Lost/Stolen Christmas Package and Terrible Customer Support My husband and I are very disappointed to learn that a Christmas package that we paid to overnight to my father in Utah had been “lost.” We paid $140 to overnight a package to my father in Utah who waited all day for a delivery that didn’t happen. I spoke to a UPS customer representative to reschedule a delivery by phone after tracking updates online showed an invoice number was left to reference our package that had apparently been placed on “Hold for Pickup Request”, which is interesting because, my father confirmed that he was home and that there was no memo nor receipt (not even a single knock at the door) to confirm a delivery attempt was even made by UPS. I periodically checked for tracking updates throughout the day and noticed that the status hasn’t changed since I was instructed to input this non existent invoice number that was required on UPS’s website to try to schedule a delivery before having to call customer support a third time. I called once again to check for any updates since it was nearing the end of day for UPS to supposedly deliver. It was then that my husband and I learned that my father’s package was “Lost” and an investigation for the lost package will take eight business days to investigate. Furthermore, we’ll need to contact the UPS store that shipped our package for future updates on the investigation. This has been very frustrating to say the least. Every UPS representative I have spoken to so far is very unapologetic and unhelpful from the moment I called to ask about a “request for pickup” memo that was NEVER left by the UPS driver. I feel like I just got a complete runaround by every customer service representative, except for one that helped to reschedule an actual delivery attempt – that still never took place. After all of this, I was told that a supervisor will respond by reaching out to us by phone this morning, at 9 AM. It’s been a few hours later and we have yet to hear back from anyone…

Package was supposed to be here yesterday but it's still 2000 miles away today. Somehow think it's going to be another week to get my package that was time sensitive and paid 2 day shipping. It's been 9 and counting. This whole company is incompetent top to bottom.

The Worst Delivery Service in the US. I got two almost similar issues with overnight deliveries. They do not deliver the package on time for the first case and required another delivery address for the second. That was a nightmare to talk to an agent with a blocking robot. When you get an agent, he/she only creates a ticket instead of resolving the problem which was very urgent. UPS doesn't resolve issues on time. BEWARE! I also had many issues with deliveries when I purchase certain items from Amazon.com. They reschedule deliveries on their own without asking me.

My name is Donna Iafelice I must commend the staff at the Edgewater NJ UPS store. Lenzell, Yalithzel , Carolina , Katerin , Sean and Diana . No matter how crowded the store gets they are polite and professional. Always looking to help the customers. The store manager works right along with his staff. I am very happy how the store is ran.

Garbage company from top to bottom. Ordered some COVID rapid tests on the 20th of December to have for the 25th when we were planning on visiting relatives. Kits were being shipped from 200 miles away and we were charged $20 for shipping. They were supposed to arrive within 48 hours as per the company we purchased from. UPS drops the ball and now they aren't arriving until early January. Thanks a lot UPS!

First it takes forever to talk to someone at customer service because of the automated answering machine. Secondly, I know I’m not going to be home tomorrow so I called to have the package held (to save them time and to ensure I get my package tomorrow) but they aren’t allowed until after a delivery attempt is made - ridiculous. No wonder Amazon and FedEx are passing this company.

UPS lost my package 3 weeks ago and its almost as if they are doing everything in their power not to resolve it. Today i was told by the shipper (a large corporate company) that they would take the hit of the cost of the package which was about 100 dollars and just send me another one for free so that neither them or i have to deal with ups claim service anymore. UPS should be embarrased, their "customer service" is a pathetic joke.

Worst experience ever. Package took 14 days to get from UK to Germany. Customer service- what customer service? I made about 15 calls and spoke to one girl in Guatemala who knew the answers to the questions. Another man told me he would get someone in Germany to call me back in 24hrs. That was 6 days ago and I am still waiting. I will never use UPS again. It was cheap for a reason!

