Delivery failed to arrive through Evri. Evri tracking confirmed not delivered. Monsoon refused to help without a document I had to print and sign. I don't have a printer. I retuned an email but their 'process' requires a signature. Not that they've ever seen my signature. They refuse to assist. Until this point I had bought a lot from them - many orders even since January this year. I am now an ex customer.

Clothes for my daughters’ birthdays were apparently never sent, as tracking number was never sent, nor the confirmation that the order was sent. That was over a month ago. I complained so many times, they keep sending me copy-paste messages that they are trying to see where the order is. Well they meed a month to check what went wrong?!? I asked for a refund, but no refund either! So I am at loss hundreds of dollars and I have no clothes for their approaching birthday! I would give them zero of how they treat their customers! Never ordering again!!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Monsoon Retail that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I intended to use up some points I had accumulated, but I ended up spending much more than planned. I had £241 in points and ultimately purchased £930 worth of designer clothes, though this only amounted to three dresses. Shortly after placing my order, I received an email stating that some items had been canceled. When my package didn’t arrive, I assumed the entire order had been canceled and called customer service to confirm, as my points were about to expire. To my surprise, I was informed that the clothes had been delivered. What followed was an exhausting back-and-forth with customer service, where I was eventually sent a photo of packages in what appeared to be a garage—somewhere crowded with parcels shoved together. I immediately responded that I don’t have a garage. Despite this, I was told I needed to obtain a crime reference number to receive a refund, which I reluctantly did. However, when I provided the number, I was informed that I would only be refunded in vouchers. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to file a formal complaint, I was told that Monsoon, not being a financial service, has no obligation to follow a complaints procedure. A particular employee, Sara Gentles, seemed to take a personal vendetta against me. I even sent a video walking around my house to prove I have no garage, but her response was to cancel my account. When I asked what would happen to my points, she informed me that they could only be used in-store, despite there being no store near me. Upon calling a store to check my account number, I was told that the points didn’t exist. The entire ordeal left me feeling like I was being treated like a criminal. To make matters worse, I later discovered that a family member had a parcel go missing about a year earlier, which I had completely forgotten about since the courier, Evri, had declared it lost. When I escalated my current issue to PayPal, I was shocked to see Sara Gentles reply to PayPal stating that I had a “history of high-value missing items,” implying that I was trying to defraud the company. This baseless accusation was infuriating, especially since the evidence clearly showed that the item had never been delivered to me. Overall, this experience has shown me just how unethical Monsoon Retail’s business practices are. I will never shop with them again, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of shopping with them to be very wary. If anything goes missing, you WILL be treated like you’ve stolen it and will have to fight for a refund. Even if video evidence shows categorically that you are telling the truth. Not a nice experience and they have no empathy as to why a person would be upset about that.

Terrible Service and Lack of Communication - Avoid Monsoon! I am beyond frustrated with Monsoon’s appalling service. I placed an order a month ago, and as of today, still no delivery, no updates, and no communication from their side. It's as if they don't care once they have your money. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for a company of their size. I would strongly advise against shopping with Monsoon unless you want to deal with endless delays, zero communication, and a customer service team that couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Compared to other online retailers eg Next M&S BooHoo PLT and just about every other retailer Monsoom are the slowest to deliver and getting a refund is a joke why does it take soooo long. It’s not worth ordering anything as the whole process is far too slow and frustrating

I have just received the most OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE customer service from Monsoon Accessorize that I’ve ever received from any company. I purchased a bag and some other items from Accessorize in London Waterloo station. I was in a rush as I was catching a train so bought the items quickly. Once I was on the train I took the bag out and realised it had pink ink pen marks on it and appears to have been used on the inside. Obviously I assumed this would be a clear case of bringing the damaged bag into a store for an exchange, so two days later I took the bag in to my nearest Accessorize store to show them the faulty item and request an exchange. I didn’t want a refund - simply to have the bag in an undamaged condition that is fit for purpose. The store had the same bag in stock so I took it to the manager and showed her my receipt and explained the issue. To my shock she told me that she couldn’t exchange the bag because in her words “she couldn’t re-sell the item”. Clearly this makes no sense as of course a store would never re-sell a faulty item. I discussed this with her at some length but she refused to offer an exchange. I then called the customer services number - while still standing in the store. This customer services representative started by telling me that indeed the store should offer an exchange for a faulty item, but told me that the Monsoon Accessorize customer services team "only deals with online orders” (which I find very surprising) and that any issue is up to the store manager’s individual discretion (which I also find difficult to believe - surely Monsoon have policies relating to customer service). The response of these two individuals is in direct contravention of the UK law, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the policy advertised on Monsoon’s own website. I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received from Monsoon which I always thought was a decent brand and company. To add insult to injury I've just tried to email them and their customer service email doesn't even work!

