order from a different restaurant. And they refused to give me my money back. Even the driver refused to give me my order. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I am a loyal Doordash user and Instacart. When the had a promotional offering discounts to order from restaurants with Uber Eats I decided to give it a try. HUGE mistake! The process was glitchy. I thought I was ordering a pizza and crazy sauce from a popular pizza place. The price at checkout came to $15 which seemed right with the $10 discount promised on Instacart. After I submitted the order the receipt showed 1 item…Crazy sauce only. I thought may e it is just showing the last item but once I was finally able to figure out how to see the full order it was for just a 4 oz container of sauce! I immediately found the help button waited for an agent and explained the situation. The agent basically said “tough luck” the charge sticks ( mind you the sauce was only $2). I was told I could cancel but they would still keep the money. There were no other complaint options for resolution. Just a text chat with an agent. First and last time for UberEats. I so appreciate my DoorDash experiences! No mire UberThieves!

They included a section for allergies but in many cases the restaurants don’t activate the button and they also don’t include MSG as an allergy and I’m highly allergic to MSG. Ubereats needs to make restaurants more accountable. I’d rather have quality instead of quantity. The prices and fees UberEats charges for the low standards of quality is not acceptable.

Horrible After 40min I saw a sign that the food is start delivering, I still didn't get my food. When I ask them to help, they check and just cancel the process. I was waiting for one hour for nothing. They don't do anything about this. I have used ubereat in Canada and other countries but uber eats German has Horrible service.

On August 29, 2024 they charged my credit card for a delivery 10/2023, that never happened. I was told that they would remove it from my account in October 2023 and they put it on almost a year later!!

I ordered dinner that was only half correct. I reordered the dinner and showed the driver the first order and then opened the second order in front of him just to be sure and that order was also wrong but between the two orders it came close to what I wanted. The driver told me to call Uber Eats. I did and asked for a refund of the second order explaining the situation. She offered to give me $9.00 on a $30.00 order. I refused and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told they were busy and would call me back. They never did so I called back and explained the whole situation again was promised a call back from a supervisor THAT DAY. No one called me back and a week later I still haven’t heard back and obviously never will. So it wound up costing me $60.00 for a 3 piece meal and a large mashed potatoes. Awful customer service.

Uber eats allows you to order alcoholic beverages through companies that don't ask for ID requirements. They can just drop the alcoholic beverage on your front step without you knowing. This is dangerous! Anyone could have taken my delivery even a child.

Uber eats stink. They give you someone else order. And they have the nerve to refund me a portion amount. I had to fight to get my full refund plus the refund of the tip. Why should I tip the driver when he is so not so smart to give me the wrong order. The worse of the worse. I know I am not the only one. Starting to day I am deleting the app. This is not the first time. It is numerous times. I ca not take this Uber eats no more. I spend a lot of money in this place no more. I am done.

The Starbucks order wasn’t delivered with my DRINK and Uber refused to give me a refund for the one item. They claimed I had a past history of abusing the refund system but I had only used it ONE time for an identical issue. The staff was incredibly rude and now I’m out money because my item wasn’t delivered.

Break even, if not LOSING money. Most trips offered are 30c a mile. After high gas prices, oil changes, flat tires from nails, etc. We LOSE money after taxes. GFY. If you wanna drive for 4 hours to make $10 after gas, good for you. We're getting SCREWED.

I've spent thousands with uber eats and last night a female driver was supposed to deliver. Instead a male driver turned up with different vehicle and then tried to pass me a wrong takeaway then said someone else is coming or ring uber eats. The women said she hasany drivers working for her line she's the boss of uber eats, she's a con artist. Because the driver was using here account it shows he delivered it as he came to the door but I received nothing. Uber eats do nothing I've complained 5times to get told no refund! The driver had 62% feedback the lowest I've ever seen but yet I'm in the wrong. So I told uber eats f*** o**. Cancelled uber one account and switching to just eat I will never ever return. Pay me to return and I'll still tell you to do one.

I looked carefully waiting for my Uber driver’s arrival. I looked after every 30 seconds and went right upstairs when I saw he was here. I never got a notification informing me of his arrival and Uber did not even let me respond to their message saying their driver followed policy for waiting time because he didn’t. Horrible experience. Doordash is so much better

First and foremost ubereats has no contact number. I ordered bj bbq last night. The ribs taste horrible, it was the quality of the meat it tasted old. The extra 3.95 Brussels were burnt and the chocolate chip cookie was Extremely Burnt!! We tried to reach out to Uber eats but of course no response. 43.00 dollars wasted. I deleted their app and now I'm with DoorDash. I signed up, deleted and changed over to DoorDash within 48 hours

They have lost it ! They keep delivering bad CX experience. When you reach support, you keep on getting transffered from one person to another. No empathy nor any conclusive steps to help during the order.
