If I could give you a 0 star I would. I had my McDonalds delivered on Sunday morning, the delivery driver dropped the bag of drinks, due to them spilling on the journey over (seen on CCTV after delivery) He didn’t even have the decency to knock and apologise/let us know. He left the leaking till empty drinks on our driveway and put the food bag on top and walked away. Realised the food was here by the ring doorbell. When I got the food I saw the mess, the food was soggy and inedible. Drinks empty and needed clearing up, where they had fallen from a height they had splashed all up the walls and porch doors, I bought the food in of course and then had to clear up all the mess and chucked the food straight out. Called your helpline - 25 minutes on hold, spoke to a first colleague and was told I wasn’t untitled to a refund, I asked why and was told I’m just not. Asked to speak to a manager - Kazim. Repeated the same information, no refund, from what I can gage it is because I have had the audacity to complain before when missing items of food or when Uber Eats have not delivered my order to my door/road, despite being on the phone to the driver and outside the door saying I’m here! Telling the driver I can see his location and he’s not in the right road, messaging constantly to help the driver for him to put the food on someone else’s front door roads away! Refusing to give me a refund then. I didn’t complain then as you did rectify in the end! That was a struggle. But… that experience in the past is enough not to give me a refund. I have been told, no, you can’t complain any higher, no there is no email address. No you didn’t get anything to eat or drink and paid £25 for the privilege AND you have already tipped the driver, who couldn’t be bothered to tell you that the food was soggy, drinks empty - please spend the next 30 minutes clearing up while calling Uber Eats and not get a refund! I asked if calls were recorded, they are. I requested my call, I was denied. They aren’t able to email. The script obviously doesn’t allow for customers who actually have an issue. I did try and call again today to see if there was someone else I could speak to, same answer. I will post this review in as many places as I can to prevent others being out of pocket and subject to this farce of a company. Your customer service is appalling and you are robbing people of hard earned money. The cheek of you allowing me to pay and your driver accepting a tip.

There drivers are thief's, they continually get the orders wrong and dont deliver what was actually ordered. Will never use them again.…

Order food from fire house subs 30 min before my hubby came home from work on lunch his only has an hr for lunch we waited his whole hr and still no food with no way to cancel and payed 40 dollars for this bs service this isnt the first time this has happened my husband told me to stop using uber eats months ago i didnt listen and here i am again waiting over an hr and a half food is defin cold NEVER AGAIN PROMISE HORRIBLE SERVICE PERIOD!!!!!

Apparently they think of a food delivery as something which needs a deposit on hold for up to 14 business days. So they charge you twice for the full amount, each going through on your card, and refund one at a later date when they are sure you have exited the food delivery contract with them. Like...all I did was order dinner. Check their FAQs. They liken themselves to the situations that need deposit holds, like moving trucks and renting an apartment. I don't think those were their exact words, but that was what they insinuated. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service. They truly don’t care if your order is wrong or damaged. A shame since I pay for a membership I am going to cancel. DoorDash, here I come!

Absolutely horrible. Aa bunch off things from my order were missing and everything was cold bc it arrived long after the latest arrival time. Despite having UberOne they didn't compensate the $5 for the late arrival issue as they advertised, and apparently had sent out emails letting people know it was no longer available. So here's to letting everyone know here, in case you didn't. They also didn't give me any kind of compensation or try to do anything even when I asked for different routes of customer service. They basically treated me like I was bothering them bc I paid for a ton of food I didn't receive. And just. Ended it with 'theres nothing we can do.' Just horrible service. Won't be using again.

