Not sure how they can claimed as failed attempt when they did not even attempt. The customer service is an absolute joke and the drivers are liars. Talking about reducing carbon emissions, don’t plant trees, play your part by making it one successful attempt for delivery instead of multiple failed ones. How is this company able to operate legally? Too bad the lowest option is 1 because even 1 is over complimenting the company

Shipped a package thru Staples / UPS. A gift for my cousin recovering from previous Breast cancer and recent knee surgery. I was sending her shopping bags on wheels to make store trips easier on her. A few other gifts, her cat of 14 years recently passed due to health issues. I bought stainless steel cat measuring spoons in remembrance of him. After over a week she says she never received package. I then contacted ups thru the tracking. They said my items were lost. Requested a description of the items I sent. Then they said my package was damaged. They filed a claim and then told me my package was to blame. And that they wouldn’t reimburse me for the contents. Staples says they wouldn’t reimburse me for the SHipping because UPS DENIED the claim. First of all Staples associate weighed and labeled my package. They said nothing about me reusing an Amazon box. Which was in excellent condition. I’ve done it before. (Recycling). I taped every corner and top to bottom. UPS did not refuse to ship it. What I believe happened was because the Staples associate listed the contents as purses or bags. Someone thought to open it and see if it was worth stealing. If the items spilled out of the box which was obviously retrieved because otherwise how would you know it was an Amazon box then the items could have been collected because they were all together I had items inside of the bags and they were two bags. How is it that UPSlost the contents but not the box? UPS asked for a description of my contacts which I ANSWERED. Just doesn’t make sense that you knew it was an Amazon box. But you lost the contents which were as big as a box. They were sentimental things that could be replaced and re-bought if UPS and Staples reimbursed me. Not pleased at all with the customer service not pleased at all with the tracking service notifications not pleased at all with the results. Times have changed and no one cares.

I had horrible experience with UPS and I'm still having it... Avoid them, there is no service from them given. THEY NEVER DELIVER THE PARCELS. I bough some clothing online the the parcel was sent trough UPS. They say was delivering on friday between 11:15 - 15:15... At 12 more or less it was a message on the taking details saying no access to the premises due to a missing code, like I'm living in private area... there is a bus stop just in front of my door, just one day before I've got an argos delivery, I'm getting deliveries from different delivery companies and no problem. Also there are passing luton vans and lorries passing by all day long... But the are not able to complete the delivery. At the end after one week calling them and making complaints I had to go from Acton to Kentish town to pick it up myself to the depot... Now second round coming and seams the same problem... I had to get it delivery on friday last week and again same problem. But now I'm not able to go an pick it up myself and as is a heavy parcel, and I do not have car to go and pick it up myself. I don't know what do I'm going to do, as call them it does not change anything, is just a big waste of time and nerves. If you don't get your mental health down trying to get your parcel delivered, avoid this company under any circumstances. I couldn't as was the seller who was choosing the delivery company, but I defenetly will contact those two sellers they sent me the parcel through UPS to let them know how is the no service they are not providing.

Drivers lie and are negligent. They report to UPS they've left a shipping label when they have not. They leave packages outside a building gate without attempting to deliver them to the addressee's apartment. They lose packages they have picked up and UPS refuses to give the sender a copy of the receipt and pay for the lost package.

Awful service and tracking. You will be waiting all day for a package and then around the end of the delivery time you will get a message saying it will be delivered the NEXT DAY. Very bad service, things don't come on time and you waste your day waiting!

Literally the worst delivery service. UPS person came to my house to deliver the package at 2:00 but it needed a signature. Why would an adult be at home at 2:00 on a weekday? Of course no one was home so they kept the package. They are not going to try and deliver it again until FOUR DAYS LATER. I’ve already been waiting for a week and now the package is just sitting around somewhere at a UPS warehouse a few miles away. I was thinking that I could just go pick it up myself so that I didn’t have to wait. Not only does it literally cost 12+ dollars to pick it up MYSELF I wouldn’t even be able to pick it up until FOUR DAYS LATER. I know that my package is literally just sitting around somewhere so why can’t I get it. I could just go find the truck thats driving around with it jesus christ. This is so complicated for no reason it should be that difficult. UPS sucks🤮

My brother had agreed to send me coins from Colorado, I am in New Jersey. The first time it was flawless it came before expected and was all together in the box. Nothing wrong. The second delivery however, the box was slit open and plastic was sticking out of the cut. When we opened the box it was a total nightmare. Coins were everywhere. The wrappers had gotten ripped open somehow, but I was very dissatisfied. Never had I had such terrible service from ups it's usually your competitor I have problems with. Very poor service as it seems the package was thrown around due to dents in the box and contents out everywhere.

