“Terrible customer service. They “answer the question” then immediately end the chat so you cannot message them anything else. I’ve been receiving a promotional email for the past year with a $20 coupon off my first order. Today, I finally decide to use it only to find out that they just deactivated the coupon so that I cannot use it. Seems like they want me to make my first purchase, so that I will no longer be eligible for the $20 off. It’s just a baiting scheme.”

“Uber eat steals customers money they will refuse for a refund even if u mistaken cancel order they refuse your refund customers service is rude they will refuse for u to speak to a manager they will end the chat on you Google need to stop supporting Uber eats and this company shouldn't be able to get away with anything for years this company been under hot water lawsuits every year its crazy”

“I hate using a service and they don't deliver. Got the wrong order. Who's mistake.....I don't care. I paid for my food and a delivery service. It's on you to ensure I get the correct order. Now I have to use my time and airtime to sort out this problem....after I paid for the food and the service .... Restaurant not very helpful and support not great.....taking for ever One would think after so many years this will be a bit more smoothless....NOT I AM VERY IRRITATED WITH THE LACK OF WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST.BAD SERVICE.BAD SERVICE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY....BUT NOT SO GREAT IN SOLVING MY PROBLEM”

“Customer service is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! They don’t even pay attention to your messages and just reply with automated bot replies. They will respond with something like “sorry your order is taking longer than expected” when I messaged them about a promo not working… like what?! That has nothing to do with my issue! Also they REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS! It’s a complete scam at this point and they are THIEVES! Orders will be missing items completely and customer service will just respond “sorry you had an issue with your order, unfortunately this order is not eligible for a refund.” How? My food is literally missing that I PAID FOR, and they refuse to give a refund.. They steal customers money.. NEVER use them! DoorDash has never had a problem refunding my incorrect orders and they’ve refunded A LOT. Uber will refund 1 order on a new account and then refuse anymore after that… THEY ARE A JOKE! Idk how the UberEats side of Uber is even in business still!?”

“After the del driver broke down he was a hour late from kfc Smethwick he had attitude with the food was cold and went straight in bin I complaint as it cost me £16 i recieved a pitiful £4.98 i will never use this app again plus my friends have been informed to delete app very poor service stear clear off kfc Smethwick”

“Don’t use Uber Eats for your food delivery. They wouldn’t let me change my order and made me pay for the ENTIRE ORDER WITHOUT DELIVERING IT. Contacted Customer Service, Faizan the rep was rude and read off some pre-scripted text and then hung up on me. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER UBER EATS. You don’t deserve our business and Faizan needs to find a back office job where he doesn’t need to talk to people!”

“Last night was my first time ordering food from a food delivery service. I chose ubereats. We ordered Taco Bell at 11 PM and I waited by my door till 12:30 am. The food never showed up. But the driver said he delivered it to my door which was a lie. $54? I don't care about the money when I contacted Uber They tried to reach the driver. And he would not answer the phone. the worst experience of my life with food delivery... You guys should not even try to attempt to deliver food anymore...”

“Didnt receive my full order paid 22 dollars for the food and all I received was 10% back to use in 4 days . “We order food from Pizza Hut through Uber Eat, and the location we choose to pick up the order was closed when we get there. We called Uber Eat and they said the order was complete and we are not eligible for a refund. How can your system complete a order from a store location that is closed?. Now they want me to call the store directly myself. Very frustrating, I am still waiting for my refund”

“They delivered a cold hard burnt pizza. When I called the restaurant to complain and get a refund they informed I needed to cal uber eats. The customer service numbers are not taking calls, the uber app chat kept giving me the run around ! Worst experience ever! I deleted my account ! Not freaking worth it!”
