This company does not care about any special needs or medical issues. They allow the drivers to dictate what they will and will not do to assist people in terms of delivery options. I tried to meet the driver to pick up an emergency package for use with our special needs daughter and mother with parkinsons only to be told the driver did not want to do this so I just had to wait even though they confirmed he was within 10 mins of me. They also would not confirm the package would be here before 5pm. They had what needed to aid special needs members of our family and held it hostage instead of being helpful and caring. They have lost all since of soul and right and wrong.

Absolutely refuses to get out of the truck and come to the door if a signature is required on a delivery. Simply will not deliver a package that requires a signature. This has been the case with UPS no matter where I've lived. Just a terrible delivery service.

I bought an item from Ebay. The vendor UPS...wow cant really give them even ONE star. Tracking app..useless Driver delivered without advising a day too early.. Didnt leave parcel with a beighbour or in a secluded place and take a picture..like dpd evri etc. I have cctv with a sign too.. No..knocked on the door..no answer write a card.. I now have to pick up the parcel!!! So much for service MINUS ONE STAR

I ordered something from Amazon, no issues there. UPS on the other hand...nothing but issues. They tried to deliver on Thursday at 11am. But guess what, I work, so obviously I wasn't home to sign for it. Instead of trying at a later time, they opted to try again on Friday. At 11 am. So again, I wasn't home. Then, after getting somewhat irate at their incompetence I was finally able to arrange to have it dropped off at a pick up point. Which it was, at 10am on Monday (4 days after the initial delivery attempt.) Which their notification things confirmed. Only it wasn't. Because someone of their end had decided that it needed to be returned to UPS. So at 3pm they called the drop off point and picked it up. At 5:30 pm, I spoke to one of their "escalation team" people. She had no idea why it was picked up. Her system showed it as still being at the pick up point. I had to tell her it wasn't. She called them and confirmed that, but with no explanation as to why it was picked up. So today, 6 DAYS after the initial delivery attempt, with no contact from UPS, I still don't have my package. In theory, I should have it today, and a "Sorry for the inconvenience" comment from them. My only question is, What if this had been medication, that I needed to live? Would it still be an inconvenience? at "too bad so sad?" And ALL of this because they refuse to deliver to residential addresses after 6pm. Refuse to deliver on weekends. And have unbelievably incompetent CSRs.

Worst delivery service ever! I've been receiving conflicting messages since they one and I still don't know where my parcel is. Their reps are telling me it's at the warehouse because of incomplete information, which I have not been contacted about, but the seller is telling me it has been delivered?

Received no delivery status updates at any point. They say they attempted delivery 3 times but 2 of those times I was definitely home. Registered for their service to change delivery options but can't do that without an IssueNumber which you can only get from the delivery notice card which they never left. Emailed customer support who took days to respond each time and were not very helpful.

I wish you could give negative stars. The delivery driver gave my package to a random man in a random building that wasn’t even close to my name or my address. Then when I demanded they go retrieve my items they said it could take 8 business days for them to hear back from their driver and they might be able to get me my package! Absolutely deplorable! How they are still in business is mind blowing! They have no care for anyone’s things and every interaction with anyone working at UPS is horrendous!

Sitting here trying to find the words to describe UPS and I can't because the English words are not strong enough to describe this pathetic 'courier service' . Simply then , they are awful . I sent 4 packages last August . 2 were smashed and 2 lost ( eventually found 4 weeks later) For the damaged parcels they claimed I didn't package them correctly . Oh yes I did, as I always have with extra padding . You can see that there was a blunt impact on one side of the damaged packages. Even my customer witnessed them being pulled out from other a ton of other parcels in the UPS van . Not only did they 'pass the book' on the damages they also charged me for putting down the incorrect size . My sizes were out by 2 cm on one side and 9cm on the long side which was 30 inches in total . They also charged me an 'audit fee' and for their finale they sent the damaged frames back to me duplicating all their fines, penalty fees audit fees and surcharges. Amounted to about €200 . Needless to say I have been emailing and emailing and phoning and emailing but no response. Eventually I went on twitter and publicly described these events . This made them reply ok but they are just bog standard replies and each time its by a different person. Unfortunately I had left my credit card details on my account with UPS and they just helped themselves . So my advice for you going forward is to remove all details of your account from them ( thats if you really want to continue using their service) because as soon as something goes wrong they will rob you in cold daylight. I haven't let up on recovering these charges and I will continue to send public tweets until they refund me.

