They have lost it ! They keep delivering bad CX experience. When you reach support, you keep on getting transffered from one person to another. No empathy nor any conclusive steps to help during the order.

Uber Eats is an utter disappointment. I received the wrong items with my order and they flatly refused to issue a refund or rectify the mistake. Their customer service is pathetic—unhelpful and evasive. On top of that, they overcharge without any accountability. The entire experience was infuriating and a total waste of money. Uber Eats has really gone downhill, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Avoid the hassle and choose a different service.

This place is a joke. They can charge you whatever they want even if you don't get what you ordered. I was charged for the full order even when they know the order has missing items. They will credit you back for the price of an item not discounting anything else. Trust me, do not use this company, it's highway robbery.

I had an issue after I ordered from McDonald's they said they didn't receive my order so i msg my driver after I tried getting help from the app with no luck there I msg my driver and she was so nice and she took care of all of my issues with no problem 😊 shame on uber eats customer service you need more people like my driver who actually care about the customers

Only 1 star because I had to give 1. Ordered food $100 meal that didn't get picked up. I contacted restaurant and they said no one picked up the food. At that point food had been sitting easily for over 40mins. I no longer wanted the food so I canceled it. Uber is saying I canceled and restaurant made the food already. How many people I can only imagine that Uber had literally STOLEN from. This truly is beyond awful customer service! Membership canceled and will continue to leave these reviews.

I got a $6 coffee that cost LESS THAN the fees and taxes put together… $6 coffee… $2.99 in taxes AND “other fees” are $4.06…. WTH

Left my order on the doorstep to go cold without ringing the door bell (evidenced on a camera too) and refused to refund me. Horrible company with no ethics. Also have no complaints escalation process or real policy in place for complaints so you're left out of pocket despite a substandard service. Rip people off with no care at all

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a large mashed potato, and a biscuit from popeyes. i received 2 legs and 2 breasts. that’s all. the only response i have gotten from uber eats is “after review we cannot give you a refund” ????? horrible customer service. i didn’t receive what i ordered. i have the correct receipt (as pictured)

UBER eats is A JOKE AND A SCAM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY THEY LITERALLY DO NOT CARE IF THEY MESS UP THEY GIVE YOU NOTHING FOR MISSING FOOD WRONG OR LATE ORDERS. I will never ever give this company my money

Absolutely awful company! I signed up for Uber One and placed my first order. My food never arrived and the only option I was given on the app was to contact the restaurant. I did, only to find out that the restaurant wasn't even open and hadn't been all day! I then tried to cancel the order on the app but was informed that I would be charged a huge sum for canceling an order that wasn't even being made because NO ONE WAS THERE!!! I had to track down a phone number through Google in order to even contact support at Uber Eats because the app does not contain any contact info. I waited an hour for food to come from a restaurant that was closed and then had to go search for a contact number to have the order cancelled. I asked to speak to someone to complain about the experience and the disappointment with their app and all the customer service agent did was give me the same phone number I had just called her on! What an absolute disappointment as a company.

I can't even give UBEREATS 1 STAR. They deserve zero! What an effing scam!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!! WILL NEVER USE UBEREATS AGAIN!! Received half of my order and UBEREATS only refunded a minimal amount to my account. Called store and GM said 'people are too lazy to pick up their own food .' Ordered 12 piece chicken and several of their fixins'. Did not receive green beans or coleslaw. Or chicken. Not blaming to restaurant. Blaming the driver that stole our food! UBEREATS should be ashamed of ripping off innocent people. Will NEVER EVER EVER ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Ashley the driverr stole our meal. Shove the refund up your ass sideways.

Their delivery windows are wildly underestimated. Then when you are stuck waiting and hungry, they continue to change their latest arrival time. Which coincidentally is what they hold on to when you try to question why your food is two hours late!!! Yes, two hours. Their customer services is almost intentionally stupid, making you feel like you are not understanding. Their fix, either cancel the order after you have waited this long, or get a $4 dollar credit towards your next order. Yes, that’s their fix. For you to keep using their mediocre services. Then drivers are picking up more than one order at a time, thus delaying your order even further. The only way you can get your order first is if you pay even more money over their already outlandish fees. It sucks to use this service for a little convenience just to end up hating the moment you decided to order out.

Horrible!!!!!!!! I will never ever use this app again!!! They carge some money on card for no reason, and don t accept to give me a refund!! I cancel the suscription and they still charge me for 2 months... Ridiculous!! Nighmare!!?

Order food via McDonald’s app, delivered by Uber eats. The delivery driver, Mohamed B, instead of walking around to my front door, walked through my back garden to my back patio door. My garden is fenced off with a closed back gate and is clear front looking is not a front entrance. He proceeded to knock on my patio door which looked directly into my house. When we go get the food and point out his mistake and that he has just walked through are garden he proceeds to get defensive and angry and argues with my partner, despite that fact it is clear that he is currently stood in our back gardens. I won’t be ordering from Uber eats again given this is how their driver behave

I am extremely disappointed with Uber Eats. I was recently assigned to pick up and deliver an order, only to find that the restaurant was closed upon arrival. Despite this, Uber Eats continued to send me requests for orders from the same closed restaurant. This issue has become a recurring problem, happening every second night. Not only have I wasted significant time and gas, but Uber Eats has also failed to address the situation or offer any form of compensation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge Uber Eats to take immediate action to prevent these recurring issues and compensate for the resources I have wasted.

Dear Team, I am reaching out to express my frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my orders. Unfortunately, I have consistently received incorrect items, despite providing proof of these mistakes. Recently, I had a situation where the delivery person delivered the wrong item. After contacting him, he returned to exchange the cover but ultimately delivered the wrong items again. When I called him for clarification, he advised me to reach out to Arya Bhavan. I spoke with Miss Geeta at Arya Bhavan, who instructed me to reorder and assured me that I would receive a refund for one of the orders. However, I later received a notification from Uber Eats stating that my order is ineligible for a refund, despite Refka assuring me otherwise during our call. Additionally, I found the response from Yousef, the agent I spoke with, to be quite rude and unhelpful. I have documented call histories with both Uber Eats and Arya Bhavan. It feels as though customers are being treated unfairly with incorrect deliveries and denied refunds, even while using Uber One. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a resolution to ensure that such issues do not continue in the future. Thank you for your understanding. I have attached the picture of the call history which i spoke to the agent youssef and the restaurant. The below attached are the order I made and the order I received which was not matching but still the Uber eats didn’t even cared about the customer concern. I need a justice for what I am buying why should I suffer every time by receiving wrong order and I am a vegetarian and they delivered me today non veg.

They picked up our food stuff the restaurant and then sent us a message saying our order had been cancelled. They driver must have eaten our food. And you can't get in touch with them for love or money. Uber eats are the biggest con going. We will never use them again. And we are going to tell all our friends and family. Just eat are always reliable.

My deliver driver never delivered my food. The app said I provided a pin and I never did. He basically stole my food and the pre-paid tip I left. I tried to dispute the charges and the Uber eats customer support said I can’t get a refund because a in was provided. My order consisted of chicken noodle soup and saltine crackers. I just wanted to feel better after being sick. I will never order from Uber eats again. Scam for customers.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. They failed to honor the promised promotion. They failed to deliver several of the items ordered. Attempts to resolve the overcharge extended over about 7 weeks - with countless nonsensical (AI-generated??) totally inappropriate responses on their website "help" chats. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!
