I don't recommend ordering from Uber Eats at all, they always got my order wrong and their policy doesn't make sense. I have never received the correct items I ordered. The first time I ordered I shrugged it off, assuming the item was out of stock and that they had to replace it. But this kept happening, sometimes they sent the wrong items and other times items were missing a few things. At first, I asked customer service to refund me and they did, but then they started to refuse to refund me. I was frustrated but I didn't push because the amount wasn't much. Recently I ordered again, and the delivery driver called to inform me that a few items I ordered were out of stock. I assumed that I would get refunded the money for the items that got canceled. After the order got delivered I found that some other items were missing as well. I reached out to customer support but they said that due to their policy, I could not be refunded. I tried to ask for any form of compensation, because the cost of the items I didn't receive was much more than before, but they said that they couldn't do anything.

Started driving for Uber today. Horrible experience. Rotten tips. Plus it cost me to deliver seven orders. I made $21. Doordash for the same. Seven orders paid me $96 I'm out

UberEATS will double, triple, or quadruple charge you for orders. The first time they hit my with 9 different charges (totaling $250) for one order, then a week later did the exact same thing (this time four different charges totaling $120 for one pizza)!! They refunded me the first time after I hounded them for a solid 24 hours. In the middle of hounding them again, we'll see how it goes.... Needless to say they will straight up steal money out of your account if you're not paying attention

We ordered 80 dollars worth of food. Delivery guy named SENTHILKUMAR picked up our food and delivered to the wrong address. I called the driver who was rude and barely spoke English. He ultimately hung up the phone as I could not understand what he was saying. I drove past the address he posted and it was not even remotely close to the picture of the address. Uber eats is turning into a complete scam and we had to drive and get another order. Deeply disappointed.

Uber eats is an utter pathetic app I ever had. They have such a poor delivery services and always irresponsibly drop off order to wrong addresses. Their delivery people are with language barriers and it gives trouble while tries to communicate with them. My order was delivered to wrong address multiple times, and when I called the delivery guy to get my food back, he didn’t cares at all he didn’t even understand what I am saying. I don’t know what pathetic service they providing.

Order was delivered, fairly rapidly, to the WRONG house! Was sent a picture of it sitting outside a house, not mine. Trying to contact uber VERY difficult. Following several prompts, the money was supposedly refunded...haven't seen it yet. Then got on Uber chat with people who could care less...told me to reorder. Eventually told me address was listed incorrectly, it wasn't. Basically had no interest in helping. Had no resolution. Couldn't gaurentee reorder would be delivered properly... Total waste of time. Very disreputable company, process and people. I'll stick with door dash or grubhub.

I ordered food it said it was delivered never got here called Tracy the driver she never called . I called her three times no answer . I called the restaurant and they said Tracy called and changed the order but I never received it . Uber eats was no help they didn’t replace the order not g no customer service nothing horrible service there just people that take your money and don’t deliver . Never using them again big waste of time

I made the order at 2:55 am April 17, 2024. After an hour of the order being “prepared” I called McDonalds to figure out what was going on. The worker checked every register in the store and never saw that my order was even sent. I had to call UberEATS customer service where they were originally going to just cancel the order. Me and my best friend put up a fight to at least get a refund if the order was cancelled. As we’re on the phone with customer service the order mysteriously got sent through and accepted my McDonald’s. Seeing as to where I put my order in at 2:55 and waited until 4:24 for a driver to even reach McDonald’s, ubereats has the worst service. This is my first and last time ever using Ubereats. Looks like I’m sticking with DoorDash.

I have not received the order. When I asked "Uber eats" online help they are saying this : What should I do now? Uber eats is so arrogant and not taking care of customer satisfaction. I don't recomment Uber eats.

Horrible service. They have driver out trying to steal food and will ask for you pin before bringing your food. If you give it to them. Then you paid to feed them.

the ubereats driver brought a doordash order instead. so completely the wrong order delievered and ubereats does not want to issue me a refund for something i did not receive, which is unacceptable and immoral, to say the least. why would i be held responsible for something i did not receieve. ubereats can careless about their customers. They told me my order was ineligible for a refund but can't tell me why and keep sending me scripted answers. smh

I was at the McDonald's on OHB and I40. This driver came in scratching his private area. He looked high. He has outta state tags kcb7393 it was a gray station wagon prius.. enjoy your food He had his hands on your coffee cup and food bag!

Disgusting service, getting worse every single month. A burger place that is 10mins away needs 44 minutes to deliver to my place, FOURTY FOUR MINUTES. Absolute garbage. They used to put 1 order in ahead of my order (so it comes nice and cold and digusting), but now it looks like it's not enough profits, now there are 2-3 orders ahead of my order. Oh is there an option for "express delivery"? Yeah, about that, if you do that then you will STILL HAVE ORDERS DELIVERED BEFORE YOU, because those other people also paid for express delivery!!! I have now taken it upon myself to completely avoid Uber Eats and move to Doordash and Menulog.

Disgraceful customer service On Saturday 13th April 2024 I placed a KFC order for delivery via uber eats. I booked a time slot for 6 to 6.30pm as a surprise for my two children. The surprise was on me though as no delivery arrived. I called KFC to find out what had gone wrong, they said get in touch with uber eats. In the mean time I reordered another KFC to be delivered by just eat...which they completed extremely well zero issues. I have tried chasing uber eats for a refund of £26.19. As I recieved no food. I contacted them on 3 occasions explaining.. but their response was awful...saying they won't refund as apparently their driver followed policy. I don't know how the driver followed their policy as zero delivery occurred...I recieved no phonecalls and nobody came to my door. This was the first time that I used uber eats...and I can guarantee that it will be my last !!! Disgraceful customer service...I am livid to be honest. Be careful using uber eats...as their refund policy is an utter joke... Date of experience: 13 April 2024

Every time I order from Uber eats there is always an issue and good luck on fixing the issues you have to struggle to get ahold of a customer service rep aka a computer to talk to via text.if you want to order without problems your best bet is to go to door dash!

I'm always missing items. I pay for a meal, that includes a drink. Never get it. Uber customers service says there isn't anything they can do about it. Recently I paid 9 bucks for a shake and never got it? Guess what? They couldn't do nothing about it because they asked for a picture of my missing iteam 4 days later.

Hicimos un pedido a Goiko. Cuando voy a comprobar el seguimiento del pedido me doy cuenta de que aparece como “pedido completado”. El pedido no había llegado y nos quedamos sin comida y sin dinero. Reclamé y me dieron un crédito para futuras compras en la app. Les dije que no estaba interesado en el crédito, que quería el reembolso. Es muy difícil contactar con ellos y reclamar irregularidades como estas.
