I don't believe I will ever order from this company again. Original delivery date was Jan 6, 2023. It is now January 19th and still have not received my grandsons order. Tracking is also a mess. I don't recommend this company.

Ordered 5 jerseys for my kids for Christmas on 11/24. Website said ships in 3-5 days or longest 28 days. Two weeks before Christmas it still didn’t ship, so I reached out. They said they were so busy with orders they couldn’t give me an estimated timeframe. They said it would be 28 days or more and then transportation time to another place before shipment- which was not mentioned. I followed up 2-3 more times with the same response that could provide no detail. These didn’t arrive by Christmas and instead of my kids getting actual gifts, they got pictures of their gifts. Another 3 weeks later we’re still waiting- but the items have “shipped”- although all of a sudden two of the five jerseys are on a back order all of a sudden for an undetermined amount of time. I now see all the bad reviews of this company and wish I had earlier on. I have lost so many hours following up on this order. If your lead time changes- you should have a notification on your website. If something is back ordered- the customer needs to know that BEFORE they order. Extremely unprofessional and feels like they are stealing money given they can not provide any kind of timing on the last two jerseys.

Terrible service. I paid for two day shipping and the order has not gone out over a month later. I contacted customer service multiple times and they don't know where my order is. I reply to them and get no response. Reported to my credit card company. This is awful. All around.

Ordered a lg youth Soccer jersey for my grandson and after a month they sent a medium. After sending picture of the tag and label they said it was a lg and it was my fault. Sending back to uk costs $30.00. What a racket!

We ordered a personalized youth jersey in youth size Large and received a youth size medium. Customer service could only be reached via email; there was no number to call. They would not make the exchange claiming that the UK youth size large I ordered (I literally choose the "large" size from the drop down menu and my order form says UK youth size large) corresponds to a UK medium. There seemed to be absolutely NO reasoning to this; I ordered a size large and expected the jersey to say "large." If they want their "large" to correspond to "medium" dimensions, then it should be listed that way on the sizing drop down menu. Also, the personalized print color did not match the other print. Looked like a total fake. Spent $100 and was a total waste of money. Do NOT order from this shop. Inconsistent sizing, poor print quality, and extremely poor customer service.

They offer next day delivery and take your money for it. Then you don’t receive the item for weeks and make it difficult for you to cancel the order. I’m still waiting. and they’ve currently closed their telephone service to all customers so you can’t even speak to anyone currently. Should’ve checked reviews before using them. Lesson learned.

I ordered a jersey for my son Nov 21st. It was a Christmas gift. I paid extra for shipping and it won’t arrive until Jan 3rd.

i have to do the order with 5 team wear that was on site ,put in basket and payd, the day after order delayed with mail because the item not was avalaible, the selle make the refund , but i have payd 156,11 euro and refund only 148,30 euros, i send the mail and ask the resons and dont answer, seller not correct , never again, bad company

Ordered a shirt on the 5th Dec for my sons Xmas Present.These are not cheap at over £100. Guess what i got from UK Soccershop? No shirt and a load of excuses. What i ever use again?NO. Would i recommend them? Not even to my worst enemy.

I placed a jersey order on December 13th, The shipping stated that it would take from 7 to 10 business days. I was told that same day that the jersey was in the printing assembly line and that it was impossible to make any changes or cancelations. on December 20th I emailed them to inquire about the status on the order and they replied with all sort of excuses from being were overwhelmed with world cup orders, then blaming the delivery company. I was even told that "it is not as simple as going to find it because it would be like finding a needle in a haystack." Today is December 23rd and I still never got any answer on the status of the order. This was the first and last time I order from this UKSOCCERSHOP. Unreliable company

If I could rate uksoccershop.com no stars, I would. Please look elsewhere for any merchandise you wish to purchase at this site. Their delivery takes a very long time. Five months later, I am still dealing with an issue where they shipped merchandise, it was returned to them and they continue to support the premise that they are owed the price of the merchandise. So I pay, but get nothing. They get paid and get the mechandise back. Don't buy from uksoccershop.com.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM I Ordered a long sleeved Hearts top for my grandson's Xmas this year - they sent last year's short sleeved home strip, I have sent 6 emails today no response and 13 emails yesterday - about to report them to trading standards, you cannot phone them either

Got an AC Milan shirt for my wife who is a huge fan. She absolutely loved it with her name on the back. It looks as close as possible to the original and the printing looks really good. Thank you very much

Caution!!! If you buy here you have to wait a very long time for delivery. Moreover, returns are not possible because suddenly it is a "custom" shirt and thus is going to be printed especially for you. Which of course is big nonsense, on their website it is offered as ready-made shirts. This company makes up one thing after another to avoid returns. Do not buy here!!!

If you want to know why Amazon are winning and most other retailers are failing, this is why... I ordered a football shirt from this company, specifically because there was an option to add a “Champions” patch to the sleeve. If the patch hadn’t been an option, I would not have placed the order. When the shirt arrived, there was no Champions patch. I contacted the company by email and explained I wouldn’t have ordered the shirt if adding the Champions patch hadn’t been an option. I explained that I wanted to return the shirt and I would be happy with either a) a replacement shirt WITH the Champions patch, or b) a full refund. Initially, they demanded I send them photographs of the shirt, to prove there was no Champions patch, which I did. They then apologised and said they were very embarrassed that they hadn’t added the Champions patch and explained it was because they processed the order in a hurry as they were trying to catch the post. They offered to refund just the cost of the patch but I explained that course of action wouldn’t solve my problem. I reiterated that I wanted to return the shirt and I would be happy with either a) a replacement shirt WITH the Champions path, or b) a full refund. They then admitted they couldn’t supply a shirt with the Champions patch because they didn’t have any (i.e. their first explanation regarding the absence of the patch was a lie). At that stage, I told them there remained only one option, which was to return the shirt for a full refund. They ignored that email and proceeded to refund just the cost of the patch I have sent 2 further emails, which have both been ignored. I tried to reach the company by telephone but they don’t answer the phone and I can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a retailer so blatantly try to rob a customer of their hard-earned money. What’s happened isn’t even up for debate. They sold me an item, which they didn’t provide and they’re now refusing to engage with me, or tell me how to return the shirt. To be clear, it’s just a plain football shirt - one they can re-sell. There’s no name or number printed on it - it’s just a stock shirt - so I can’t for the life of me understand why they’re refusing to engage regarding a return. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, which should hopefully see the situation resolved - but it really should never have come to this. EDITED TO ADD: Only when PayPal got involved, did these guys start communicating with me again. I had to return the item at my own cost (scandalous) but at least I got a full refund, thanks to PayPal. This company is not to be trusted - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! EDITED NOVEMBER 2022 TO ADD: It has now been a year since I dealt with this company and they have just sent me a "request for further information", knowing that if I don't respond, they can have my review removed. Better luck next time, uksoccershop! If only you'd been a bit more concerned at the time about the service you were delivering to customers, you wouldn't need to be scraping around now to try and get your negative reviews deleted!
