MADISON stole my food. The Uber wanted me to re-order my food while they cancelled my order, and wait 3 to 7 buisness days to get my money back!! Tie up $80 for one person to get food from 5 mins away. Literally the same street. I put in for $7.50 tip on a $25 order. The SMART business plan is to give uber eats credit to my account then have me re-order my food. I waited an hour for a 15 min order.

UberEATS double charged me for a cancelled order. I ordered from UberEat on Jan 18, at 9:08am, I made some mistake in the order, so I thought I may as well cancelled the order and reorder. So, I cancelled and reordered the order at 9:09 am from the same restaurant, ordered arrived at 11:15 am with no issues. At the end of the day, they charged me for my cancelled order, which was cancelled after a minute. Worse, I checked with bank, bank told me I was charged twice for the order. I called UberEATS and they told me it is their policy to charge for cancelled order, once the restaurant has accepted it, even technically they shouldn’t have prepared anything after 1 min. I will never buy from UberEat again!

Today my son ordered food from a takeaway he likes around 7pm, the order was collected but never got delivered. When he rang the takeaway they said as it was Uber eats they couldn't do anything about it. He then called Uber eats and was told as the order had been marked as delivered they could do nothing either. The Uber driver never came to the house as my son was tracking him on the map, the guy disappeared 8 mins from the house.

My order was cancelled and I didn’t receive a refund for it, even though I contacted them in 2.5 days. When I tried to reach out to their team, I was told that they cannot provide a reimbursement as it was not in a 48-hour window. But as I see in the reviews below, no one was able to get their money back even if they contacted their customer service within 2 days.

Today at 11:58a.m. uberEATS delivered food from McDonalds to 900 Sadie Lane where the speed limit is 10MPH. The idiotic driver was doing 35+, and was stopped and apprised the speed limit was 10MPH and posted. Exiting the property he ran over the property managers cat. Typical lawless individual inable to get a real job. Probably because of his attitude, and disregard to rules.

I ordered from a restaurant that showed it was available. An hour later I did not yet receive my order. Paid for the order and left a tip. Tried. To troubleshoot on app, couldn't find a receipt....When I checked on the Uber app it showed that the restaurant was offline. Tried to phone the restaurant. Turns out they weren't even open on this day. Needless to say, I did not receive my order or a refund. I phoned Uber eats and queried the situation which was useless. I'm highly dissatisfied with service and won't be using Uber eats again. I would also encourage everyone I know not to use Uber eats.

Often there are issues with food quality when I order through UberEats. Now getting in touch with customer support has become difficult. Plus, they don't take responsibility for food undercooked/ quality issues or missing items (Doordash is much better about correcting the issue). As an UberOne user, it feels like I'm overpaying for a non-existent customer support. It is unfortunate that UberEats is not as good as it used to be.

I ordered twice and they left it at the wrong doorstep. They took a picture, but i didn't receive my order twice and they will not reimburse me my money. No matter what im getting my money back especially if it was expensive

Watch these Scammers will charge you for items that has never been sent. Then refuse to refund the items or replace even when the restaurant can confirm they never sent the items and even asked to ask uber for refund they still refuse. Out right ignore and refuse to refund

You driver dropped off my groceries at a place I don’t live. He then photographed it asking how my delivery was. I’ve had enough of non English speaking or : teading drivers. The instructions were clear. And the grocery store bears responsibility as well. They should hire their own drivers and supervise them! I went and picked up my groceries because I recognized the building.

came upon a promotion to shop $70+ on groceries and get 50% back. I placed an order and the promotion was applied at checkout. The product is delivered and I see I was charged full amount. I go in app and see the promotion has disappeared. I reach out to customer service via chat and I was told if I am not able to provide a picture of the promotion, nothing can be done. How fraudulent can you get. Uber eats put up a promotion and is asking me for proof the the promotion I claim I got. Can they not check my order placement and see the applied promotion. Without photos they will not refund me my money. THIS IS FIRST CLASS FRAUD. UBER EATS

Uber eats Ok. I am actually tired of all the wrong orderes being recieved. As the issue should be with the individual merchant this complaint against Uber Eats is because they penalize customers when merchants gets something wrong. To elaborate, recently, Jan 6, 2024 order placed and one item was not received, but rather a completely different item. A picture was taken and sent to UE. 1- not only did they NOT respond within the 48 hrs but instead, 13 days later!, they said the food was picked up and no refund will be given. First, 13 days later is unacceptable. Second, the order was NEVER picked up it was delivered. Third, how dare you penalize the customer and let the merchant just get away with getting the order wrong. This is wrong and flat out an unacceptable business model. I assure you if you punish the merchant when appropriate like getting orders wrong, then I’m sure they will start reading the orders correctly. Keep my money that you stole from me and other customers, Mr Merchant and Uber Eats. I’m not in need of that, you are. I am happy to continue to post everywhere I can about your flawed business and lack of respect for customers. Go ahead and stand by your merchants when they continuously get orders wrong and ignore your customers. Without customers there would be no need for merchants and Uber Eats. Taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye.

I make many orders from UberEATS, but in the past few months, when I am missing an item in my order, they are not getting back to me, or it takes weeks to hear something back from their customer service support team in the app. Postmates was the app I used to use. They bought the company. An order was made on January 6, 2024, and they returned to me on January 19, 2024, at 7:00 AM. I ordered with Subway, and one of my items was not delivered. After I didn’t hear back from UberEATS in two hours, I contacted the store, and they said they ran out of oatmeal cookies and I needed to contact UberEATS for a refund. The store should’ve got me and given me another option or cancel the order, but they didn’t. I contacted UberEATS, and now, 12 days later, they refuse to give me a refund because they said after the investigation, they can’t confirm I didn’t receive my order of oatmeal cookies. Please know I spend around $300.00 a week with UberEATS. I had a drink missing from another order, and they refused to refund me. UberEATS has to understand when you have a customer who orders a lot, and they likely will have more requests for refunds or complaints about missing items. UberEATS owes me about $159.00 in five months on missing items; they refund to give me credit or refund back to my credit cards—UberEATS is not customer friendly.

Uber eats has helped me time and time again, as I’ve been a member for awhile. Tonight we had an issue with the quality of our food. Uber handled it immediately and refunded us the entire cost of our dinner. I am impressed with the customer service I have received tonight and will continue to be a member of their loyalty program. Thank you Uber.

I ordered two hours in advance. The building is less than five minutes down the road and it’s been snowing.They called me an hour and a half later and told me they were on their way. Then, the guy couldn’t find the apartment and asked me to walk to the entrance of the complex. I was on my way over when I got a message saying that the order had been cancelled. It’s 6:42pm and I am starving. Now, I don’t have my food, I’m cold, and I wasted my time. Thanks for nothing Uber Eats

Before you try to work with Uber eat keep in mind that your car cannot be more than 20 years old. Do NOT submit any document unless your car is a 2005 model max

We ordered and paid for food from a restaurant through Uber eats and some of the items that we had paid for were not put into the bag by the restaurant and when we contacted Uber eats about it, they said our account was in eligible for a refund and that they would not refund those Items and then they close the chart and when we called them, they didn’t give us any more information. They just said we couldn’t get a refund. Worst Customer Service ever and what was achieved here?. They just lost a customer that orders from them all the time over $3.87.
