Rubbish service! They lost my parcel!i think they open my parcel and and take all from inside.Every day they tell me lies about delivery ! horrible service! Don't send with this company! Shame to they for do this think whith pacel! Avois this company!

The day after my delivery was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying my email address was incomplete. When I made my purchase my address was completed in full including eircode. Once my delivery arrived in ireland, it took two days for UPS to email me to say there was an issue. There is nowhere to update the address online, and it is not clear what they are going to do. I had to ring them to get my address completed in full and no my package will not be delivered for another 5 days! What were UPS going to do if I did not contact them? Rubbish! They were late anyway and are trying to place the blame elsewhere.

Package from Europe. I paid the duty on the 5/01/23. Delivery scheduled for 11/01/23. For a whole week the tracking showed that my parcel was dispatched to my address and then around midday the tracking would show it would be delivered the next day. It took 15 messages, 2 emails (that weren't even responded to) and a long phone call for them to realise that they (not me) had not marked the import duty as paid on the system. Absolutely shambolic service.

Driver pulls up front on third day (on time). He can't find package and looks through his truck stating he just saw it. He hurriedly pulls away yelling he would deliver the package tomorrow. There was a much needed check in that package. Tomorrow never comes. After 10 attempts to contact a supervisor, I am told to file a claim which I do. Supposedly an investigation team is on this tracking number. I call everyday with the same "outsourced" speech telling me it takes 8 days, but an investigation team is on it. I ask for a number for the investigation team (evidently doesn't exist). What about the drivers name and distribution loading point? No answer for this. Eighth day I call and get notice the shipper was contacted by UPS. I call the shipper. No, no idea and no knowledge of contact from UPS. No resolution or contact by UPS to this day. My bills are late.

Horrendous. Delayed package for days but kept being reassured by CS so waited inside and now been told they don’t know why but it won’t be sent this week. Paid for express delivery for a gift and they couldn’t care less. Zero explanation zero customer service avoid places that use UPS and feedback to them so they stop!

Parcel due for delivery Tuesday didn’t even bother to call. Wednesday re delivery pressed my buzzer and didn’t wait around more than 30 seconds didn’t have time to get to door before they left. Thursday said they had tried to deliver but I have a video recorder on my door and no attempt was made. Rang customer service who assured me I would be contacted within the hour and my parcel would be delivered. Guess what neither happened. Disgraceful service

Customer Service: I've had a UPS My Choice account for years. I was able to sign into it today. Unfortunately, UPS has completely dropped the main use of setting up an account: to get notices about incoming packages. I have always relied on email notifications of deliveries: day prior to the delivery; exceptions; out for delivery on the day; delivered. Now all shipment-related notifications have been stopped, without notice. It is not even clear that notifications are still available. Actual deliveries: usually within the day scheduled with sender, and reported to me by sender. Good: Delivery people really try. Bad: packages are filthy when delivered. Loose dirt, black scuff marks, often damaged boxes or envelopes. It is as if the packages have been dropped in a barrel of loose garbage and dirt, shaken for a while, and then put on a delivery vehicle. This is another sudden, and very bad, change within UPS systems/

UPS have no idea of customer Service. They were very happy to take my money ask me questions about explosives and batteries. Asked me to open my packaging which was bubble wrapped and double boxed, along with foam to protect the knobs of an expensive musical digital item, take the shipping costs and additional costs for insurance, but then when they throw the item around refuse to pay insurance. What made it worse I sent 20 other items via Australia post without any issues. I've now had to borrow money at xmas due to the issues with this terrible company. They have no care. Surely the officer who quizzed and checked my packaging should have had more care if there was an issue with packaging but being double boxed bubble wrapping etc. I can't believe the box was damaged in multiple places and the metal rack ear was so bent. Very upset :)

Shipping times are terrible, customer service hours are inaccurate. Unable to contact customer service reps due to horrible call system. Would not use again