I didn’t know it was possible for a company to offer such terrible service. I paid over £300 for express shipment - over 3 weeks later the package has still not arrived while I have been assured by 5 customer service agents on consecutive days that it will be arriving the next day - everyday I stay home from work to get it and it does not arrive. Avoid at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Deliveries don’t reach the intended address but instead the driver is just delivering all his deliveries to a local drop off. He doesn’t even attempt the home deliveries.

Complete waste of time. Waited 2 days fir delivery only to be informed it's at a drop off point. Failed delivery company can't even do your primary task.

UPS useless, staff doesn't know what's happening. They lost my package which was worth $2000.00 . No one gives a clear answer, I sent 15 emails not a single reply. Over two weeks every day I called them up always a different excuse and oh sorry we will deliver next day, when today i get the customer service assistant telling me that my package actually been missing. They don't know where it is. DO NOT USE UPS !!!

Let down repeatedly by a completely unreliable UPS (who used to be good?) As a business customer shipping regular stock to Amazon FBA I have paid and arranged for UPS to collect and deliver several separate shipments over the past few months. The collections were all paid for and confirmed by UPS but then UPS failed to collect each of three separate shipments on the arranged day with no notification given. I had to call their customer services the day after the shipment should have been collected and UPS then arranged to collect them the day after that. All were collected 2 days late. Then the final straw - My last shipment was not collected at all despite calling UPS on three consecutive days! It remains uncollected and is now a week late! I raised it as formal complaint with UPS two days ago. UPS then promised that someone would call from the local depot to rectify the issue and collect the shipment. Nobody called and the shipment remains uncollected. I have now given up. UPS are 'partnered' with Amazon and I'm sure Amazon and more importantly the many other businesses that sell on Amazon and use UPS through Amazon are also not happy with the way they appear to be letting business customers down. UPS have cost me time and money and are negatively affecting my business. There are others complaining of similar issues so I am not alone.

Fabulous service, collected parcel 1600 in London and delivered to me in Spain at 12.40 the next day, less than 24 hrs, great price for such a quick delivery, very impressed, thank you

This company needs new management. They have some drivers that believe it's okay to drive fast in areas that little children live. Then when they get told to slow down they decide to slam doors on a person and ignore them. When ask for their name they slam their window on you. Tgen they continue that behavior almost hitting a bike and sending gravel up and hitting a truck. The driver then continues to try and drive off and is stopped by a concerned party because of the drivers behavior. Then the driver starts inching up to the party standing in front of the truck. At this point park managers asked someone to get a phone and taps on the back of the truck to tell the driver to stop. Cops get called out by the driver first because the manager didn't have the phone. Unfortunately, the officer didn't write everything down that happened. Now the management stops all deliveries to the whole area to punish the people for scolding their driver. When asked to get the corporate number or their legal teams number they say they can't give that number out to go to UPS.com. Well, good luck! With that. They just send you right back to the same response. When we went to the office in Knoxville and asked for the corporate office the lady at the desk told us it won't do us any good to call the corporate office because they won't listen. That was disappointing to hear. They started having people travel 100 miles to get their packages that they had already paid delivery on. When one person asked them for a refund on the money sense they had to get their package and it didn't come to their home they were told they couldn't refund the money. This happens to four people. Now these people are using fed X to get their stuff. One of these people came back and said someone pulled the driver out of the truck and broke his window. Which is another lie. So, does anyone know how to get directly in touch with the corporate personal or legal team. This is ridiculous. A company this big shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with. I also notice in reviews these problem are an issue. This area has received packages from this company for years and we haven't had any issues except the drivers dropping packages off at a park office, but that is understandable and not their fault as a lot of the area is not numbered. It's sad when you have to go to reviews because no one responds to your issues.

