To be delivered before 3.00 - nothing. Then by End of Day - nothing. Then by End of day FIVE days later. Just useless

Very few drop off locations, after hours no place to go with parcels, they should learn from competitors that walgreens. Hardware stores, etc would mean more convenience to sellers, been sitting for 20 minutes at ups distributor location, hours stink 9.30 to 5 only, oh well

Pack of liars, takes 7 days for a overnight service, this is a business that is open 7 days a week 7 am until 5 pm, they said they came at 11 am and doors were locked, every time i phoned them i got a different story, nobody returns call, they talk very disrespectful , They deserve a ZERO rating.

I am absolutely shocked by the behavior of UPS about the delivery of my package. It was sent from the UK to Sweden and it generated import fees, which I paid on April 5th 2022. I received a confirmation in my email as well as a text message that the payment was successfully received. Yet since then I still haven't received anything. I called several times to the international HQ as well as the Swedish HQ and everytime they tell me that I haven't paid the fees, I reply that I have and have confirmation, they say they'd make a note in the system and hang up. No other official communication from their side. When I called the driver's number, he hung up immediately and texted - if I wanted the delivery, I was supposed to pay 32,000 SEK!!! that number can be traced as the official UPS driver number. I mean, what is happening?!

We live outside of a really small town, and our UPS driver and his Subs have been amazing!!! They are the only company that we know will show up. We've had problems with some of the other companies not being able to find our house, (or just don't want to come this far out) so we always try to use them for deliveries. They are consistent and reliable.Thank you to our local UPS driver for being awesome!!!

Absolutely shocking. I almost don't mind that they can't deliver my package (the one with a legal document to allow me to start a new job!), but what REALLY frustrates is that they're one of these companies who have successfully spent millions so that it's impossible to actually speak to anyone. No offence, but speaking to an agent in the Philippines who is reading from a computer script is next to useless. Avoid like the plague.

I booked a collection with UPS in March. Firstly they never collected on my designated day and when I contacted the company they also couldn't locate my parcel. When they finally located the parcel it was already in the destination country. When I booked the collection the fee which was agreed to online i was very pleased with - I have just checked my PayPal to discover that UPS took 40£ more than the agreed payment. When it got to the recipient she was asked to pay a further 800$ more to collect her parcel else the parcel would be returned to the UK. This is over 90£ in charges. This was not the agreement I had with UPS. For all transactions no invoice was sent by email. Even in the recipients country she was not contacted with an invoice. I do not understand the service. How could you change my agreement without my consent and take a larger payment. So in all I have spent 200£ to send 4.80kg parcel with UPS. Pls I demand answers because this isn't right. I have used other companies to ship and I have never encountered what I've been through with UPS.

Package was delivered to my business. Driver said door was locked and it wasnt. Didnt even try to call me to make sure my package was delievered to me on the day they said it would be delivered. Bad customer service when i called about the package and the driver not attempting to make that delivery. Ups is the worst. At least fedex and amazon have the time to call or txt to let me know my package here.

The package was clearly marked, "HANDLE WITH CARE, FRAGILE". The box was crushed in on one side and there was holes in random parts of the package. This seems to be a constant, with every package delivered through UPS. Tired of paying postage, for safe delivery and getting damaged packages. For $20 in delivery charges it should have no damage, period. I'll continue to write bad reviews, after today, if it doesn't stop. Next step is higher management and I have your plates on camera. Dated and saved.

I have had my package stuck in somewhere for over a week and a half. Everyday I ring up for an answer and every time i've been told something different. It seems like no one has any idea where my package is and is lying. This package is worth high value and should have been a priority to sort this issue however I just keep getting passed off to different department's and going round in circles. Being told lie after lie and there seems to be no other one you can contact apart from their customer service who have no clue what is going on. Must ridiculous company I have ever came across. Joke!

Why is the service so terrible at UPS? You dont answer phone line, doesnt respond to email request o solve any problems. Parcels just seems to get ‘stuck’ at the depot in South Africa for days, without any reason. DHL service is a 10000% better than UPS. There is definately a huge ongoing problem at the South African UPS branch.

1ZV827Y16821500613 They are really bad and I dont understand why shippers use UPS. They attempted delivery 3 times whilst I wasnt home. Now they are reserving the right to dispose the item according to UPS rule 3,6 I contacted customer support and they are even worse. I am shocked and will do my utmost to boycott UPS all together. We used their service within our business often but will cease doing so now gurbet

They promised delivery on time and call back. Still waiting for it 1 week passed... 1Z99F6X56840234725 If you wants to check how long gonna be xD They are a joke I keep trying call them but there is no answer when i asking a manger they put me on hold and after 25 min they automaticly hang up... Thats why is soo bad them review... They hire indians and they start talk with you in them language... Nit even in english.... 11. Time they hang up on me now when i asked a manager.

Horrible horrible horrible. They deserve 0 stars. I am so angry and disappointed. The call line is awful. I needed to speak to a live agent and it would not connect me no matter what I said. “I know you want to talk to a live agent but I need to know more and then when I did tell it what I needed it would send me to another recorded call that led me to the same issue I was having and then it would hang up on me. Finally as a last resort on my 11th call I started to fake breaking up on the phone where I was finally connected with someone who still was zero help. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had not only with customer service but with a company EVER. And I’ve been put through a lot but this?! Absolutely garbage. Avoid UPS at all costs, it’s not worth it.

They just gave me the worst experience I have ever had with my mail. Multiple times my mail has been sent a place other than my residence regardless me stating otherwise not to do that. Any “help” I got was just a waste of time full of lies that didn’t come true. The website is super buggy and telling me my package isn’t mine. I should have had my mail 4 days ago when it was “attempted” to be delivered but instead I’m still empty handed until I decide to deliver it to myself. I would give a zero if I could because my last two packages were never actually delivered for no good reason. Sense when do you pick up mail at a place other than where it was sent?

Not the first time UPS could not deliver a package on time. Give them a week, it takes UPS two weeks. Their tracking service is useless and you can never log onto the UPS page. I avoid UPS for my shipping needs. From now on I will try to avoid any company that uses UPS for their shipping.

No one has been able to assist me. Just getting the same run around as always. I originally sent a package out on November 14, 2021 giving myself a plenty of time to get this package there by Christmas. Well, I visited Africa and Dubai during the holidays and the package never arrived. After returning home, on January 19th I had requested to have the shipment cancelled and return back to sender. Today is April 7, 2022, and I still have yet to receive my package. Since Jan. 19th I have talked with their local store more than a half dozen times, and another half dozen time with their international department as well, and all they can tell me is that my request processed. I feel that UPS needs to search for a better tracking software or copy Amazon or its competitor, FEDEX. if anyone from UPS could assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it, I just want my package returned back to me or refund me. The tracking number is 1Z21E5546758170458.
