Uber Eats is a scam, aside from charging you an arm and a leg in taxes and fees they up the price of food on their app. I recently called Uber eats and was told the price you see is the price you pay.. well I won’t be paying you a damn dime. Aside from that bs you never get discounts either anyone using Uber eats should just switch to DoorDash at least they have the right pricing for the merchandise sold. Screw Uber eats y’all suck

I suggest Doordash because ubereats takes people money like 4 times in a row its been terrible ice cream from dairy queen ice cream was all at the bottom of the bag so much it ripped a hole in the bottom I report I wanted a refund send pictures and everything oh we can't give you a refund then order McDonald's family meal missing 10 piece nugget and no fries at all oh its none refundable order taco bell my slushy drink like half full I'm done with them completely Goodluck

whats up with the high fees charges and you want us to tip. something would cost 14.99 to almost 18 ??? think i go direct lose the middle man.

Please stop hiring people who do not speak English, they cannot communicate when something is wrong with the order and will not pick up the phone because they don't speak English

I would give it zero stars if possible. Uber Eats will charge you for the price of an order, even if you cancel the order 5 seconds after placing it, which is what happened to me. I placed an order from my house but immediately after placing it, I realized that the app had my job location as my delivery address so I canceled the order. Uber Eats app falsely claimed that the restaurant had already begun the order, which was impossible, so I was charged for the cancelation.

I got charged 66 dollars for a pack of chicken they paid 23 dollars for. I cancelled my Uber subscription and will never use this service again.

Sometimes, due to limited mobility, we rely on Uber Eats for meal deliveries, but recent experiences have led us to reconsider. Here's the scoop: tonight, we placed an order only to find that half of it was missing upon delivery. Adding insult to injury, the driver didn't even bother to notify us of their arrival. We have not one, but two doorbells. After contacting the restaurant, we discovered that the driver had neglected to pick up the entire order. Uber promptly refunded the cost of the incomplete order, along with a little extra. Undeterred, we attempted to satisfy our dessert cravings with an order from Sonic using the refund issued to the UBER account, but luck was not on our side. Despite receiving the wrong items, the driver insisted he had delivered the correct order, even after being shown the evidence on the app. We ordered 2 small Sonic Blast and 1 small peanut butter shake, but received 2 XL banana shakes with pineapple. Another call to Uber resulted in a refund, but our next attempt at ordering was met with further frustration. Assigned to a Sonic location over six miles away, the distance proved too much for drivers, who repeatedly accepted and then canceled the delivery. Upon contacting Uber yet again to cancel and request a refund, we were informed of a cancellation fee unless we waited until 9:45 PM for potential pickup. As I debated the issue with a representative, a driver unexpectedly claimed the order. Curious about my Uber ONE membership status, I inquired about its expiration, only to be told my account was under review. I asked why my account was under review. I was told I could be deemed unworthy of their delivery services. Infuriated by this assessment, I promptly terminated my Uber ONE membership. My daughter is with US for the first week of summer vacation and I am trying to do a little extra for her and the incompetency of others only makes it harder.

A place an order from Wendy's through Uber eats last night. After 2 hours of not receiving my order I called Uber and was notified that the driver dropped off the package at a different location. I could also tell by the picture he took that it was not my front door. The location he dropped the food off at is where I lived three to four years ago. Obviously I have updated my address in the Uber eats app so I don't know how this mistake or confusion was made but I do know that it's not my fault. I even tipped the driver and he was a f****** a****** on the phone with me. I talked to five or six different representatives requesting a manager call me back finally I was told that one would within 24 hours. However of course that didn't happen. My order was only 13 to $15. I don't know how much that means to you but I'm only on disability and I can barely afford to survive on a day-to-day basis. So to lose a customer and the huge following that I have and will make it known to each and every person I know not to ever use Uber eats just seems very stupid from a business aspect. I want my money back or I want to be reimbursed one way or another or I will never stop writing negative reviews as it is my right to do so.

Food sat on the side of McDonald’s for 45minutes while it went through 3 different drivers…. Arrived an hour and half later was classed as arrived in the time frame 🤣🤣 straight in the bin stone cold …call centre in India not a word of English. Fantastic service all round ….dickheads

I’ve experienced an horrible time with Uber…they’ve stolen my food several times n refuse to refund me or redeliver my order. Customer service is super rude and very unhelpful and let blowing me off and not addressing my issues…I called the Applebees where I was suppose to received order n they stated there Uber people steal a lot of there orders n they have to issue a lot but they couldn’t do anything after it’s in the Uber person hands…Uber did not help nor refund me or send my order again…so unprofessional and crooks

As a driver for Uber eats I can honestly say they do not care about the customers or the drivers simply about making their money. Compensation is surely the last thing that they will do. Several days I’ve drove to locations both near and far to pick up orders that have already been picked up. In return Uber offers $3….it’s not enough for the drive and time wasted however it’s something. Just today I was told that I received too many compensated payments and was no longer able to get compensation.

Horrible experience. I ordered food on Friday 24 May the driver tried to call me and I missed the call. He left as per the policy s of Uber. I tried to call him on a 087 number and could not reach him. Uber eats refuses to refund me as they believe that the driver followed the procedure. For all I care he could have phoned me from anywhere as we did not see anyone outside during that period. All I want to know what happened to the good. Well ubers policies allows for this and does not really care about their customers.

I work a lot so I have to order food everyday and you think that would get you some kind of respect from a business where you even buy the little add-ons to make the experience a little more feasible to do it every day.... Uber eats does not care about its customers and no shape way or form. Because I have to order so much I order a lot so apparently you're only allowed to complain twice in your whole life if you have an account with them. If you complain after that even if you got the wrong order they don't care they're not going to help you I used to think Uber eats was a really good idea but seeing as how their customer service does not help at all no matter what is wrong with the order... Makes it absolutely crazy to keep helping this business stay n business. I don't ever ask or complain if nothing is truly wrong I will even leave a good review. But that's not what happens they take my order and charge me for what I wanted but then when I get the order they don't have all of my items but they still charge me all the money for the items and when I'm missing items you think that they would refund you or something along those lines but they just tell you I know you don't want to hear this but blah blah blah you can't be helped. It's like that's all that customer service is trained to do.... They just train them to tell you no. I've never dealt with the business that doesn't give you what you pay for and then doesn't help you get what you didn't get. Or see some type of compensation for what you didn't get. This is the worst food delivery app out here.

My food cost 10 dollars, they included service and other fees but they also added delivery which is $12 and change. I am deleting this apps and my mission is to show everyone what a rip off this company has become .

I placed an order and it never arrived. The driver named Fabion-LJ19BTGP was given clear instructions to call a different from mine. He never did. The receiver of the order waited for him and he never called and never arrived.
