Worst company ever!!! delayed deliveries multiple times over 4 days now, lying agents over the phone and absolute joke of an online tracking system. I am told my delivery is on the way multiple times during the day time window changes and by end of the day o its rescheduled. Most recently tonight by 5 I call to chase my parcel they say it will be delivered by 7 and driver has confirmed its on the way, comes 5:30 status update, delivery rescheduled for next business day AGAIN. I call again they have no idea why and no one seems to bother. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT SHOULD EITHER GET A FULL RETRAINING OF ALL STAFF OR MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE DOWN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worse company ever will not recommend this company to nobody send some very important documents to Turks and Caicos that didn’t need a invoice I told them I didn’t need a invoice they insist I did When the person who the documents was to go to told them that the documents didn’t need invoice they emailed me to say they just know my documents didn’t need invoice and they are sorry to tell me my documents get lost in transit is is not good for me as I pay a lot of money to get those documents sign 😡

I can't believe how horrible this company has wound up turning out to be. Between FedEx and UPS they still can't even match Amazon both of them combined and when they're subcontract it out to every order that I've ordered from Amazon has been late because of UPS. It's sad how the two giants have fallen.

I would like to give them a 10 stars but of negative stars, they are very untrustworthy company full of lies, the agents told you something on the phone and later they do whatever they want with your packages. I was expecting a package to be delivered for Friday January 14 if 2022 and I paid to be delivered that specific date and they never delivered on that date, I call the same day at UPS and they told me that they extended the delivery window for Friday before midnight? How have been recieved packages from UPS before midnight? This is a full lie and BS, so I finally got someone on the phone around 10 pm the same friday night and they told me that my package was going to be rescheduled for next day ( saturday January the 15 2022 and they never did, also they promised me that an a supervisor was going to call me Saturday morning and they never did like always, the always lie about that and have been fighting with UPS for the same reason for more than 5 years and I never have recieved a call for any supervisor at all, this company is worthless and all the employees that fallow a script full of BS and lies. This company shouldn't exist anymore they should gofile for a bankruptcy ASAP! I will never recommend this carrie company to any body niven to my worse enemies. Don't ever use then if u want to package to be delivered. Besides that the driver are the worst because they don really care about what is inside the packages and they thru the package over fences careless what is inside that could break.

I ordered cat food through Amazon Prime to get Prime delivery, what I get instead is UPS not delivering my package after 3 days of notification that the next day would be the day. I finally tricked their phone inquiry hurdle system; 3 calls later, into letting me speak with a person. That person stated their name indecipherably 3 times on purpose, as to not be identifiable... then spoke to me in a very broken English ish type of way. They did understand my tracking number and verified my address had been correct, even though the driver was turning in the address as not correct. Customer service also guaranteed that I would receive my starving cats food today (1-15-22). I gave a phone number for contact, if needed. An hour later some dufus called from *******200 stating that it was " impossible" to deliver my package today, yet I could drive to pick it up. He also called my 2nd phone and not the one I gave customer service. It is as possible for me to pick it up, as it is for you to deliver it... it is more professional for you to deliver it and more possible, being it is twice the mileage for me to pick it up. I will be letting Amazon know that my deliveries are never to be made by UPS ever again. Please merge your name with FedEx and Prime to get rid of the circus act known as UPS. Your systems are terrible and you underperform what a group of chimpanzees could do. Start with getting me my package today and fire the dufus who called the wrong number saying that it was " impossible" to deliver today (3 days late).

I send the package and then they lost mine , make me fill the claims for 2 months since now they don’t give me updated don’t return item or money to me ! When I went to the store to complain and they said they have nothing to connect I’m like wow so mad

After 14 DAY an express package from China, couriered via UPS, has managed to get to OSAKA,Japan while my shipping address is on the west Coast of Canada.... The UPS employee I called confirmed the whereabouts saying that Osaka Japan, was "on route " to Canada, that there were no problem... I would probably get may package, maybe next week, sometime... By the time I get it... It will be pretty close to a month since the company shipped the product. AGAIN, why is UPS still in business???

I really would like to give you 0! I paid my customs fees to UPS courier guy £66.92 I then received a letter to pay extra late payment fees £5.35 which I paid regardless. And now I have received another letter stating that I never paid customs fees and I still need to pay £70.82. Careful because I think their couriers are keeping the money for themselves but company doesn’t address the problem. I am a honest person and I am telling the truth. Avoid this company.

I absolutely think they are the worst postal service. I was home everyday they were suppose to deliver. Package shipped from Massachusetts on 11th to alabama had the last notice on the 13th. Saying they came 3 times they lie. Then charge 7.99 for u to go pick it up after u already pay for it to be shipped they are scamming people they are absolutely the worst

