On 12/17 I found a note of my door for missed delivery, of which I knew nothing prior. It also was stated that the signature was required, which I also didn't know anything about. And apparently in UPS's view, people don't work; they just sit glued to the door waiting for somebody from UPS to knock on the door one day. After a long conversation that same day with the call center rep. the delivery was rescheduled for 12/24. On 12/19 I upon coming home from work I found another notice of missed delivery with the treat to shop my package back to sender, if the third delivery is not accepted. UPS makes their own schedules as convenient for them and expect you to sit and wait all day for them to show up as it works for them. I call again to question why there was a delivery on the 19th, when 3 days prior it was scheduled for 24th. I was assured by the customer service rep. that the rescheduled date was indeed 24th. On upon checking their website and tracking the package, I discovered that the third delivery was scheduled for 12/20! And that is after two prior phone confirmations for 12/24. Once again, I was reassured that I will get my package on 12/24, delivered to my house. On the 24th I was under house arrest all day waiting for the delivery as schedule and confirmed by 3 call center reps. And it never happened!!! At 7pm I contacted UPS again and was informed that according to their system, I requested for the package to be held for self pickup. This was a Christmas present for my 10 year old son! Talking to that rep was like taking to a brick wall, which at the end wished me Happy Holidays. That is not to mention the other scam that UPS runs these days: if you miss the first delivery at their convenience and try to reschedule, so that you make arrangements to be there, UPS will scam you for an additional change of $12.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. UPS is the least reliable and worst customer support I have ever had to deal with out of all delivery companies. Do not expect your packages to arrive on time or even close to when they claim they will be there.

worst absolute worst! call centre located abroad with incompetent staff lie, put you on hold saying you are being transferred and you are left there waiting without anyone answering. Worst experience with duty manager CHRISTA LYNN, call handler Jesa and soo many more. Honestly don’t use this courier ! They are terrible !

Absolutely shocking service from your Dublin office. Failed to send a parcel out for delivery today. Don't offer Saturday deliveries. Presents from Nana will be stuck in a warehouse. You've managed to disappoint children for Christmas. This is the third time we have had to chase a parcel with your company. Beyond unacceptable.

UPS started charging unreasonable brokerage fee lately. I had never had a problem with UPS until my recent encountered. I ordered something from the US and all shipping fee was paid by the shipper. However UPS demanded a payment of over $70 as brokerage which was over 50% of the value of my order. I have never had such problem of brokerage fee with other delivery companies. Very disappointed with USP!

Absoloute Joke of a Company. Incompetent, Liars. Christmas Present for Daughter Shipped on 10th December.. First UPS lost it then apparently found it again and gave me a delivery date of 19th December but now it says its stuck in customs (despite me having COD Duty Fees on it) pending additional info.. and they have cited a delivery date of December 28th which is more BullS*it... because this will change too no doubt based on what other customers have said in reviews. Neither myself or the sender have heard anything further on this.. their customer support is utterly useless, reading from a script, constantly repeating themselves and the saying they raise a case and escalated but nothing happens.. Avoid at all costs.. I used DHL for another Shipping same route and it arrived within 2 Days.. UPS I hate you.

My original birth certificate from my baby book. My original marriage certificate from my wedding album. A savings bond from my deceased grandparents. Old family photos. All lost by UPS. I’m completely devastated. Use a sender that you TRUST.

AVOID UPS AT ALL COSTS We setup a new business account, the first order we paid for Saturday delivery. The driver didn’t even attempt delivery, blamed us, saying not full address, the address is perfect. Iv now called 3 day in a row, being lied to, so each day I’m told something different still have no idea if our customer is going to receive the order or not. Ill be posting this review everywhere, every day until you do the job we have paid you for.

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with Requested a £170 payment for duties & charges. Then sent delay messages And then keep changing delivery date/time. Always cancelling and changing to next day. Then send message saying second delivery attempt failed one more attempt left. These people just are liars no attempts were ever made at all this is a disgrace of a company avoid at all cost I will not be making purchases online with companies that use these utter liars called ups as for customer service they just read of script as much use as the rest of ups

This is the worst shipping company ever, sad how far this company has fallen. they delivered package to wrong addresses; this is not the 1st time, mind you, my home is the only one on the street with the address numbers marked on the mailbox. I filed a claim, 2 minutes later they noted that the investigation is complete, and the package was confirmed delivered via there proof of delivery??? what proof the package proof of delivery has no gps plot points to confirm location package was scanned at, no picture of where package was left and this is a amazon requirement. now I have to fight for my $200 Christmas present with shipper, bank, etc. all because ups is completely incompetent. and its not like I have another $200 to purchase another gift. horrible service, horrible customer service, you have to talk to a computer the whole process ?? there system is set up as if they never make a mistake. I will never purchase an item via any company that ships with ups. thanks for a great Christmas ups

