Waited over an hour for cold pizza and was only refunded $4. Won't be using the service again. Terrible customer support.

Promotions get taken off after you place your order , wack. lol suppose to be cheaper you think , then you get charge twice in your bank statement and no one will do anything about it , so screen shot your promotion before you use it , they will get you if you don’t have a screen shot , scammers .

Worst delivery app. They lied to get me to purchase a 2 for 1 on their app. Didn't send one of the 2 for 1 lasagnas.

Horrible business practices!!! Took my money, cancelled my order saying no drivers to deliver... It's been 2 months now and still they have not returned my money. NO customer service number only a brief chat. In which they told Me to contact the company the order was for and seek a refund. I paid them! Needless to say the company laughed at me telling me to call Uber Eats, they have my money. Horrible!!!!

I tried to use my UberEATS app for my first order which had a promotion to get $25 off my first 2 orders. It kept saying there was an error processing my promo and if the problem persists, contact Uber.help.com and that my promo can't be claimed. I contacted them, which was pointless due to their incompetent customer service representatives and Donny, the supervisor I spoke with. After being transferred to someone else...11 TIMES between Saturday morning and today, Wednesday morning, I was finally told that my promotions had been deactivated or disabled because someone else MIGHT be using similar information to my information so the system disabled my promos and they couldn't do anything about that. Several representatives abruptly and rudely disconnected my chats. I ask for a supervisor call repeatedly ok. I was told that a supervisor would call me back, yet never got a call until this morning from Donny. He read from the same script as the reps did. They blamed it on the system. Said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Donny told me to check and see if there was someone with similar information on their profile as mine. I asked him how I was supposed to check UBEREATS' system for profiles of customers' info similar to mine! So basically, I was told I could never use their promos with my account, but that if I wanted to try, I could make up new information instead of using my correct information and see if that would work! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER try to use UberEATS again! UBEREATS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

Half my order was missing and they would not give a refund, no one to even talk to have to use a chat box. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could give no stars I would, ordered some shopping from one stop and the delivery driver wouldn't leave it as he needed my date of birth and apparently it didn't match on his phone , I'd already paid so the shopping was mine , I've not been refunded , I will never order again from this company after being a loyal customer for many years , I'm completely disgusted with them .

Very unhelpful, incapable, made an order, didn’t go through, was still charged, showed screen shot, apparently it isn’t enough evidence 😂 horrible service, glad this happened so I don’t use again

Believe the others. Half of my order was missing and the support team repeatedly denied my proof. Customer service is terrible, they will say whatever they believe will get you off the phone quickly. I don't believe that the support team are honestly reviewing pictures either or if they are they are frauds.

Everything about this company is awful. They treat their drivers poorly, customer service is bad, it’s expensive compared to their competitors. They’re the worst.

The driver of my order got switched 3 different times and the last driver told me that the order was gone. The first driver ended up stealing the order and I got no refund for the coupon difference and had to pay $8 more than the original.

The delivery person Mike never delivered my food to my address. He ignored me when I texted and called his number proved by INSTACART. I paid $28 and got no refund. Was very hungry. The Uber Eats cust svc was horrible. They said too bad. Then I asked Instacart for help and although most of their reps are kind and helpful, their managers, namely Ralph, did nothing to help me. So I canceled Instacart and will never use Uber Eats again. What a lame, unethical company. Never got help, never got a refund.

On 09.26.24 the driver drove across my grass in her SUV rather than use my fully black topped drive way I filed a claim within 15 mins of it happening and all I get is copy paste message back. They even told me to call Liberty Mutual but Liberty has no record of a claim. They archived my claim on Uber eats causing me to have to reopen it. Now I am back to same old copy pasted messages 5 weeks later. 1 person says it was turned over to Liberty for a damage claim and another says we are working on it... I will be suing Uber eats for the damage caused to my property... I have no problem using small claims court if they don't provide me a claim #. Also in 2024 they have no phone contact.. message communication only... like really.. give me a break the people that communicate are CLUELESS!

I own a restaurant on Ubereats. I have 3 promotions and pay for weekly ads. I have had 2 orders in a week for the past 6 months. Nobody is able to help my visibility. I have over 2000+ reviews and a 4.5+ rating. Restaurants in the wrong category appear before mine do in the RUGHT category. Restaurants with worse reviews, further locations, no promotions, CLOSED RESTAURANTS! Appear before mine do. The customer service sucks. I’ve contacted them 10 separate times. Nobody has been able to help. On a SINGULAR case over 2 days!! I had 4 different people working on the SAME problem. No email responses. Ubereats is godawful to their employees, their business partners, their clients. The absolute worst.

I am extremely disappointed with UberEats’ handling of a recent issue. My food was delivered at an unsafe, illegal temperature, making it inedible and potentially harmful. Despite reaching out immediately and following up several times, I’ve only received repetitive automated responses citing irrelevant refund policies. As an Uber One member, I pay for quality support, yet UberEats has shown a complete lack of accountability and customer care in resolving this serious health and safety concern. I expected a genuine response and a refund, but instead, I’ve been met with poor service and dismissive, robotic replies. Unacceptable experience.

Literally wouldn't refund me when an item was missing they will run you off over $5 terrible customer service. Just stick to door dash.
