UPS lost my shipment and did nothing to help resolve the issue. When I filed a claim with UPS, they closed it and left a message that I did not provide sufficient description of the items lost even though I uploaded the actual invoice receipt. UPS has no way to talk to a live customer service representative, and the robot you get to talk to just hangs up on you after giving a general response to your questions. UPS sucks and I will never use them if I can help it. Jake R

the worst company I have shipped luggage with so far they ship your luggage the luggage arrives at customs and no one notifies you for over a week what happens to the luggage they won't call you they won't email you they won't give you any information nothing nothing I am trying to get on the phone withthem, but they don't answer or if they are willing to answer, they hang up when you tell them why you are calling

Ups has a terrible customer service ! They are so bad and I am frustrated . I never catch them. They have never come at the mean times .They come late oe early of scheduled time then post piece of paper says "we missed you". The very bad side of ups is that they don't drop my item to home but they take my ordered item back to sender once they see my door at any time . It is the worst delivery service I ever use in my life.

I was told they couldn't get toy address which is in a gated apartment complex. I called UPS and was told it was a new driver who wasn't given the gate code. The operator took down my gate code and directions to my apartment. I was told delivery will be the next business day which is Monday. The Saturday prior, I get notified that I wasn't home and my package is being delivered to a local UPS store. I was home and the driver obviously didn't get my message as to the gate code. I don't drive and I'm disabled. Now, I have to pay $24 for a taxi to take me there and back for a package that cost me $32!

UPS has continuously been stealing from my nonprofit organization. We ordered 98 book bags, two separate orders. All of them are missing even after UPS said they were delivered on a specific day and time. Management was able to provide a video that they were never in the building at that time on that day. Then we ordered 12 T-shirts for little girls. We were taking on the trip. They claimed to deliver those as well, with a date and time, those never showed up either. These incidents took place in Snellville GA & New York NY. We have to take time to file claims, and disputes.We could be doing other things with the children in the community in that time.

Had 2 valueable packages go missing recently. I absolutely can say that both packages have been opened and the contense stolen. UPS have even said the the merchandise is missing and the package (box) has been disposed of, very convenient. I know how I wrap up the items and how well they are packaged and the box taped up, I take pictures to keep as proof. This is 100 percent theft. Tracking these packages was difficult there was very few details/ updates was minimal. Trying to make phone calls and request help or information regarding my lost packages was difficult. I am a small business and take extra care but UPS have come short and not taken care of me at all. Items went missing at the same UPS DEPO from what I was told. UPS you are welcome to contact me and I will be happy to share pictures of the packaged items and the goods before they were packaged. I will not be using UPS ever again.

Would give it 0 of I could why do companies use thim I will never understand So get a message on Thursday to say payon it's way will get as payed for it will be with me Friday. Haha guess what Friday comes around I wait in Friday afternoon look on tracking it delayed no reason why just it's delayed will get in Monday now if I'm lucky After paying for next day delivery So after some time I eventually get someone on phone usual bull sh- t they are over whelmed not my problem I say so deliver it Saturday I say she say we don't deliver weekend rubbish I say you delivered to me last Sunday which is true so she lied.

I don't recommend this company. They are irresponsible. They lost my parcel and they were unable to tell me last location of the parcel. They refunded me £6 for the parcel worth more than £600. I have lost all mine and my son personal belongings after our holiday 😔 it's was a nightmare. Months of emails and calls and no one able to tell me what happened with my parcel.

UPS driver came to my door to collect a package while i was not home. My minor child answered the door and the UPS driver collected 2 packages instead of one. The worst part is when i called their customer service they refused to help, refused to cover my loss, and took no responsibility for it at all. They went so far as to tell me that UPS has no policy requiring the presence of an adult. This is a bad company that has no regard for customers and no integrity.

Now I know that for sure, UPS is a shortcut for Utterly Pathetic Service. I always thought UPS is a solid company, unfortunately I was proven wrong. They do not have any regard or respect for their customers at all. Just recently I had to send something back for refund. I aranged a collection on the website and paid extra for insurance to make sure I can make a claim in case of any issues. The UPS did not collect the parcel on the day I requested its been collected two days later when I made a complaint. Then I was informed by receiver that the item has been delivered damaged and I will not receive a refund of £250. They sent me a collection of 10 pictures of the damaged parcel and the item itself, from various sides and angles. I contacted UPS to report a damaged item and mace a claim, thinking that this should not be a problem since I insured the parcel and have all this pictures, I also provided all the other informations required by UPS on the website. I have received an automated email from UPS that they will look in to it, and that is the end of the story. I never heard back from them again! Due to lack of response, over two weeks later I decided to call them back to ask out about their findings. And I was informed that the case has been closed because the pictures were made from the wrong angles, not as they like. If this wasnt tragic it would be funny, but it is not. They said they didnt have my phone number or email to contact me and tell me about it or at least apologise. I dont even know what kind of company you must be to lie like that to the customer to avoid paying out for something that is obvious. I have lost £250 pounds and paid for it in the process, UPS refused to take any responsibility, they didnt even offer an apology or refund of the cost of sending the parcel. Now I am on a mission to do a marketing campaign for them and to inform as many people as possible not to ever use their services. I will do it for free. This is the worst company I had displeasure to deal with in my life, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

UPS: We'll come by some time tomorrow. Me, tomorrow: Waiting for my package... UPS: We attempted the delivery, but you weren't home. Me: I was literally sitting behind my desk four minutes earlier before that message came. I guess door bells are new inventions for UPS. Honestly I think the driver didn't even bother to come here.

Had a driver delivering to the house attached to us who parked right across our driveway, directly opposite a parked car on the other side of the road. My husband was just returning home, the driver asked me to take the package for my neighbour, my husband beeped him to move his car from our entrance, the driver made a face and ignored my husband, I said you better move the van, he said nothing, didn't even apologise, moved the car inches forward knowing it wouldn't be enough room for my husband to get through. My husband had to squeeze in, hit out pillar and destroyed the side of our car. This could all have been avoided if the courier had parked responsibly, there was plenty of space along the road and nothing parked outside next door where the package was for!!! He asked was it a woman driving the car, rich coming from a man who doesn't know how to park! Ignorant pig! Needless to say I phoned the Gardai who has all his details.

Tracing my package online they said i wasn't open,tryed calling.all you get is automated replies mind you I have a 20 ft long 4 ft tall sign with name on it but no notices left no anything. Then today UPS drops off another package and informs me that the normal driver is on vacation and I got the on with the seeing eye dog now im out $$ on holiday weekend and drivers girlfriend that works at the counter didnt see what the big deal is ill ship counter to counter southwest airlines heck the post office has better service PS never recived its somewhere around seattle im in tx

Nothing went right, too many promises, took to somewhere for me to collect it myself, which is no where near to where I live, tried ringing the place but no telephone number. Tried to arrange a redelivery and the automated service said I Had already requested it!! Spoke to two customer service advisors one day after the other, still waiting for it !! . I’m trying to get my money back from Dell. Wish I had gone to Amazon!!