Worst Customer Support I've ever had. I was charged $41 and change for a $21 and change bill. I have Deleted the app and will continue to place Bad reviews on this Company who in my mind is nothing but a bunch of THIVES

You charged my credit card two times for the tip. I want a refund of one of the top charges . Refund my credit card $8.96 for the tip you charged me twice. Why do you need any other explanation? It’s pretty easy, you charged $8.96 twice for the tip and you need to refund $8.96 to my credit card Sent pics of charges and charges on my credit card statement… Not hard there promoter he back for 1 tip charge !!!!😡😡😡

THEIR DELIVERY GUYS ARE STEALING THE FOOD!! I haven't got any attention whatsoever from you on the app. many times that I made an order on the app, the delivery stuff is making up excuses and telling us on the phone that the address is not the correct address, they start to hang up the phone and act like it's by mistake because probably the calls are recorded and they steal the food and they announce on the app that the order was received by the costumer. right now, it happened again, the delivery guy thinks he is very clever, but it was very obvious what he was trying to do, so I took screenshots of all the info of the order and of him. he marked the order as received. he told me that it shows to him that the address is in ¨Extended Suites¨ while it's obviously not. I have a screen shot. I was charged for a delivery that I did not receive and your delivery guy stole the order. It's a shame that Uber, such a known company allows people like that to work in the company. they are hacking the system because they can get away with it!!! ⛔️I WILL NEVER USE UBER AGAIN! AND FOR ANYONE WHO READS IT, DELETE THIS APP!! ITS A SCAM! DONT USE UBER AGAIN CAUSE THESE THINGS WONT STOP AND THEY WILL KEEP RUBBING US OFF!! ⛔️

Just use doordash! I’ve been using uber eats for months and they always take forever (more than 1 hour) to find drivers even after I tip over 20% and pay extra for priority. I’ve been using doordash recently and the orders have always taken less than 30-40 mins and the food comes fresh and hot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH UBER EATS THEY DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEIR DRIVERS A LIVABLE WAGE!!

I don't understand, I am done with uber. I am laying here in bed while probably going through a miscarriage and use the last of my money to get food for my other kids tonight since I can't get up and you guys don't do anything about me not receiving my order but to tell me that you are pocketing my money while my kids have not been able to eat tonight.

Ordered Caribou Coffee on there website and after some time I get a text from uber eats driver saying they are here and at the front door at the clinic, I go downstairs even though I put a thorough instructions saying on second floor down a long hallway and in the end I said to hand it to me. But after all that the coffee never showed up, and honestly got stolen. I downloaded a account on Uber eats so I can get a refund but the online number for customer service didn't work. I have never had this happen to me and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Uber eats delivery was not what we ordered from the McDonald’s app. And as the order no on the bag was correct they wouldn’t do anything about it. So McDonald got the order wrong and pass the buck to uber. And your stuffed because über won’t do anything as the sledged call handler can’t handle the call to a suitable resolve

Driver here! Let me be clear.... The driver CAN NOT OPEN THE FOOD TO CHECK IF THE RESTAURANT PROVIDED EVERYTHING. We can ask but the staff always said "It's in the bag" And btw we all do appreciate the $5 tip!

I placed an order as i always do and the person didn’t collect everything i needed so i called the person to change what they took and she cancelled my order now after calling uber customer service they told me they can’t refund cause i called after 24/h. I’m never using it again cause i have never experienced this

Absolute disgrace. Ordered my pizza, the app had a glitch and wouldn’t let me enter my home address. It automated to the location I was at whilst ordering (I was on my way back home). There was no where to change this, so I immediately left a note with the correct address. As soon as the drivers details came up I called him and he said he hadn’t checked the notes so didn’t see the correct address. He confirmed he would bring the pizza to the correct address which I resent in the chat. After ten minutes I called him again and he said he wasn’t coming. He then took a picture of the pizza on the side of the road saying delivered! When I complained to customer service the next day and asked for a refund they said the driver had called me twice (which never happened) and waited 7 minutes at the address (the wrong address!) so I am not eligible for a refund. How hard is it to check the notes? The drivers story is an absolute lie. Very frustrating. Will not be using the service again.

Horrible never drivers available constant delays just use door dash I placed an order with Uber. It was delayed for two hours before they canceled it. I placed the same order immediately afterwards with DoorDash. It was picked up within 10 minutes delivered within 25 minutes. Uber drivers are not accustomed to doing deliveries and they shown upon it and that’s why nobody picks up the jobs, it’s a waste of time I won’t even bother doing Uber delivery again if I want fresh food
