As a business suppliers regulary send us supplies through ups.the driver who regulary delivers to us is fully aware of our business hours but yet he continues to attempt delivery after we are closed..this is pure ignorance on his behalf and subsequently we are always late with our supplies being delivered as we have to chase it for days ...what an appalling level of service

UPS is an absolute joke. I got 2 notes within 3 days, the second being final one but according to the note itself, I should have 10 days to collect the parcel from UPS access point. Then I called customer centre and arranged another delivery ending up with another note, also final. Do I need to add I was at home all the time on all 3 occassions? The couries did nto even bother himself to check if there was anybody at home. And today the website says service unavailable, phone line has technical difficulties and I am more than certain the parcel will be sent back to the seller. AVOID at all costs, it makes more sense to send a pigeon

Do not use!! Got an email they said delivered. I have had no delivery at all. Looked everywhere! No slip to let me know where my package is? Nobody answering on the telephone. Keep trying to email and it won’t load. Can’t complain as the website won’t let me. I’ve filled everything out as well?my parcel cost £25. Where have they left it? It’s nowhere in my house. We had no knock on the door. No slip to say when and where it is?

They missed the collection when I was at home the whole day. Incompetent CS which I had to call about 5 times for this matter and wait the second day at home for the collection. Every person I have spoken to provide me different information. Once all this nightmare ended, I have realised that they charged me the double, I have called already twice with no resolution:first agent told me that the billing department was going to call me in 2 h, no call received. I called back the second time, they advised me that within 24 h I was going in to be contacted:nothing! I have called them back, the line is closed!

Avoid like you avoid CoronaVirus!! Zero customer service, no communication, drivers won’t be bothered to knock the door or ring the doorbell they will just leave a card and off they go. The website is useless, the phone number you call is basically a robot and when you ask to speak with a human you will get the message “we have technical problems, please go online” like we are idiots and we haven’t tried that before calling...

Was charged £45 penalty for a parcel that weighed 14kg. They weighed it as 43kg. Would not discuss it even after pictures was sent.

I am completely over UPS. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Friday, March 13, 2020) and since they attempted delivery, but no one was able to answer the door, they took it to the UPS location (so I thought). After I saw that they attempted to make the delivery and that they would try again, I went ahead and put for it to be left at the nearest location. I thought it would be fine because I could just pick it up the next day (Saturday, March 14, 2020). However, I was wrong!! Apparently, the drivers take the packages back to the hub on Fridays and packages won't be sorted and sent out again until Monday (March 16, 2020). I ordered this for a special occasion. I was able to go to the hub where the lady took my information to be shipped to another address I use since I won't be back in town for another 2 weeks, but it's pointless because it was for this occasion. Wasted time and money. This is one of the many reasons I don't like ordering offline because something always goes wrong.

UPS "My Choice" is an absolute joke. My parcel didn't arrive on the Saturday requested - no notification, waited in all day. Delivery rescheduled for the next Saturday but attempts were made to deliver during the week regardless of my request so the parcel has now been sent back to sender. Customer service don't seem to know when parcels are due to arrive, and the depot just seems to do what it wants! You should rename the service "UPS's Choice" - you'll get your parcel when UPS decides to deliver it.

Card was pushed through the door just after 8 in the morning to say parcel had been taken to a drop off point and had to collect after 6 p.m. Driver hadn't knocked I had just heard something been pushed through letterbox! Of course no sign of him when I went to the door, very frustrating as my order was for wallpaper so a day wasted. I'm sure couriers could be trained to knock on doors to ensure customers have s fighting chance of receiving their deliveries. Fingers crossed parcel at collection point tonight!

They didn't deliver due to "incorrect information " claiming it was due to not listing a company name for the delivery, despite there being 1 property at the address i provided. After calling customer service 1 minute after getting that update they said theyd deliver it tomorrow and that they would not contact the delivery driver. Poor.

Having delivered the package to the wrong address twice, they finally got the address right. Wrong package though. Now, our drive is rough (more on that in a moment) but our nearest neighbours live miles away, and equipped with the correct post code, as they were, it is hard to imagine that a delivery service could get it so wrong. Now we had someone else’s package and UPS had ours. They refused to come back to our home to arrange the exchange, claiming the ‘track had broken two springs in the van’. As I said earlier, the track is bad, but not that bad. In ten years we have never heard of anyone breaking springs. We have regular deliveries here and vans do not struggle in the least. Some drivers love it, others not so much. Driven carefully even the lowest slung cars can pick their way to and from us. The story about the springs smacks of dishonesty. If their attitude towards honesty matches their ineptitude as a delivery service, you don’t want to entrust your goods to this firm. Now they start to dictate terms. Apparently unable to come to our road end, the driver decides he will meet my wife at a time and place of his choosing. The place name he left was vague enough to applicable to three different places (we live near a motorway junction where there is a truck stop, and a mile north there are two service stations) and he said he’d be at the services at 4.30. Now that clashed with our son’s school pick up. The dashing delivery people do not give out caller ID so you cannot get in touch with them. The local branch offices cannot be reached. Central office or call centre are as useless as the rest of the outfit. They claim that they can relay a message to the local branch and that they can pass it on to the driver. Now to most people it would seem obvious that there is margin for error in this protocol. And sure enough, you’d be better off with semaphore or smoke signals as no communication took place. We do have regular deliveries here including super market shops. Some drivers are more timid than others and in bad weather I sympathise with them. All they need do, and indeed what they do, is call or text us requesting we meet them at the road end. They make sure their telephone number is visible and identify themselves. This simple idea works well, and it astounds me that it hasn’t occurred to UPS. The only thing worse than their delivery service is their customer service. A delivery service that dictates where and when you have to be to return an erroneously delivered package and retrieve your well traveled item is hardly worthy of the epithet ‘delivery service’. Further more, the terms of the driver were impossible for us to satisfy as no one can be in four places at one time. I wish I could cease having anything further to do with this idiotic company, but that it seems, will have to wait. I beg anyone out there who has not made our mistake, not to do so. Further more, if you are need anything delivering to you, just check to be certain it is not with UPS. As I was writing this review, the matter was settled. A different driver, very accommodating this time despite company policy, went to considerable lengths to get things done.

An update on my previous review below. Just when I thought UPS couldn't get any worse my request to change the UPS Access Point to a more convenient one has now mysteriously disappeared from the system, despite me tracking it for a week to confirm the switch had occurred. I am now reaching the maximum days the original Access Point can hold the package, assuming it's still there. There's still also no way to contact a customer rep. This is seriously the most inept company I have ever had to deal with. ''delivery to my home address not even attempted even though I was in all day. delivery days pushed out 3 times. unable to contact a customer rep to resolve. Instant message virtual assistant absolutely no help. links on webpage return errors. Have to pick up my delivery from a UPS customer collection point.''

I received a card to say I missed a delivery with no indication of who it was. I rearranged redelivery. They sent me two emails to say I had requested redelivery but not a single email to say when the redelivery would be. I missed the second redelivery because I didn't know what time or what day it would be on. This card doesn't even say where or when I'm supposed to pick it up. Short answer is, it's not worth it