Bought dress at airport. Noticed hem not sewn properly when tried on on holiday. Returned to local store on return for refund. Labels intact and receipt. Refund refused told they didn’t sell it like that. Customer service won’t override store.

I was surprised with the amount I should pay for the customs Size of one of the products was not as it appeared. Hard to reach them no human service to respond to questions and queries immediately and offer comprehensive guidance.

I bought a Xmas present for a family member with a gift receipt , she decided it wasn’t what she wanted and took it back for exchange , they told her the gift receipt was only half what I paid did it , she asked them to check it and they did and still said it was only worth half the original price , so she kept the item and rang me , I told her no I paid full price , she said the staff were adamant that us was half price , thankfully I’d got full receipt which I sent her , she went back and they still said it was only half , the manger was called and eventually it was resolved and she was apologised too !!! But how did this happen ?? If my niece hadn’t of called me then they would have got away with it , it makes me wonder now how many people have exchanged with gift receipt and knlg gif half the money back !!!!

I know there is climate change issues but Monsoon are going to far and using it as an excuse to sell cheap nasty fabrics at extortionate prices. Used to be lovely silks and velvets really nice quality, now recycled from domestic and industrial waste, and scratchy fabric you can by road side in India for less than a pound, seriously do they think I’m wearing that! Lost a customer and all my friends too! Stop taking the micky under the guise of sustainability!

If you want to waste your money then you want to order from this site Monsoon.very very cheap quality fabric. The fabric which was sold in India at Roadside, you get here. Return is also not free and you should pay which is very expensive if not from UK. This is one time purchase site.

Extremely unprofessional bullying behaviour from the manager in the Enfield Town branch. I can't believe they employ such people with awful attitude. Made a complaint to customer services , but the customer services member sided with the staff, despite giving full explanation of the event that took place. They refused to answer my questions and told me the case was closed. They are not a just and honest company. Eventually the public will recognise this and avoid spending money there . 0 stars from me, and I will not be a returning customer.

Very disappointed & disgusted with delivery service. Baby clothes ordered 25/11/22 & paid £4.95 for P&P. Nothing yet & last tracking update dated 02/12/22. My order has been stuck at the depot going nowhere yet Monsoon have taken my money via credit card. Will not use them again.

There was an error on my delivery address which made the entire order undeliverable. I emailed customer service within minutes of placing the order and not only did “Michael” refuse to change the delivery address (he basically told me the order would be sent back after 3 failed attempts - and all 3 attempts were guaranteed to fail as the first half of the address was missing) he also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I won’t bore you with the rest of it but for an international company to refuse/be unable to fix such a simple issue is an absolute joke. I won’t be spending any money with them again. I’d give the order zero stars if I could. They also had the nerve to ask me for a review but if you only give them 1 star they won’t publish it.

Monsoon didn't refund on a return. 2 weeks of ignored emails and social media, I used paypal to claim back my money. Monsoon didn't like that, threw their toys out of the pram and stopped the ability of me using my account. Since then I have had non-stop marketing which I never signed up for and was always ticked 'no' when I had an account. I asked them back in Sept to remove all my personal details, as per the law within 20 days. They said they would but the marketing is still coming. All emails have been rude and ignorant - I don't think customer services truly understands or even cares. I contacted the ICO, who are kindly on the case and have asked for photographic evidence of the postal marketing which I have happily supplied. If they carry on with marketing/not removing my personal data they can get fined heavily. This company is awful, their attitude stinks and the way they have treated a customer of over 20 years is appalling, but they really do not care. Please folks, be careful spending your hard-earned cash with these people.

Terrible terrible ‘customer service’ - don’t want to give it 1 star but it won’t let me not put one! Haven’t received my order 10 days after placing it. Evri have had my item for 7 days, sending me messages for the last 3 days that it is arriving on that day! MONSOON WILL NOT REFUND ME telling me that I need to return the item for a refund - not seeming to understand that I am unlikely to ever receive it. Evri are not my problem, I paid my money to Monsoon who state a 2-4 day delivery. Why would a company employ a delivery service that DOES NOT deliver a service to their customers. I am extremely stressed and suffer with high blood pressure. I don’t understand how they think they can refuse me a refund for something I never received. I will NEVER order from Monsoon again and advise that others also think twice. Disgraceful
