Worst customer service ever experienced from such a reputable company. No return policy for the electronic devices, every customer service representative shared individual excuses to decline the return. Some of them even lied about their rules

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order experience I had with UberEats. I ordered a Big Mac Medium meal, but only the fries and orange juice were delivered. The main part of the meal, the burger, was missing. I immediately called UberEats customer service, and the representative apologized and assured me that I would receive a refund for the missing burger. However, I was only refunded £1.95, whereas the burger itself costs £4.79. This discrepancy is both baffling and unacceptable. When I questioned the refund amount, I was told that the refund policy is in line with McDonald's, and there was nothing more they could do. This policy leaves the customer out of pocket and seems entirely unfair. As a result, I am left feeling hungry, extremely disappointed and frustrated. Given this experience, I will no longer be using UberEats and will be sharing my negative experience with others. I hope UberEats will reconsider its refund policies to better serve its customers in the future.

Food wasn’t received. No photo was attached to the order for delivery. PIN number was sent in a text message.

They don't tell you, but if you order pizza at domino's, uber keeps all fees that you have to pay and it will always be a domino's slow as snail cold pizza delivery. NOT UBEREATS, UBEREATS IS NOW CALLED UBER CHEATS. NO MORE.

Uber Eats failed to honor the confirmed promotion. Furthermore, several of the items that were delivered were in terrible condition, and/or were incorrect items. In one case, the item was past the use by date. Customer service was totally unresponsive; I kept receiving canned answers to the "chat" complaint. I was told it would be escalated and I would receive a reply within 12 hours. 2 and a half days later, no reply. I attempted to them again through a different Chat. They told me that can't do anything for me more than 48 hours after the order! I kept telling them that I complained immediately, but I kept getting that same canned reply. I have ample documentation of all of this. I should have been charged $52.28, and even with one item out of stock, they charged me (including for the damaged and incorrect items) $95.21.

Note. This is not about the driver but about your customer service. First time using app and after ordering I noticed the restaurant used was 50 minute drive away. Within a minute of ordering I tried to change the location from where the food was coming from and began to chat with someone through the app I was told I could not speak to someone in person and if I cancelled I would still have to pay for the order. I told them there were 5 other locations of the same restaurant which were much closer and I just wanted to change the location it was coming from. They continued to stonewall and delay, telling me the same thing that if I cancel the order I would still be charged. I placed the order at 8:45am and was originally told the order would arrive at 9:40am. While chatting the delivery time changed to 10:15am, that’s 90 minutes after placing the order!!! The food was stale by the time it was received. I could handle paying for the food and tip for the driver and even the $15 service fee However, what I do not find acceptable is either the lack of caring, poor communication and/or incompetence for customer service I received. Customer service would not tell me until I asked numerous times if there was a way to pick the location of the restaurant when you place your order. This was my first and last time ordering with Uber Eats. The most frustrating experience ever where I truly felt like you could care less about the customer and only about their money. Well my money will be going elsewhere now and I will tell all my friends. Goodbye.

They changed the total of my order after the order was completed. Stealing extra money after charging $13 in fees. Scammers. Use another service

I would give a negative number, but 1 is the lowest. My son received an UberEats gift card and couldn't place an order. After calling 3X, each time I was placed on hold, the call dropped. The 4th time, after 20 minutes, I was told someone will be calling shortly, as they needed to escalate the problem to a different department. Next day, after no calls, I was told the exact same information, they would escalate the call to a different department, and I should expect a call. After requesting a supervisor, I was denied, as it was stated, it was just sent to another department. The same responses were provided, probably from a cue card, "I understand your problem, but we have limited access and it was forwarded a department with advance research". So I was denied access to a supervisor, the most incredible frustrating and poor customer service I've ever dealt with. And in all the "expert" customer service, my godson unchecked a box on the app which prevent the orders going through. You guys couldn't figure one out? Wow! Why have this useless department, all it does is frustrates customers. Never, never, never, use Uber Eats, HELLO DOORDASH!!!

I ordered twice my order by mistake, so cancelled (in 2 minutes). Then placed my order 1x. I chatted with representative to explain my issue, was reassured that it was temporary charge. Next day, I learn I am charged cancelled order 130$, second order 60$ and received only one of two orders. ( the cancelled one) I speak to reps and it’s same paragraph of so sorry your gonna have to pay it all. Next time, check your order PROPERLY!!!!!! Like why even have cancellation option?!!!! Insane frustrating - WILL Never use app again and will TELL ALL MY FRIENDS the same.

I have ordered groceries like about 13 items from Iceland recently, I have received only few of them. 6 of items are missing. I have contacted the uber eats customer service , they aren't doing anything about it. Not giving refund I understand, but atleast they should send the items by contacting the store. I am so passed with how the treat the customers. Never ordering by using uber eats again. Its like taking money but not sending products. What kind of robbery is this??? Shame!!

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! I called customer service after receiving my order from KFC ordered a chicken strips basket I didn't receive my soda nor any sauces I ordered to did them in they were dry and couldn't enjoy the only thing customer service said is they were refund me for my soda that doesn't help the fact I couldn't eat the chicken strips due to them being so dry without dipping sauce and all she can do is say sorry there is nothing else they can do all they want is your money they aren't about customer service or making it right

We have restaurant and have account with Uber as business. Uber stop paying us and when inquire they won’t tell us why they are not paying us. Just giving us run around that payment will be made today or tomorrow. We decided to stop taking orders and that point Uber said we owe sales tax and they are garnishing the payment. Called IRS office and we were told everything is clear on our account. Finally found out uber made a mistake and used our business tax ID for another business 1099k. Now we are told by Uber we have to get letter from IRS that our account is clear. Once uber receives this letter from IRS they will look into this matter and decide if we will get paid or not. We are local small business and our payment for 2 weeks been withheld. Never trust Uber worst customer service

They have refused to refund me for missing items a few times. Also, my mom lost $50 for an entire meal that was never delivered. Very long delivery times! Use Uber eats only as a last resort and if you’re desperate! And also be willing to possibly lose money!

Bunch of crooks. I ordered a buy one get one ice cream and paid $20 plus a $5 tip and only received one of the ice creams. I called Uber eats and the lady in customer service told me it’s not their problem and to deal with it. Worst company ever.

Do not order with Uber keep pushing orders back to add more deliveries and their drivers too stupid or don't understand customs in the united states to knock on door maybe should hire competent people

Delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong address. No idea where it is. Three different customer support employees refused to refund me because "the food is my responsibility" once it is dropped off. Okay... so it' my responsibility to go on a scavenger hunt for my food when I have no idea where it is because of their driver's incompetence?! Got it.. Deleted the app and will never re-download it again.

Worst experience ever! My food was delivered on a bike in 33+ weather. The guy called me and his English was so broken that he couldn't even leave it at the manager's office. He left my food at a random door with no number provided. I tried to call him back and the number wouldn't go through. Contacting customer support was useless as they said he couldn't reach me, cancelled the order and no refund. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered some soup for my mom that's lives out of state at a nursing home. The drive text me 30 mins later advising me that there was no soup ad to cancel the order which I did. I received a message from your company stating since i cancel the order they were charging me $11.88 as a penalty. I contacted them and they stating since I canceled the order I was penalized. I let them know there employee instructed me to cancel but this company wouldn't give me back my money. I ask to speak with a supervisor and that request was refused. This is the worse experience ever and this company is full of crooks