Ebay Item number: 285060539168 GB2022EBAY0061271261 Pack link Claim Resolution number UPS: 1ZV827Y1DL28309702 Item Collectable Hardy Fishing reel So, I am selling this fishing reel. I dont know how old it is, but its a Hardy, a much sought after vintage reel by fishermen - in great condition. I have an ebay account, great feedback, so I decide to put it up for auction. I am a little bit nervous, as I am scared of the seller saying he didnt receive it, so I post it next day delivery, signature required...the top postage of £9.97 insured for £60, even though I know its worth more. Well, the buyer got a bargain and bid £76 for it, but it doesnt make it past Bargain Booze in the tracking. Off the record, the bargain booze guy tells me, that parcels are always going missing, but its not at the shop. He thinks the recent influx of agency staff drivers are stealing the items, not scanning certain ones, and that I shouldnt have drawn attention to my item by making in 'Next Day'...'Signature required' So, now I'm really worried. I contact Ebay. Hard to understand their limited English, but they say they have my back, as they can read the tracking. They reassure me, that I wont lose any money. The buyer gets upset, and raises a case...understandably. Four weeks later, and its still not arrived. Ebay hold my funds, and dont even look into my side of it - liars I guess about having my back, and pack link /UPS's say they cannot pay me any compensation because it was a prohibited item due to the age of the item. How would I know this was a prohibited item from the link ebay sent me to? Anyway, I lost my georgious reel, £9.97 postage that I paid UPS, and ebay even had the cheek to only pay me fees on the item, not the postage that the buyer paid. They refunded the buyer from my credit card. My belief is that UPS is a scam company. I will never post again, or use ebay. Shame on ebay for recommending a scam company - in my opinion. Someone needs to investigate this company. How many items have gone missing? How many didnt they pay out on. I am sending all details to the Ombudsman to investigate.

Worst experience from any company in my entire life. Incompetent staff that can’t even write down an email, I must of read it out 10+ times. Telling them a 18 digit ups tracking number with letters in it was almost comical. Perhaps employ people who speak English or atleast can understand a bit. Voicemails they leave that you have zero chance of understanding what they say. Biggest joke is I paid extra for ups express delivery to arrive in time for Xmas still not got it now and no idea if it will ever arrive? Been messed about with delivery dates several times waiting in just to have it move last minute to the next day. As long as I live I will never use UPS ever again! Not even if they paid me .

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would because the mere fact that I had ordered something that was worth $200, and they say it was delivered it on 11/29. Almost a whole month goes by, and I had to contact the seller if the package was delivered. They tell me it was but then UPS is telling it was delivered to the local post office. I had checked two of the local post offices near me. The post offices told me that UPS delivered the package when clearly, I did not receive the package. Finally, got hold of someone from customer service which just told me that they cannot do anything about it, and I need to contact the seller. Poor excuse of delivery and customer service.

You are the hardest company to get in touch with. My driver left my packages off of my porch after 7pm not even on the porch much less in FRONT OF MY DOOR. my neighbor was walking his dog and knocked on my door around 8pm to let me know that my packages were there. There wasn't a knock at the door or an email from the driver. I was robbed last year so this is an important concern. I called twice about my concern and no one got back to me. I would never use this company No customer satisfaction... I doubt that they even read these reviews but I'm hoping anyone considering using them will read these and use another company

UPS Netherlands billing department is a bunch of criminals. They copied my card details and days after delivery of my package they started to charge random amounts bypassing my bank security. Beware!!!!do not use live cards to pay them,only disposables.They can bypass your bank/card security by coding their transactions like a subscription,this is how they can stole money from you. Ask chargeback from your bank and report them to police

Wish I could write a review with a lower star!!! Worse experience ever with a delivery company. Lost my package of Christmas gifts to KS in MISSISSIPPI of all places. Spent 2+ hours being sent from one "department" to another. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Apparently UPS doesn't have any. Asked to speak to a complaint dept. UPS doesn't have one. I remember my parents making over how great it was to use UPS when I was a kid. They have deteriorated since then and are an EPIC FAIL. No use using them anymore.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful paid for Rsloh Lauren gift to arrive 21/12 has yet to arrive and is apparently status says still that it will be delayed by one business day on the system. Cardiff warehouse i believe now but no notifications or updates called RL call centre and apparently scheduled for 28/2/22 days late at least and £14.95 paid to Express UPS delivery . No recognition of this . Its basically appauling UPS thats every delivery you do its lucky it ever arrives!
