I bought a very expensive flat iron and expected it to be in the box when my package arrived but it WASN’T! On top of that the customer service representative wasn’t any help. I work really hard for what I have and I don’t just have 200 bucks to throw away because Ulta can’t send people what they purchased! They sent the free item(blow dryer travel size one) but they sent it in a box that the flat iron couldn’t have fit in so that’s how you know they didn’t send it!

My shipment came damaged and in two minutes over text they are replacing the whole order.

Alexis the brow bar girl did a fantastic job. I went in not knowing what I wanted and she explained everything and proceeded to make me look great. She was personable and friendly. Would definitely return.

They continuously do not send the free gift I earn during the beauty event. It’s in my cart. I am supposed to get one and then I don’t . Then I call and they want ship the gift on its own. So they offer a 10 e-card . The fits is valued at $120. It’s a scam to get you to buy things. My daughter gets hers everytime and I do not and ulta refuses to make it right. I believe I am being scammed to buy things. I am sure I am not the only one. Fed up with Ulta

We had worst experiences with Ulta Beauty Manteca location 1) They don't show and help on beauty products for Indians 2) My Daughter had hair cut at Ulta beauty Manteca(Sep 15th) and Salon assistant is very rude and they have behavioral issues mainly against Indian community.

Carder @ the Wauwatosa location was a QUEEN! I was unsure of what I was looking for when it came to a new lip combo and she tested a few products out that would look great with my skin tone and we found the perfect one. She was so patient and sweet. Amazing!!!!

I recently went to the Germantown location to purchase some products; lashes and a few lip glosses. In the attempt to get assistance putting my lashes on, I asked if that was offered and the nice lady for MAC went to see if it was offered, well the Manager and assuming her assistant, immediately with the rudest tone, NO MAAM! I said it’s okay and it’s not the end of the world so I’m good. I walked over to the Anastasia counter to get help finding a lip liner for my lipstick and saw those same two ladies following me around the store to ensure I wasn’t asking for worker to do my lashes. I’ve never had this experience in my entire time coming there and I’ve asked other women who go to Ulta about this location near the Ross across from Kohl’s and they’ve have all stopped going because of the rudeness, unprofessional behavior. It’s really sad because we spend too much money at this place to deal with this attitude. To the young lady following the managers lead, you should probably find someone else to follow because if this is what you believe customer service is, you’ll never find work anywhere.

The 21 days of beauty with 50% off is a farce and misleading. I ordered the grand lash MD At 50% off, only receive half the product and a travel size!!!! What a sneaky trick. I guess the next thing you’ll say is, I should’ve checked the ounces and not rely and trust in your company to not be this deceitful.

The ladies room at the Ulta store at Sandhills Mall, Columbia, SC, is horrible. The Health department needs to be alerted. Nasty, sticky, floors, no soap, paper towel dispenser jammed, sinks filthy!!! Had to wash my hands with shampoo in the store, then dry them with toilet paper from an almost empty roll !!! Yuck! I cannot believe this is a beauty store!!

I had applied for a credit card back in October 2023, never received the physical card, because of that i forgot about the charged. My credit rating was hurt and I got ding 51 points, call them and made a full payment and requested to close the card back in January 2024 and i thought I was done with this card. But reviewing my credit report on August 30th, turns out The Ulta beauty cards still showing and now i own them $147. Today September 2, 2024 I call them, spoke to Abby and them I got transfer to Debbie, I have been on hold for the last 45 minutes, my request is to remove this unknown charge of $147 and to remove this negative record off my credit report. Bebbie left me on hold, she went to get her supervisor and for the last 55 minutes i have been waiting for her supervisor. Unbelievable.!!! This company has been a nightmare to me! Did she forget i was on hold!!!!

Three times I have ordered things from Ulta with the item saying free gift with purchase. Never have I gotten the free gift. They’re always out of it. I believe this is deception. If a company offers a free product with purchase and they’re out of it they should offer something else. But they never do they just say oh well we must be out of it. Where I’m from this is known as bait and switch. I will NOT be shopping at Ulta any more!

I am writing a paper on the worst customer service so even though it was like 4 years ago, the customer service reps were the most horrible people I've ever spoke with.(Not a store, the call center) I was having packages stolen left and right from my apartment building and every company refunded my money except Ulta. They simply passed me around to different agents, when that package had over $300 worth of product in it. I explained I can't afford this loss, I was buying things to last a long time. I had asked the post office to hold my packages but they never did. So with this package I run to get it when I'm notified it was delivered. It was gone. When I called they were giggling making up that they would help me. #1 clue they had no ethical standards, and were never educated or dissaplined when giving answers to customers. I went as far as filing a police report so they knew I wasn't making this up. Not only did they refuse to credit it back because they said it was delivered, (but not to me) they refused to even reissue a $10 off coupon I used. Devastated my finances. Soulless, profit focused business, which is why their employees and customers both hate them.

I want to write a review about a young man named Anthony from store #176 on Bell Road in Surprise I worked for a major airline fir 30 years I was born and lived in Europe till I was in my mid twenties so I have a great experience with many hair stylist I have to say being married to a top lawyer here in America and working for the airlines my appearance was of the utmost I can telk you honestly your Anthony is simply so talented and besides that a lovely person you as Ukta should be very proud of him I get asked weekly who cuts my hair and I'm proud to tell them anout Anthony at Ulta I really hope you as as company follow up and do sonething special for Anthony I would like t I hear what you do as he is so talented I have been with Ulta for over 18 years and with some of your top (master) stylist but Anthony is THE best and I have a thick head of hair that is hard to make look good and he always does a great job

Fine block number and ignore my emails. Fine block number and ignore my emails. In March 2024 I made 30 purchases at Ulta online and had several problems. I have called more than 1000 times and my 2 phone numbers have been blocked and I have sent more than 100 emails and no one has resolved anything so far. They just tell me to wait. They do not honor the promotions and do not let me return the purchases and I have several boxes in the middle of my living room for 5 months. I am having a loss and it is affecting me emotionally. I spent more than $10 thousand and I cannot do anything with the products until it is resolved. I am exhausted from so many calls and emails and nothing is resolved and each time I have to tell the same story from beginning to end. I am emotionally exhausted from so many problems that this store is causing me.

Had problem with order called customer service person from india kept saying sorry you weren’t supposed to get that but when website told me in red I was getting!!! Ended up with me saying I will never shop at ulta again this is unscrupulous works for their online to work this way

I received excellent customer service from Sam at the Woodstock, GA store. I had no idea what to get and she informed me of new products and educated me on the differences matte and full coverage. I am a happy customer 😊

I usually buy all of my hair products at Ulta even though it can be a bit pricey. I try to restock on them when they are on sale to save money when I can. In the catalog it shows Redken Shampoo and Conditioner on sale for 2 for 32 dollars so I’m thinking that’s great! I go into the Rogers Arkansas store and in one area they have the products with a sign that says 2 for 35 and in another area in store they had the ones that said 2 for 32. I ask the cashier about the price difference and also explain it has the cheaper price in their magazine so she talks to manager about it and she says Sorry it’s just a misprint and it is 2 for 35…I know it’s only 3 dollars more but it’s just the principal of the matter! Take the dang sign down out of your store or you need to honor the lowest price!!!! I went ahead and purchased the shampoo and conditioner but maybe I will check for better deals somewhere else in the future.

As I walked in, no one acknowledged or greeted me. I began searching for my own makeup and knew that would be a disaster since I haven’t really worn makeup since the end of 2019. Emily, in Winter Park Village, saved the day. She saw I was in trouble and took great care of me! I walked out of there, after spending over $300, pleased and appreciative.
