I usually buy all of my hair products at Ulta even though it can be a bit pricey. I try to restock on them when they are on sale to save money when I can. In the catalog it shows Redken Shampoo and Conditioner on sale for 2 for 32 dollars so I’m thinking that’s great! I go into the Rogers Arkansas store and in one area they have the products with a sign that says 2 for 35 and in another area in store they had the ones that said 2 for 32. I ask the cashier about the price difference and also explain it has the cheaper price in their magazine so she talks to manager about it and she says Sorry it’s just a misprint and it is 2 for 35…I know it’s only 3 dollars more but it’s just the principal of the matter! Take the dang sign down out of your store or you need to honor the lowest price!!!! I went ahead and purchased the shampoo and conditioner but maybe I will check for better deals somewhere else in the future.

Thay messed my hair up so bad I look like a roaster sat in chair five hours for high lights and came out with darker hair and the kut looked terrable nothing like what I ask for

As I walked in, no one acknowledged or greeted me. I began searching for my own makeup and knew that would be a disaster since I haven’t really worn makeup since the end of 2019. Emily, in Winter Park Village, saved the day. She saw I was in trouble and took great care of me! I walked out of there, after spending over $300, pleased and appreciative.

I am going to be honest, I don‘t wear makeup. I like lip gloss and skincare mostly. Today I walked in to Ulta and one of your employees named Zaria, (hopefully I spelt it correctly) immediately walked up to me with a smile and asked “Hi! Welcome to Ulta! Would you like a basket? Are you looking for anything in particular??” l asked her if she could help me find a clear lipgloss. She did a wonderful job at showing me which lip glosses that would work. She was extremely great at explaining each one in detail to me and openly telling me pros and cons. Long story short, I was satisfied with my purchase and your employee truly did a wonderful job!

I ordered Ulta Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Creamy Concealer. It is horrible and leaves actual pieces and fragments of I don't even know what to call it (dot like substances) under my eye. I have tried it with undereye moisturizer and without any undereye moisturizer. I paid shipping to get it here, and would have to be shipping to send it back; so I guess I'm just out the $$$ as they don't provide FREE returns even though I already paid shipping. Thus, it would cost more $$$ than the product itself sending it back when you combine my shipping cost getting it to my house and shipping cost if I would send it back. Very disappointed and will not buy any future Ulta products. This was Order #: M111766051

How anyone does any business with this place is beyond comprehension. I just got dinged for the second, and LAST, time. I ordered a Morphe palette and it arrived totally smashed up. I tried to EXCHANGE it for the same product in new condition. They required a return and re-purchase. When you return something to this despicable place you are charged a return fee. So instead of an even exchange, I am to pay for their inability to properly, and safely, wrap products for shipment. UNBELIEVABLE. Bottom line- DO NOT patronize this business.... I will NEVER AGAIN buy anything from these thieves.

This is about DANA in customer service. If i could give 0 stars for customer service, i would. I was enticed to open credit card for free gift. First bill received was $8.53. I went in store to pay cash, which was refused…..I guess they don’t trust their employees as other stores accept cash payments at the register on credit card bills. Tho I sent in my payment, it was late. I received a late fee of $25 at which time, I called customer service and explained the situation & asked for a one-time customer service exception, which I know other companies will do as well. Instead of waiving on a one-time/1st billing offense, They could only offer me $15 off. Ridiculous!! I refused to pay. Now I get a call from DANA at customer service & I tried to explained to her what happened. She was SO incredibly RUDE-kept talking over me & basically would not let me talk. Then she threatened me with my credit rating….I could not get a word in edgewise! I just hung up! What has happened to customer service. I have called various customer service lines over the years With a question, and they listen & allow you to talk..that is customer SERVICE. This was ridiculous & made me so mad, so I am writing this review. I will not shop at this store EVER! I will order products online from Amazon & have them delivered to my door or go to Sephora.