Multiple times I've had ups driver claim he attempted to deliver my package but they missed me. That's bull. I was always home. I have a small apartment so no way did I not hear a knock. You hear everything in my apartment. I've complained to customer service and they pretty much didn't care and blocked me from sending more emails because I told them they have drivers that lie and too lazy to actually walk to your apartment. They even tried to say once that it was a signature required package and it was not. Then they said it was for security of package to not leave at my door. I live inside a locked building that they have the code for to get in. Never once has there been a problem with packages here. It always seems to happen to my packages that are scheduled on a Friday. Hmmm I can't even tell them to deliver it to a closer location either without paying to be able to. You'd think the fact that I paid them to ship my product would at least include that courtesy. I have a lot of things shipped and so far I've been able to change about half of my shipments I get from various companies to other shippers. Usually fed ex so that's been a lot nicer and less stress. Some of my packages are needed within a certain time frame and I plan for it but still doesn't make it half the time. So now it's Friday and I have to wait till the end of the day Monday to drive way further then I need to as there is a ups store a block away from me. So this just gave me the incentive to start back up with changing the shipper with the remaining companies I order from. It's amazing that I pay them to deliver something and they don't hold up there end of the bargain. Their customer support is worthless too.

I have a disability & also fell sick on day of collection, so I couldn't go out to print out address labels -especiallynot in thr snow! Parcel was well labelled, just not with a printed label. Pleaded for driver to print out labels at UPS office as I couldnt manage to go out, he won't listen, just dumped my urgent parcel back. I'll health is precisely why I booked home collection. Pointless requiring home customers to have to go out looking for printers to print address labels. I still have parcel at home as I write, unable to filfil my delivery. Tried swapping delivery to different company, was charged £6 for it.

Sent a package to Spain from the UK on October 29th. All the documentation was attached to the box. Communication from them said that they needed more information, which I provided twice by email. Plus several phone calls to them and twitter messages. Today discover that my package is being returned to the Uk (I'm in Spain now). Absolute incompetence. Never again.

Package sent on 12/13. Called to ask that the package be redirected due to error on my part. UPS Customer service said NO PROBLEM. Now unable to tack package. CS support is telling me that the package was delivered in NOVEMBER and then hangs up on me. Can not get a LIVE person on the phone.

Not happy at all. Ebay recommended this company to me and I chose Next day delivery at a cos of £10.35 as the buyer wanted next day. Turns out my delivery then told me it would take 5 days. Why take next day money for next day if its not next day? I understand high volumes and postal strikes, but its misleading to be called Next day and charge me for Next day prices. Very upset Update 1 week later, seems the parcel is still not out for delivery 1 week after paying for 'next day'. Its not even gone into out for delivery, saying it is still at the shop to be picked up, and the buyer doesnt know when to be in for it. I went to the claims page, but after filling out form for lost item, it will not accept my bank account number or sort code. - Making it as difficult as possible - wasting my day trying to sort this. Very upset . I can see myself losing £76 here or wasting all day trying to file a claim with awful customer service - just bots that drive me insane.

I remember when ups used to be up there as 1 of the best courrier services, sadly from my experience that is no longer the case, Ups driver you are an absolute joke. To claim you attempted to deliver 3 times but nobody was home. The lady in question is a pensioner. She sits by her window back & front all day & doesn't leave her home, she has perfect hearing & absolutely no delivery was attempted. My pensioner friend is unable to leave her home due to anxiety. So rely's on deliveries for everything. The package she is waiting for is a mattress that she has originally ordered almost 2 months ago, but has so far still not received. people who can't go out depends your drivers doing a good job. As a courier it is your job to make these transactions as stress less as possible rather than the nightmare experience you provide with no way of getting immediate support unless you're willing to pay the £6 average call costs. Avoid at all costs! If your driver had made delivery attempt why did he not get proof? Or leave a call card. He lied that's why!!! If I could give you 0 stars I would.

There is no such thing as a more incompetent UPS! Like so many other users, I was subjected to the same bad joke: the deliveryman dropped the package at the relay point and not at the - precise - address indicated. Then, and this is the last straw, the UPS people on the phone or via Messenger promise a new home delivery, but it never arrives! Liars with that!

It’s the worst company ever!!!!! Service is soo poor and communication as well! They damaged my parcel and after 3 weeks said it’s been denied because it wasn’t packed properly ! B*****it! They just want to get rid of you ! So hard to contact them! Don’t use ever !
