Absolute trash. Package worth over 2500$ My package gets delayed and they won't allow me to pick it up. Only to delayy order further by going on an app and canceling my order for them to hold. Then says they lost it and don't know where it is. Customer service was garbage too could barely understand the girl and she absolutely was NO HELP. UPS IS GARBAGE WATER

UPS is lazy they didn’t knock on my door they didn’t bother to do anything they just left a note and now I have to wait another day to get my package don’t use ups it’s the most unreliable delivery service ever

Delivering my pets ashes to my house. No one is at my house. They leave a form with a number. I am not at my house. I do not have the number. I am a member of the UPS my choice. I go there to try to reschedule. They need the number on the piece of paper they left at my house. I don't have it. I call the automated line. I try to get a human. They will not give me a human, 3 times. I call another number from Reddit. I get a human. They try to send me back to the first number. THIS EFFICIENCY and cost savings for them HAS TAKEN AN HOUR OF MY DAY! I have done all the things a customer should do to manage this hiccup... and your system turns a hiccup into terminal cancer. I still have not managed to reschedule the delivery of my pets ashes. I love my UPS driver. He's a great guy. The person I FINALLY got on the phone was nice. The humans work. The AI doesn't. Somewhere a CEO just got a bonus for building this crappy system.

Terrible carrier service in Ireland! I strongly advise against using them if you have the option. Over the past few months, several of my purchases from outside the EU have been shipped via UPS, and every single one of these packages has been "randomly selected for customs check." What's more, these packages come from various suppliers, arrive on different dates, and contain vastly different items. While I understand the necessity of customs checks, labeling them as "random" is misleading. Moreover, regardless of the invoices and proof of payment I provide, UPS inconsistently applies import taxes and VAT, often charging different amounts seemingly out of nowhere. Despite paying what they demand due to urgent need, the process is slow, causing unnecessary delays and holding onto items longer than the time it took to ship to Ireland. I cannot stress enough: AVOID using this carrier service at all costs!

Extremely poor service. I ordered a package from the US. 1) The delivery was expensive and the brokerage at the customs was even more expensive. 2) After I provided everything that was required for the customs clearance, it took UPS more than 2 weeks (!) and me - more than 20 (!) emails to ensure the delivery. 3) In our correspondence, UPS many times claimed that they attempted to deliver the goods but were not able to do that because of the wrong address. However, the address was correct. 4) Finally, when the courier came, he started speaking Russian to me. Well, I have a surname finishing with "-ov", but it doesn't mean I speak Russian.

UPS store is terrible. We paid for an envelope to go to Texas which they stated if we paid a certain amount the envelope will be received in a certain amount of days. After tracking the envelope after it was not received by the person we called to ask questions on our delivery. They was rude and stated that after it leaves their store they have nothing to do with the envelope we sent to Texas. The stated time we paid for it to be received by receiver was not received. If that’s the case we could have mailed it for our selves and it would have been received on time . Aren’t we owed a refund since we paid for this mail to be received at a certain time which it didn’t? Then we tried calling them back after they hung up rudely and they took phone off the hook to not receive anymore calls . This is just terrible for this company to take people’s money like this This sore is located across from Lego Land next to Publix store #6039 Cypress Garden Blvd. They straight stole our payment with the promise to have an envelope delivered at certain time and you can’t get to talk to anyone after taking our money for a promised delivery date.

of my current work schedule hrs. from M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, I couldn’t leave work to make it on time for all three deliveries 1st delivery at 3/6/24@12:21pm, 2nd at 3/7/24@11:39am, 3rd at 3/8/24@11:20am. I couldn’t change my delivery status. Didn’t understand why I was restricted, because I paid full price for this product to be delivered at my convenience, I was given no options to get my package that I paid for. UPS did not give me full access to my account to modify my delivery, it was their way or the highway. The customer support channel was useless, they only told me that they were sorry for my inconvenience. I lost money ($47.45) during this difficult time. On the bad negative service I received, I will be reporting this to all media complaint outlets. I want my package without repaying to have it reshipped to my residence, I want it delivered on my terms not USP's three strikes you’r out terms. TY.

