“Amazing selection of Ergotron products, so well made. Una Technology had speedy delivery which was fantastic. My only comment is, it would be nice to have an option on delivery that might take longer, but is free, eg. if you spend £100. When you spend over £350 like I did, I think delivery should be free.”

“Can of compressed air ordered. Four Brother ink cartridges received, despite packing slip being correct. When company advised of this we were told the courier would collect and he would ring to confirm pick up time. He did not, hence we were out, necessitating a further phone call to arrange pickup of unwanted items and to obtain our simple original order.. Eventually sorted after unnecessary work on our part. As first time customers we were distinctly unimpressed with UNA`s slipshod organisation.”

“Excellent service. When there was a delay in confirming my bank details online they were able to complete my order over over the phone and it was delivered the nextday as peomised.”

“I am very impressed with their fast reponse and rapid delivery. I placed the order at 12pm, then the product was delivered the next morning. They have very competitive prices for a lot of products, and the customer service was brilliant. They are also authorised seller for Cisco confirmed on Cisco website. I will certainly recommend Una technology to my friends and will order again in the future.”

“Una bent over backwards to help me out with my purchase. I needed some barcode scanners for a trade show. I ordered late on Thursday and they managed to ship Thursday for me. FedEx then tried to deliver Friday and the lady in our office was out to get her lunch so they couldn't deliver. Una then rang me letting me know they hadn't been able to deliver and tried to get the driver back. FedEx couldn't go back but they arranged for me to pickup from the depot. They emailed the depot details etc. I couldn't fault the service at all. I would defiantly recommend.”

“Superb customer service with next day delivery at a reasonable price. Placed the order online, then decided to call to have the delivery address changed. Left a message to which they called back in 20 minutes. Received a confirmation email minutes later. Parts turned up morning of next day, and received a text msg from the courier (UK Mail) letting me know the 1 hour window my parcel would be delivered. Contrast that with ODSI who were the cheapest but whose service was woeful (pretty much nonexistent), and CCL Computers who's website couldn't process payment and couldn't take a payment £421 over the phone because it was the first time I'd used them. Cancelled both of those orders before discovering Una.”

“Quality Products, and Reasonable prices. Speedy delivery and a happy customer so far. Customer service is great - issue with Motherboard but they were more than helpful. Few more tests to make but advised can return if faulty without an issue.”
