Customer service is non existant. Packages delivered to wrong addresses are the "recipients problem not anything they have done wrong" I personally don't understand how they manage to stay in any way competitive in the marketplace. I personally will never use them.

I sent a gift to my nephew in Spain, they charged my family commercial (?!) extra fees for receiving it, I have been complaining about it to their head office and they refuse to do anything. It was a personal package, I marked it as a personal package, the lied to my family on delivery and took money from them. And their headquarters are letting them get away with it. Disgusting.

Sent a parcel on 8th July for delivery on 11th today is the 15th and it still hasn't arrived. These are important papers so we can close on a house purchase and we have missed the date now. Cannot get an explanation from UPS

Ordered birthday cake for my husband was to be delivered two days before the celebration. Got email saying delayed but will be there next day before 10am. Time came and went checked an said package algae been delivered to Kissimmee FL handed to person on front porch.problem is I live in Haines city Florida. Called the office stayed on phone for 27minutes the phone then got a voice told it would be picked up and delivered to me next day before 10am well waited till noon called again waited 23min that. Time then spoke to supervisor at my request.apologies correction skill be made right away. Explained that is was very important that I was having friends around 4.well nkthing happened00 and if they could not do it to pls let me know so I could try to make arrangements. Have to mention we are senior citizens I am 86 yrs old an handicapped so running to store is very hard. Well nothing happened.called the next morning and I was very upset.told whoever answered the phone after a 35min wait.that I did not want to anyone of them and transfer to their main office. They said I would get a call before the end of the day and I said no connect me now. A lady answered said she was Doreen and would do her best to help me. She assumed Me she would call me back before the end of day and gave me her phone no.if I did not here from me well she did call and a located the parcel and it was at the Davenport office she left distinct orders to have the cake delivered the next day.next day got a call around noon from Doreen explained that she could not believe what had just happened the cake had been delivered to Kissimmee again.again she gave instructions to deliver the cake the next day.next day came and went no cake. She then contacted the supervisor at davenport and told that the cake was indeed there and was waiting for customer to pick up!!! This was never at anytime an option and she was given some kind of excuse what had happened. Well happy to report that the overnight delivery that I paid for arrived today after noon. Well the overnight took one week and I can only said the reason I got it even if it totally useless and ruined is because of efficient lady at the Orlando office.thank you Doreen for being so tenacious and understanding Your bosses should prompt you to give customer service help at the Davenport office again 10stars to Doreen you are a prize and I hope your bosses know it. I returned an unwanted Toilet and Cistern in its original packaging. When it arrived it was smashed into pieces. I would never use this courier again.

Instead of sending me the invoice, UPS put debt collectors on my case Instead of contacting me directly about an apparently unpaid invoice for import duty owed on a parcel from Germany 6 months ago, UPS went ahead and handed the invoice - which I had never received, nor received any reminders about, despite UPS being in possession of my contact details and address - to a debt collecting agency. I learned about the unpaid invoice in a very unpleasant letter from the debt collection agency. I will never use UPS for anything ever again.

I am an owner operator. I usually use FedEx. But UPS and FedEx both have drop boxes at almost all truckstops. This particular time I used UPS because FedEx did not have any envelopes nor shipping documents at the dropbox. I dropped from TA in Washington State. It was original BOL shipping documents. Going to Pleasant Grove Utah. They shipped it to China and it got lost. This shipment lost me $8,000 in revenue. It was clearly marked and written plainly. Without the original documents I can’t get paid. Still waiting on the third claim I filed with UPS. During this time I have been given five different stories on where my package is and where it ended up. The only thing that the different representatives could agree upon is the last time it was scanned.

