I ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks from penn station and received 2 drinks from penn station and 1 sandwich and cookies from subway. When I called the driver he said he only had 1 delivery and it was mine. In his picture it is clearly a subway bag but the receipt clearly shows penn station. Screw JIMMY for lying but more importantly screw UBER EATS for the jacked up prices, the fact that i couldn't use my $25 gift card and the loss of money and the fact that I am still hungry. and my pepsi wasn't even pepsi😒🤷‍♂️

Don’t deal with this unscrupulous company. They let someone use my debit card, charge $890, and won’t respond when I contact them. They keep sending me some canned email requesting the same information I already provided. They’re crooked.

Driver arrived with incorrect order. I sent the order back and got charged a $25 fee for not accepting the WRONG ITEM

I ordered yesterday from Wendy's and used Uber eats for the first time. My order came to like 85 bucks. On the Uber app it shows the driver as he is on his way. My driver was shown to be on a bike. I was surprised because the distance was so far. But I said to myself hey everyone needs a job right. So I wondered how he would carry my order plus get to my house in a reasonable time. I waited almost two hours. He arrived in a vehicle not a bike with half my order. They make you send a pin as soon as you receive your order so I sent pin before checking on order was all there. So I noticed half the order was missing. I called Wendy's and they told me the driver left half my order at restaurant. That they tried to stop him but he just left. So they tell me they are not responsible that Uber eats is responsible. So I call Uber eats tell them that I only received half my order , that the other half I did receive was cold and uneatable because it took almost two hours to get to me and that driver who was shown to be in a bike arrived in a vehicle. They said they would investigate the matter. Now almost 24 hrs later I still have not been given a refund for items I paid for and never received any have heard nothing on the matter. I am extremely angry that they think they can just basically steal my money and not rectify the situation what so ever. The crazy thing is I'm not someone who ever leaves reviews even if I don't get good service someplace. Wendy's straight up said driver left half my order at restaurant and if Uber was a reputable company they would be able to see how long it took to get to me and how sketchy this whole situation was. I warn anyone planning on using Uber eats to make sure your ok with the fact that this company is ok with stealing your money and not providing the service they advertise. I will never ever recommend or use Uber eats to anyone. I feel that I should have received a full refund for this situation but was only asking for a refund for items not received. The whole situation ruined my whole night and my son didn't get what he ordered. I had no car last night to go pick up left items either because it was being used by another family member. So all in all a day later I'm still mad but I guess this is acceptable to Uber eats and it seems seeing they got paid, driver got a great tip for taking two hours and 85 bucks later I got nothing but ripped off.

I place an order with Burger King. It went through 4 drivers and each one turned down my order. Then on the last driver the order was cancel. They Uber eats don’t have a problem with taking your money. And then they tell you I have to wait 3 to 5 business day to get my money. Uber eats needs to recognize the problems with there drivers . And correct the situation ASAP

Terrible company. Deliveries are consistently delayed unless you opt for paying an additional fee for faster delivery. The estimated delivery time provided is always inaccurate, with orders arriving later than originally predicted. When lodging a complaint, they tend to offer nonsensical excuses and shift the blame onto the customer. Doordash is a far superior option. It is advisable to steer clear of this company. I cannot endorse it.

This company scams you. If you do not receive your complete order. They will say that your order is not eligible for a refund. If you contact support, they will ask to review the receipt that obviously shows everything that you were charged for that you ordered and then tell you that your order is not eligible for a refund despite the fact that you have not receive all of your items! They are stealing money from the customer! i suggest you use a different service like Door Dash or Grub Hub, not UBER EATS. They suck!

2 hours late. 30 mins with an automated bot. Offered $7.00 in compensation for cold food that cost over $40. Uber eats is a rip off

I have always used DoorDash and had no problems. As soon as I started using Uber eats it all went down hill. For some reason or another they never have drivers to pick up the food so you always get cold that’s if you get it at all. A few days ago my food was to be 15 through 25 minutes and took over an hour.. the Uber driver picked it up, but never delivered the food and they made me pay for it. They said I shouldn’t have called the restaurant I should have called them, but has anybody ever dealt with Uber Eats customer service? lol that’s all I’ll say… leave it to the professionals guys.. I’m glad I could buy your driver lunch that day.

Every time I reach out to customer service, it seems their service gets worse. I put in an order, SIX drivers later, the driver confirms that my order was taken by a previous driver!! They had to have my info in order to retrieve it from the store, yet ubereats DOES NOT CARE. I waited for over an hour for my delivery and it simply was canceled and that was it! This is NOT the first time this has happened and yet they continue to do nothing about it.

The driver never delivered our order and we never received our money back and to add further insult, after complaining to customer service about this, we were transferred to different numbers spoke to several people and no one didn't bother to help us!!! By the time we talked to the upteenth person about what happened we were told that it was too late to have anything done. Uber eats is a unprofessional company and I never had anything to do with them since that time They are just awful!

Terrible driver support. They will deactivate you for no reason and when you contact them they give you a vague answer with nothing specific. Frequently hang up on drivers before resolving specific issues. Support is not trained properly and frequently gives incorrect information. There's usually a language barrier as you are dealing with someone from India.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! USE JUSTEAT. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I placed an order last night that cost £33.13 plus the tip of £3.81 for no delivery. The time due came and I received a missed call. When I called the driver he said he left it at the "drop off" point, when asked where that was he said he didn't know. I asked him for the road name and again he didn't know and told me to contact Uber eats which I did and they told me the driver marked it as delivered, I explained no one had knocked on my door, what the driver said and confirmed I had not recieved the order. I was then advised that as apparently the driver waited for 7 minutes I was not eligible for a refund! They also said to check my address on the account and ended the chat. I went back on and informed them my address is correct and requested evidence of the 7 minutes wait and where they delivered to for them to ignore me. I am now going to dispute it with my bank.

So I placed an order with Logan’s and all I kept seeing it say was preparing it. It was already 8 something all it kept saying was preparing it. So I’m saying to myself till it’s finished preparing and till someone comes and gets it delivers it it will be way late . My kids have school in the morning they can’t stay up too late. I canceled my order and I noticed a couple days later that they took my money out of my account so I contacted Uber I was like so I canceled my order but y’all still took the money out so the lady tells me that there’s nothing they can do about it because I didn’t call within 48 hours well I’m assuming if I cancel my order you shouldn’t even be taking my money out of my account, so where does it say on the app you have to call them within 48 hours in order for them to refund you your money, so not only did they take my money out of my account but I had no food and they can’t give me any kind of credit what kind of stuff is this like what kind of customer service is this you take peoples money they don’t get the food and you don’t try to resolve it in any kind of way. This is ridiculous and I will not be using this app anymore .