UPS is by far the worst courier service I have ever in my life worked with!! I was supposed to receive two packages from a shipper who I have done business with for over 10 years! I never ever had a problem with FedEx or any other courier, other than UPS by the way. The two items I purchased from the reputable shipper were now sold out online and in store and the retail value of these were now $1200!!! The packages were scheduled to be delivered on a Monday. I waited all day and finally around 5:30-6 pm I went into my UPS app to check where they were since they were on the truck in route since 8 that morning. Come to find out UPS noted on the app, again I wouldn’t have known this if I didn’t go in and check (no notifications from UPS and my notifications are enabled in the app btw) that the address was missing an apartment number. But here’s the thing, I verified with the shipper that they had my correct address and they did. They had my address including apartment number. So I went in to UPS and updated my address and highlighted the apartment number that they said was missing on their side. The system accepted it and said they received it and when I spoke to UPS they said it was entered in CORRECTLY. The following day I was watching the tracking through the app, I kept coming back and refreshing because I was excited to get these two packages. By the time it hit 5:30-6 pm the following day, I refreshed the app and it said that “customer refused packages” which is NOT true! I never spoke to the driver, no one ever rang my door bell, and I never saw the UPS truck. NOT ONCE!!!!!! I was patiently waiting and checking on the hour every hour!!!! So then… furious at this point I call UPS and that is when the nightmare began. I spoke to at least 7 reps from UPS over the week and I was given excuse after excuse and empty promises. No one could tell me where my package were at because that night I wanted to go to the facility that the driver apparently returned the packages too, and pick them up. They couldn’t find them! So then I saw through the app that they were shipped out of the local warehouse at 3 am. I called furious again, and at this point they had told me a manager would call me back - never did, called again I was promised a manager would follow up in 20 mins, never did. And it was like this the entire time. I finally got in touch with a manager who wrote up a case number… which is another joke in itself. The manager stated that I could call UPS on Monday when it’s back to it’s finally destination and they could re-route the package. I called on Friday since I saw it scanned through at a warehouse and asked to speak to a manager. Again it took 20 mins talking to a representative and I kept referring to my case number and told her I need to speak to someone higher up. After that argument for 20 mins finally I got to a manager. I asked the manager to read what the notes in my case had said and it was NOTHING we discussed with the previous manager who created the case. No where In the notes did it say that I needed to call back in once it goes through a scan to have them flag the packages and re-route them to me. NO WHERE. Again - another lie!!!! So the other manager said that they were going to call the shipper come to find out they needed me on the phone so I called the shipper where I made the purchases with. UPS asked them if they could re-route the packages and per policy the shipper cannot do it once it’s returned. The manager who I spoke to stumbled across her words because at that point she knew they messed up big time, and ended up transferring the call to a survey and basically hung up on me!!!! The customer service at UPS is literally the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! How UPS is still in business is beyond me!!! I am warning you now, DO NOT USE THEM. I’m now out the two packages and I have to pay thousands of dollars to repurchase these that are now sold out through the shipper!!! UPS didn’t do a damn thing about it, took no responsibility other than “something happened to our system and maybe the driver doesn’t know the area” are you KIDDING?!!!!! ZERO stars in fact negative stars. They can’t read at UPS apparently and management doesn’t give a damn. Clearly.

I would like to provide feedback on your delivery service based on my experience with UPS. My package was scheduled for delivery today, so I changed plans especially to be home to receive it. Unfortunately, it was not delivered and returned to the depot as the flat number was missing, despite that this information was provided by the recipient. Also, the delivery driver seemed to make no effort to contact any of the flats to find out which flat number the package receiver lived in. There's no number or way to contact the depot for me to try and pick up this package myself, and the phone customer service were unhelpful. Could you please improve your service by contacting the receiver before delivery if this information is missing to save disappointment + time for both me and UPS as it now has to be re-delivered in three days (which is too late as I needed the package by today).

Import Scan was completed 10 days ago but I still not be able to receive my parcel. With 20% VAT in UK but UPS charges over 50% of the parcel value as Government Charges, no break-down, no explanation. It keeps postponing the estimated delivery with some random "delivery attempted" but actually no one came and no one gave me a call.

It not deserve even one star never again is the worst service that I have received of my entire life and zero customer service after 20 days I still not received my parcel after saying we out for delivery for 2 times but never they show up and my parcel is stacked on some warehouses waiting for what? I been called and is always An answer machine that says that I need to wait for the next scheduled day for my parcel to be delivered . I call messaging them to let me know if can I go to collect no matter which part of the country is located I am seeking and tired to wait for my parcel to arrive. But never I received an answer. Avoid at all costs

UPS is absolutely the worst I only gave 1 star because I don't see a zero. The driver said thanks for this heavy fxxxing box you xxxhole. Such poor customer service,I reported it and he's still working, shoulde be fired immediately

Definitely one of the worst delivery companies in the UK. UPS failed to deliver an urgent item to us in the UK. The reason given on their tracking was "The service selected is not available to this destination address.", even though they had made a (yet again delayed) delivery to us just before Christmas. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone to their call centre in Manilla, I was assured that my package would be delivered the following day. The following day I received a text and email to say that I had requested the delivery to be delayed. I had to make a 2 hour round trip to their depot to collect our urgent parcel. U Pile of Sh*t used to be one of the best delivery companies, now they are definitely one of the worst. I would not currently recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service, no guarantee your parcel will be compensated if stolen or lost. No delivery proof will be provided. If any issues will happen you'll end up loosing your money. If you can I advise using alternative companies like DHL or Fedex. Much safer.

Received email telling me my package was by my front door. When I looked out there was no package. Why can't I complain to a human instead of an answering service. My dying sister sent me a large package last year. When I got it, it was in pieces. UPS is the worst.

Need signature for package. Told them to save driver a wasted trip would pick up in person at Tulsa hub. Charged me for saving drver a wasted trip. Will ask all package deliveries not to use ups.

Weather fine. One UPS truck delivered package in AM fine. Second package was held by another driver for "poor weather conditions." I dunno- maybe he's driving in a different state, town, dimension?