UPS is the poorest package service i have used. I bought a device on Ebay it cost 1000$ and the sender request signature on delivery. The UPS driver delivered the packet, signed by himself and said he saw someone. No one was there, the packet was never seen and UPS took 2 months for investigation at the end they confirmed the packet was lost. No refund was done i opened claim and all UPS is saying after 3 months is that they can only refund or talk about it with the sender. But the sender already got his money!!!! i provided everything they asked (invoice, shipping document). FAMOUS UPS i lost my money, lost my contract and everything!!!!! never recommend them

UPS ARE TOTAL USELESS. I SENT AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 2 MONTHS AGO AND ITS NOW BEEN ABANDONED IN THE DESTINATION AIRPORT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTAL USELESS. PASSING US OFF ON CALLS FOR 2 MONTHS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD TO OPERATE. THEY HAVE CAUSED SO MUCH DISTRESS WITH MY WIFE AND HER FAMILY. TOTL USELESS DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Terrible service. Several days of delay in releasing a small box of old clothes from customs and ended up paying a lot more than what initially agreed the delivery would cost. There was no warning during booking that more costs may come up so I can take an informed decision on whether I want to use them or not. The UPS office in the destination country blamed their own company office of the origin country of the way they handled it, yet they were not able to resolve the issue. Will never use them again.

they steal packages, tracking info is never right and it is virtually impossible to get any help from an actual human. all they do is dodge. shippers, I beg you - AVOID this trash at all costs

blatant thieves I ordered rare rough opals. gave instruction to UPS to deliver this parcel to their own facility " access point" so i could pick it up from there. instead they "delivered " it to an address that doesn't exist. acquired no name or signature from the person they handed it too.now i find it impossible to retrieve money. made claim,spent hours filling documments,and now being told i need to sent those documments to fill to the sender.at this point i am taking it to the court.not gonna do hours of administration jobs for them

I give the driver a 5 star and the store a 5 star but the 800# for help if anything goes wrong is a zero! UPS has made it next impossible to contact them and actually speak to an agent! I was actually trying to help them out when my package was found at my neighbors, but they make it near impossible to speak to a person. Their computer hangs up on you if you want an agent! There is no reason for a nation wide company to have this type of set up.

Parcel of Christmas presents picked up 22/1/21 Expected delivery date 29/1/21 Parcel not delivered, excuse after excuse, paid surcharge for parcel to be returned Parcel returned 29/6/21 Numerous calls made, they gave conflicting information, at 1 point they even lied to me Asked to raise numerous complaints Sent an Email to ctome at ups , no response Company has no customer service at all Buyer beware, you don't always get what you pay for

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERE IS THEFT WITHIN THE COMPANY THEY LOSE ONE OF YOUR PARCELS THEN TRY AND CHARGE IMPORT DUTY ON THE PARCEL THEY HAVE LOST/STOLEN. THEY THEN TRY TO FOB YOU OFF TO THE SHIPPER!! UPS ONCE YOU TAKE A PACKAGE TO DELIVER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER IT. IF YOU LOSE IT OR A MEMBER IF YOUR STAFF STEAL IT, IT IS YOUR FAULT NOT THAT IF THE SENDER!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED ABD DUSGUSTED WOULD GIVE MINUS FIVE STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE

They are always saying my pkg can’t be left or that I am not home. If I wanted to pick up my item at a store I wouldn’t have shipped it. Will not use them unless that is the only thing the customer uses and then again I might just shop somewhere else.

Wow!! Nikka made my life so easy as I was returning a package thru UPS store, at 13750 W Colonial Dr, Ste 350, Winter Garden, FL 34787. I went to other UPS stores in the past, but all the staff at this store was very professional, experienced and extremely helpful. Nikka assisted me, she cared about the clients and she maintained great communication. 1Z30A5730493125787 Let e start with some background. I shipped a box from Australia to South Africa through ParselAbc that used UPS as the service provider. The package was delivered, but the two valuable items, an iPhone and Tablet, were not in the box. There was no visible damage to the package. I reported this both to ParselAbc and UPS. UPS then reluctantly lodged a claim, but the insured value was only $ 300. I could never understand why this is an insurance claim and why UPS is condoning the theft in its warehouse. I suspect there is organised crime in the JHB warehouse unless there is an explanation of how two items disappear from a sealed undamaged box. I can only assume a UPS employee removed it. How is it possible to take it off the facility without security and logistics help? Yes, I think UPS should take responsibility for this internal issue and indemnify me, but that has become secondary for me. The primary problem is the obligation to expose the criminal activities in an international organisation that one would expect to reputable.

One of the worst services. Customer support is really bad. They lost my 50 euro package and never return my money. I never use their services ever again in the future.