Utterly hopeless and f***ing useless. Lost £400 of delivery from them..delivered to god knows where but not to us. Hopeless customer service..speak to someone in USA no idea who driver is or where they left it....just vague promises of we'll look into it. Can't lodge/file a claim as tracking number isn't valid to do it but you have to have a tracking number to file..customer service say nothing they can do about it. This is the 3rd supplier to our business who use UPS - each delivery goes missing every time. never to be seen again. Costs us and suppliers a small fortune...yet. Evri, Yodel, DPD, DHl, FedEx etc have no problems delivering to us.

UPS lost My Package 4 Boxes along shipping route and they don't even know where they are, or who probably stole them along the way.... very easy to invcestigate yoiu know who picke them up form your company on that day, where they went, who was driver delivering, where is the werhouse where they are supposed to arrive, who was supposed to accept them. Who was supposed to delivered them to my house. ???

I have never had a package delivered late, the new app is fantastic. I think it depends on the area you are in and the manager of the location. In my area fedex and usps shouldn't be allowed to handle packages let alone deliver packages.

They never attempted my delivery. They lied saying I refused it and just sent me an invoice/charge for €40 for "refusing" it. I have CCTV, a video doorbell, work from home and was waiting on the delivery. I didn't refuse it. I wont be paying this charge and my job will never be using them again.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. Two UPS deliveries for same item failed. One to work address which despite delivery window of 9.15am-12.15pm arrived after 5.45pm and was then returned by courier to sender without re-delivery attempt and with excuse that delivery address was ‘incorrect’ when it wasn’t. The other was rescheduled delivery for same parcel (resent by sender) to a home address which due to required signature had to be rescheduled, was confirmed rescheduled with delivery window of 9.15am-12.15pm (confirmation email received day prior) and then failed to turn up. Tracking info suggests I requested a further re- delivery this morning - but no further details available! Absolute joke, had arranged to work from home specially today to receive parcel. Virtually impossible to contact anyone at UPS and still waiting to hear anything at all. AVOID UPS IF YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY!

2024/02/ UPS failed to honour the given delivery schedule to my home address. They claimed they redirected it to the nearest UPS access Point but after I visited the store twice it had still not turned up. I still don't know when I am going to get my parcel! The parcel was sent from SB, a company in Golden, Colorado, USA. I will contact them regarding the poor delivery service UPS has . Perhaps in future SB will let their customer decided which delivery option they prefer. UPS ARE crap- I wish I had viewed these other UPS reviews earlier, they do not deserve one star- but a blackhole.

If I could give minus 3 * I would! They are the worst of the worst! Even Evri is doing better than them. 1st they have been rescheduling the delivery day EVERY day for a week even when the package was still in France. I knew that I will have to pay duty as it was few bottles of spirits from Spain. Customer service totally incompetent first they were insisting on not needing to pay any duty at all then after 2 hours on the phone with people who can not properly understand english (bless them it's not their fault for UPS using not properly trained people with call centres in India and Filipins, with no option to reach UK customer service at all) ech of them kept getting the Tracking number wrong and during a !3! hours on the phone they redirected me at least 25 times and every each time none of those people knew why I am calling so each time it was "hi, I am so and so how can I help you?" and each time they could not understand the tracking number or what I am requiring. 2nd after hours on the phone they admitted that there is going to be duty to pay after I fill the customs form. I did that exactly how I have been told being told to ignore certain fields (I did fill the form while UPS person guiding me and double checked everything with them) Just to receive an email saying that the form is missing information about what I have been told to ignore by UPS. 3rd after many days and hours on phone with dozens of advisors who kept transferring me 100 times I finally got the duty to be paid as £221 while the goods only costed me £190 so they basically asking over 105% of the cost of the goods!! what an extortion and scam! 4th I immediately disputed this with them and have been told that they will call me in the morning to discuss the dispute. However the delivery driver came by with parcel demanding £221 even when being told that I am disputing they put on the web that they couldn't deliver because I had no money. on top of that, They still scheduled the delivery for next working day! Well aware that I am in dispute with them. I called the horrendous customer service to complain yet again the same awful service have been given. Assuring me they will update the status and not to deliver it until the dispute is resolved. yet it's still showing as delivery due next working day! Absolutely awful and would never use them again, if any company who I would buy anything from online uses only UPS I will rather not buy from them than ever deal with UPS again!

Worst service ever!!! They have "lost" every single parcel that has been sent to me through them and refuse to give me refunds for the thousands of pounds they have cost me not only for the parcels but for the time off work waiting for them to arrive They're stealing peoples property and making money from it If I could give them less than 1 star I would They're an absolute joke AVOID AVOID AVOID
