“What can I say.... There are kind human beings left in this world, not only did Joe and his team make me feel welcome on arrival but my whole experience was impeccable. Having recently brought a newer car, it failed its MOT, Universal advised accordingly within a professional and understanding manor. Once the car had passed, only a day later something was terribly wrong, the car was not fixable and had to be scrapped, Joe and his team attended to this car to the best of their ability, but their kindness is an understatement , Universal have a creditable team working for them.....their kindness lead to tears , of joy!! Will always use this garage and recommend to others. Amazing staff :)”

“The service at the Greenwich branch of Universal is second to none. I have been going to Universal for my tyres for years, but recently they have really gone over and above the call of duty to deliver a truly superior customer service. Not only did Stuart check my Saab's tyre pressures for free, but he also topped up the oil as well as the washer fluid. Stuart also checked the coolant, brake fluid and anti-freeze - and would not accept any payment for the oil or even a tip. Many companies pay lip service to the idea 'that the customer is king' - but not many companies actually carry this out in practice. Universal at Greenwich is basically king at making the customer feel king and I could not recommend them more highly. I have already spread the word to family and friends and they too have been amazed at just how helpful the Greenwich Universal team are. It's just nice to see some good old fashioned values around true customer service for once - and this really does invite long-term loyalty.”

“I've been using universal tyres for some years now originally starting with their Hornchurch branch for my replacement motor cycle tyres,then that branch closed and the operation moved to Thurrock Essex which really didn't cause any problems in fact that branch was better suited parking was easier and approx the same distance, I did recognise some of the staff from Hornchurch and have always found the staff to be more than helpful whether on the phone or in person when enquiring about replacement tyres offering me sound advice ordering those tyres if not in stock pretty much arriving the following day and phoning me to tell me they had arrived,ive found the prices very competitive and have never experienced any problems with any of the tyres I have had fitted given the many thousand of miles I've completed Ron from Rainham with the red FZR 600”

“Went to Colchester branch to have a new exhaust fiitted, very happy with price and excellent service. Impressed with waiting area with coffee available and even a great range of latest magazines to please all tastes. Charlie running the desk was very polite and efficient and when I returned because it developed a rattle they corrected it straight away with no quibbles. I would definately recommend them and will certainly give them my custom in the future. Thank you Jane......Polo owner.”

“Great service by the team on Greenwich. I showed up with a concern which was intelligently addressed, followed up as promised by email and work scheduled to fit my diary a few weeks later at my request. On the day service was quick clean and professional. I'll be back with my second car. Thanks”

“I needed a new tyre on short notice (same day) and didn't have time to wait to too long due to work commitments. Universal Tyres in Dartford (Orbital One) were able to change the tyre straight away with no problems and no waiting around. They also changed a valve on another tyre for me. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be using them again for any other tyre problems or replacements.”

“I came here after a recommendation after another tyre company broke my locking wheel nut in the wheel. The guys here were brilliant, got the nut off no problem. Fantastic customer service can't recommend them enough to others”