Good morning, I’m writing regarding an order . I have created a shipment through your website and the package was sent on the 22/08/2022 from the location stated on the imagine. I have purchased a next day delivery with extra insurance, as it was a phone that was getting sent. The phone was not delivered, I have looked at the shops information on Google and there was many reviews that this shops steals parcels or swaps them for another parcel. I find it horrific as this is a location stated and recommended on your website to use. It took a while to create an investigation, as every time I have rang I’ve been hearing different things about the parcel and the process of UPS looking for the parcel. I was the individual creating the shipment and Artur was the sender. Every time I have rang UPS I have been spoken to and provided information. UPS even request Artur to go back to the shop location to check if the parcel is still there. The first man said the parcel was collected on the same day and when he went again another lady said the parcel was collected on the second day. It is horrific as this situation shouldn’t even take place. I have paid for the service and extra insurance just to be told to follow up with the shop by myself. Your company should be ashamed of this. The investigation was opened after 7 days of the package not being delivered, and I as a receiver opened the investigation and provided all the information. After not receiving no updates for 9 working days since the investigation, I tried to contact UPS but been refused to spoken to as I am the receiver. This is confusing as I have rang and been spoken to every time I have rang. The sender was supposed to get an update in 8 working days and after ringing on the 9th there was still no updates. This service can not even stick to working on the provided time lines. I was required to wait ages just for the investigation to open and now it looks like the investigation is not even happening. I want this parcel or a refund with compensation. I have also spoken to a lady that claimed she was the head of the department, she was rude and shouting.

UPS is about as useful as a Sumo wrestler in the corps-de-ballet, or a unicorn without a horn. The company seems to be the last refuge of liars, incompetants and the lazy. My wife and I have been given the run around today trying to find the whereabouts of a rather expensive parcel supposedly attempted to be delivered to me, at 11.00 am. I spent most of the day within a couple of metres of the inner front door. The outside door was open and the doorbell is working fine. Nobody turned up, the door was not knocked upon, nor was the working doorbell rung. Having an outer glass door, I would have seen the outline of a figure. We`ve had no visitors or deliveries at any time during the day. Then the frustration began. My wife rang the contact number (she complains better than I do), to find out what on earth was happening. They said that they had attempted to deliver the parcel but nobody was at home. My wife then said that I could pick it up from their depot if that would be easier. The person at the other end of the `phone said that that would be fine and that it would be ready for collection at Bristol (about 200 miles away from the City of Preston, where I live). Eventually, after my wife being in full rant mode, they said that the parcel would be with us within the hour which is quite a feat from 200 miles away ! It never arrived so she rang again. She was told that it had been delived to a local Spar pick-up point. I drove to all the Spar branches within 1.5 miles of my home and found that Spar don`t take UPS parcels, only Amazon. In desperation, I decided to try other retail chains in the area. I eventually found it at a local Premier shop (not Spar). While I was away, my wife was still trying to get help and she was told that they would ring back within the hour. 5 hours later, she is still waiting. Don`t whatever you do, depend on UPS because they are inefficient and dishonest.

What does it take for them to actually look at others in the delivery business to improve their own. Uber is within 1 minute of communicating arrival time. Amazon will call you directly when they arrive if they need to access the property. Even the USPS never have a problem. Their live map is infuriating and only shows you they are within a block of you and still hours late, telling you it may be there by 9pm. Do not allow retailers to use UPS and complain if they try.

I sent a parcel with UPS the parcel was returned to me, they claimed the address was missing, which it a total joke, as New Arthur Place in Edinburgh is a street, a quick google search: New Arthur Place Edinburgh EH8 9TH New Arthur Place is a Street in Edinburgh with the postcode of EH8 9TH which measures approximately 39 metres long. Funny how their driver couldn't recognize a street because it is called place! I lost a sale on Vestiaire due to an incompetent UPS driver, and due to the incompetence of the Vestiaire staff who plainly didn't contact UPS or the buyer!