Cash at the McDonough store was amazing. She helped me find the perfect shade for my skin tone. She was funny and so helpful. She didn’t know it was my first time there. I will definitely go back and I hope she’s there. Thanks Cash 🥰

I ordered over $110 in product from Ulta with a total of 6 products. A padded envelope arrived with one of the six products. When I contacted the company through email and by phone, they refused to make the situation right saying they could see that a package had been delivered. I contacted the BBB to file a complaint and realized they have a ONE STAR rating with them as well. Even with the BBB contacting them to help resolve this issue of the missing product, Ulta refused to talk with me live or make an effort to resolve the issue.

Salon services are horrendous not qualified to groom a dog . Rebecca the “Master” when someone is called a master .. you would think it’s because of training time in chair .. not al Ulta “Master Stylist is determined by sales .. upselling services products that is how a master is established in UlTa . Her services were SubPar and her hair knowledge is severely lacking I went to the Ulta on Bell Surprise location . To be honest from the services I seen being preformed ALL the stylist need further education ..

I purchase 2 items via online and chose the store pick up. Went to the store on 7/12/2024 around 8pm. I followed their instructions as "In Store Pickup 1. Go to the pickup area near checkout. 2. Show the barcode below to get your beauty goodies." When I showed the bar code to the cashier, she said "What's your last name?" which I gave my last name to her. She grabbed the item then said, "What's your order number? " At this point I was getting irritated because the bar code was to make this transaction easier for the customer. I had to find the order number and gave it to her. Then now she asked me to show her my ID! I couldn't believe how ridiculous her customer service was not to mention she inconvenienced the customer. I asked her what's the point of the bar code if I had to go through all these, she got a nerve to say, "oh because it's easier for me." What?! Get the f out of here!!!! Go find another job besides the customer service!!! If I was her boss, I will fire her!!!!!!

If I could give zero I would I placed an order for the Instant Vacation Browning Lotion SPF30 Body Sunscreen and got sent bare minerals tinted moisturizer!!!! They clearly don’t pay attention to the orders. When I called customer service they wouldn’t help me so I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me!!!!! They have the worst customer service ever!!!!!! They refused to ship me the item overnight since it was their screwup as I’m going on vacation!!!!!

Hello, I was at store #116 today and your cashier refused to ring me up because I would not give him my phone number. I complained to your staff and another team member rang me up. If by law the customer has to entertain the delusions of grandeur of trans sexual employee's, then these same transgender employee's should not be allowed to disrespect or bully women just because they are protected by the law. If you want to piggy back off of our 🚉 then act accordingly 👠

If I could give a half star, I would. This salon is not meant for natural black customers. The paired me with a black female that already knew they did not have the type of product that was needed for my hair. I told the young lady I have an interview in the morning and instead of her saying it may be in your best interest to go to….She washed, conditioned and put some other stuff on my hair, but didn’t define my curls, didn’t try to mousse it with roller rods for the style I asked for, told me finger waves won’t work on my hair, and unfortunately, I am the person who believed her. Told a friend of mine and she sent me a you tube video of someone with hair like mine with finger waves…. So, basically the Ulta styles just didn’t have the knowledge and/or experience…. Lesson learned on my end.

Years ago I was a faithful Ulta Shopper I bought all of my Cosmetics there. They are no longer competitive in their pricing, their coupons don't work on most of the brands that I buy and quite frankly their stores are dirty. Now I do a Google search and recently I bought my Biolage Hairspray on Walmart's website where it was almost $3 cheaper.

Michelle A. At Ulta beauty in Livingston has no customer service experience. I scheduled a hair appt with her for 3 and I got stuck in a little bit of traffic and I called 20 minutes before my appt to inform them that the gps said I was going to arrive at 3:15. I arrived at 3:15 on the dot and she had already left the building. Didn't even inform me that she was canceling my appt. Would not recommend!!

Would perfer to give them NO Stars. BAD, bad company. Entice consumer to order on line with a "Free Gift" then blame consumer for not receiving gift. The shipping boxes are also grossly over sized to the point of stupid. No free gift: Never doing business with them again. Consumer BEWARE.

I went to Ulta Beauty today in the Vancouver WA mall and the customer service was top notch, that is until I walked assed the salon. I was shouted at by the stylist saying that I had a peacock hair do. I’m sorry, but that is very unprofessional. Did she think I was going to get my hair done there if she insulted my hair because it didn’t work. I won’t be back for a while.