I made a order on line and then the next day it was cancelled because UPS said that there was no such address. Clearly the home address has been there for over 30 years and UPS can't figure out where it is. You look it up on google and surprise, surprise there it is.

Apple ship me a labtop. I was't home so they left me a slip saying I had to sign it. Find. I called them and they would not allow me to pick it up at the end of the day. I said I work I would not be home. Abrutly told me call Apple. Since Apple told them to leave it at the nearest UPS store. So I went to pick it up. They had the package but it wasn't in there system. Come back tomorrow. So I went back and then they wanted to charge me because it was not in there system.Thyat is a scam! If it is not in their system why did their driver attemp to deliver it in the first place. So I never received the package and they sent it back to Apple.bv

This company had my parcel for 2 weeks , when I tracked it said they would give me a delivery date soon , it said that for 2 weeks then they returned it to sender, not once did this company contact me, it was very stressful for me as it was pictures of my deceased dog , this added stress to my grief immensely…AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

No updates received. Was guaranteed delivery yesterday by ups customer service and nothing turned up. All of a sudden it turned up today with no notification. Customer service really poor. UPS, otherwise known as useless parcel service

Driver too lazy to ring buzzer at apartment complex since office was closed - although he still had access, left an update "sorry we missed you"- I work from home- - next day leaves a message package left at locker-actually left APPLE PAY CARD on desk! Replacement Pay Card!

I was told a package would be delivered today between 1145 and 1545 and so I booked a day off work and I waited in all day. In doing this I lost a day's business as I am a self employed tradesman. Nothing was delivered. In going onto their online tracking system their note says 'GB The receiver was not available at the time of the final delivery attempt. 2022-11-14 14:18:57' This is blatantly a lie. Phoned UPS who wouldn't give me a manager's name or a customer complaint number, just the generic customer service number. Awful service. They then phoned me this morning to again promise the package would be with me today. I gave them my neighbour's number to deliver to. again they failed to show up yet their tracking system says they attempted to deliver. Complete liars. The UK Ombudsman won't cover this type of retail service. I have lost money as the supplier (in China) says they faithfully handed over the goods to UPS. UPS are at fault here.

If I could give a zero, I would! UPS is the worst, the absolute worst. If I could choose not to use them, I would in a heartbeat! But I can’t choose what shipping services sellers use. I have had so many expensive parcels “lost” conveniently! Never the inexpensive items only things that could fetch a price. Their customer service is nonexistent and they genuinely don’t care. They lost an expensive camera and when I asked where it was, they said they handed it off but couldn’t provide confirmation that it was successfully handed off, and when I ask why not, I was told that it wasn’t their responsibility anymore and to deal with it!!

Utterly pitiful service. I live in a small block of apartments. UPS drivers will buzz to be let in the building, then leave a "sorry we missed you" card in your mailbox. This informs you that your parcel has been taken to a local store where you should go and collect it. Why should we as recipients that have paid for delivery take a 30-minute round trip because the driver couldn't be bothered to take the lift up a few floors? This is happening time and time again. I keep reporting it to UPS, but it does nothing. Customer service just says that they have mailed the "appropriate department". I was supposed to have a parcel delivered 11 days ago, still waiting. Dreadful customer service. I now avoid retailers that use UPS because it is so painful going through this every time.

UPS waste of time and money. 5 days delivery promised. 14 days later and still no delivery from UPS. No apologies from UPS. No answers from UPS. UPS = headaches and money wasting... Use the post service, it is quicker and cheaper