I shipped several packages on Ebay using UPS. When I received my monthly bill I noticed the shipping charges from UPS were about double from what it said the price would be when I shipped the packages. These were all on different dates. I contacted EBAY and they said to call UPS it is their issue. I called UPS customer service several times and they would not do anything to resolve the issue. I filed 3 corporate complaints with UPS and they never called me back. after nearly 2 months and UPS not doing anything at all to resolve my issue I filed a complaint with the Better Business Borough . After about a week UPS finally called me and wanted to resolve the issue and refund the over charges that they charged me. UPS is DISHONEST. I never use them any more. I use Post Office and for the heavier packages I use Fed Ex. What a Shame UPS. I was an employee of UPS for over 35 years and I will never use them for shipping anything as you cannot trust UPS. They charge inflated shipping charges as much as double what they should be. UPS does not respond to customer complaints and their customer service line does nothing. UPS is corrupt from the top down.. UPS has nothing but a bunch of thieves, thugs and dishonest people working for them now days. Just take a look at the bum delivering your packages. This company is worthless and I would not recommend using them.

Ordered a phone through T-Mobile which was going to be shipped with UPS to the three shipping was stated when I placed my delivery. Placed my order on Monday the 20th it is now December 24, UPS decided to delay my order for no reason thanks you guys not my someone have a Christmas gift. So disappointing been having my cell phone being withheld at the same place since the 21st for no reason. Talk about false advertisement. When spoken to customer service all they had to say was sorry it wouldn’t be able to get delivered today or on time. Couldn’t even provide me with the location of where the device was.

Sent a parcel to Poland using UPS, for unknown reason parcel was “returned to sender” not even to my address! Parcel got lost and there was a lot of sentimental value in there :( absolutely shocking. Communication very poor. Caused us a lot of stress

Utterly awful service. They had our package for a week and have still failed to deliver. Customer service staff give conflicting information and don't know whether.its coming or going, they are also extremely rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Shockingly bad service.

Christmas present for my husband coming from QVC was purchased on December 4th. It went from South Carolina to Horsham Pa. on December 8th, from there it went to Easton Pa. the same day. It's now December 23th and it's apparently still in Easton. I called QVC and they said they have the same information I do. Needless to say they have to ship another gift but the earliest it can arrive is December 27th. Thank you UPS for making this Christmas a total mess for me.

We are a small business that just started a few months ago. We use them in Europe and their service is excellent. So we got an order from America, and we are happy not knowing that UPS will show us another color. First, they said 'The apartment number is either missing or incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address.' they updated the address without calling the sender and the receiver! funny enough they updated the address. The next status we saw is that they have delivered the package to the front door. And the receiver said she didn't receive it. We checked the address, they have changed it to another address. The receiver went to the house they said they delivered it to ask for the package, getting to the house, they rang the bell, nobody answers but the light of the apartment was on. We called them (UPS) they said no information regarding the package. It is obvious that the drivers and the workers are taking people packages to their house or giving them to their family members. Actually, they said they will refund but it is all about a refund. That is how we lost our first client.

Got 2 packages from UPS today. BOTH were opened 1 with a razor knife and 1 forcefully pushed in on the center to loosen the tape enough to peak inside. Thank God 1 of my packages was boring for the thieving employees and I could still gift 1 of the items I THOUGHT a reputable company was delivering GOOD THING the company I BOUGHT from has good employees I WILL NEVER SHIP WITH UPS AS A RESELLER AGAIN. MERRY CHRISTMAS YOU FILTHY ANIMALS ( to the thieving crooks who needed it more then my son)

What an absolute bunch of Liar, The customer service is useless... They email saying tried to deliver a parcel... I was sat right by the front door when they allegedly tried to deliver my parcel... Lies!!! Called the customer service...again useless can't track the parcel... can't call the driver... don't know when it will actually be delivered..No wonder you have a one star rating... You should be ashamed of yourselves....

I sent 7 pictures to San Diago from Hanoi, once my family got them, 4 pictures were broken!! Very very disappointed. This is not only one time, but our company also use UPS, but they always delayed. I think the company goes downhill. We never use UPS again.

They are the worse carrier, I have two package that was delivered two different date and both of these package were delivered to the wrong address number. Per their POD, package was left on the front door which I never got. I don't know whose front door that they delivered the package, same happened to the second package. UPS needs to train their employee how to read numbers obviously they don't know how to perform their job more accurate and efficient. Bad service. FED/EX do a better job delivering your package in a front of your door. Go Fed/Ex. UPS have the worse service..
