Got a card through the door, said they attempted to deliver. Wasn't expecting a parcel so weren't home. Waited the next day for the next day delivery, nothing!!! Checked the tracking, it stated that we weren't home again!! Furious; as I stayed in waiting for the parcel. I can't create a sign up as it claims the user I'd I am choosing has already been used. Now I have tried nearly every possible combination of alphabetical letters and it still comes back with; user-id already used. Seriously!!!!! I am now stuck at home for another day despite the fact that I need to go fill my prescription.

Totally useless. When I see that UPS are going to "deliver" a parcel I fear the worst. Never attempt to bring anything to my house, just take it to a nearby drop-off location and never communicate what they've done. I dislike them, like really detest them.

The driver reported, "• Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point? for customer pick up." The driver should have left his calling card? None was found. I was at home all the time but a UPS van drive past the house at around the time of the stated failed delivery! I reviewed cctv footage but nothing entered through the gate. It appears that the driver is making it easy for himself and having an early finish. No details of the collection point was left. Now I should be paid by UPS to complete the drivers job. Fair is Fair. MKA

Pray you don't have to deal with the customs clearance advisors at UPS Brokerage. Unable to process simple documents, request the same documents over and over again, Hold your items and then demand storage fees for the privilege! Utterly clueless and calamitous. UPDATE: THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND IT IS EMPTY. THIS IS A HIGH VALUE ITEM THAT HAS BEEN LOST BY THE DISASTROUS UPS. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY APOLOGISED. I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT. ANOTHER UPDATE: UPS ARE NOW TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE STORAGE OF THE WATCH THEY STOLE/LOST. A DESPICABLE ORGANISATION RIGHT TO THE CORE

I would like to report one of your drivers: I booked a collection for 2 parcels for pick up yesterday. I happened to open my workshop door last evening and noticed your driver parked at the end of my drive. After 5 or so minutes i went outside again and noticed the van was still there as were my parcels ( heavy and large ) by my front door. I gestured for the van to come down the drive but nothing, I went further up the drive and gestured again to come down, again, nothing, so I went up to the end of the drive and opened my gate and went to speak to your driver, who opened the window but stayed in the van. When I asked her if she intended on coming down the drive and collecting my parcels she stated "Customers open the gate for me" I asked her name and she replied "Natasha, I own my name by the way"... I asked her surname which she refused to give .I opened the gate for her to come down the drive, she picked up the parcels, I gestured for her to hang on a moment as I need to speak to her, but she drove off dangerously up my drive at full speed without stopping. I am shocked and appalled at the rudeness and sheer lack of customer service. I noticed that she had also left a "Sorry we missed you note" in my post box. My parcels were clearly visible for her to collect but she obviously had no intention of getting out of her van and coming down our drive to collect. We may only be a small cog in your large company, but we will NOT be using you again, especially as you now have put your prices up and for what? Horrific customer service. SHOCKING! I shall be letting the handmade community know all about your terrible lack of customer care.

No Delivery, No Contact, No Apology – UPS? NOT FOR ME UPS - absolutely THE WORST delivery company EVER!!!!! Timeline:- Tues 23 Apr 19 - UPS send me an email notifying me that I have a parcel coming. It included the tracking number and my full address including complete postcode. Thur 25 Apr 19 - UPS send another email stating that my parcel will be delivered on Fri 26 Apr 19, no approx time given. Fri 26 Apr 19 - I waited in all day but alas no delivery or ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION from UPS. I track my parcel and find that apparently the "apartment number is either missing or incorrect". So I am expected to believe that after this parcel had been scanned 14 TIMES by UPS and was "out for delivery", it was only then noticed that the "apartment number is either missing or incorrect?" I live in a house by the way and UPS successfully delivered to my home on 18 March 2019 and it was sent by the same company!!!! UPS made absolutely no effort to contact the sender or me. Mon 29 Apr 19 - I phoned UPS and was told by a very rude woman that part of my postcode was missing, my parcel will delivered on Tues 30 Apr 19 before 11.30am, and then said goodbye and hung up. So thank you UPS for providing such a delightful delivery service, I can honestly say that it is one that I will find very hard to forget - for all the wrong reasons!!!

Driver pulled up at my gate which was unlocked. He didnt try to open it. Shoved card through the letterbox and drove off. I was running towards him to stop him but he was seconds and gone. Now its impossible to speak to anyone at ups. The driver left the parcel at a pick up point. Not the nearest to me. I have no idea when another attempt will be made. I will be recomending that the firm I bought the goods from stop using ups.

Would get them 0 rating if I could. I purchased an item with Philips (sadly using UPS), nominated an UPS pick up point closes to my home. Couple of days later I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered, but somewhere else. No explanation whatsoever. I have contacted customer service (email) and asked them to re-deliver to the nominated address or to my home address as the place was very inconvenient for me to go and pick up. Never heard back. Because it was a birthday present I did go wherever the UPS delivered the present with ID as suggested. So I thought I have done everything I should and could in that situation. I arrived, with my tracking number in UPS email only to find out that the shop wouldnt give me my parcel. Why? Because the shop had an issue with their system and the parcel actually said 'Null Null' instead of my name and they couldnt verify my address either, because the parcel said the address I nominated when ordering, rather than the address they delivered it to. Spent 1 hour (2 phone calls) talking to UPS customer service to be told by their reps that it is not their fault they cannot verify me and that I WAS COMMITTING A FRAUD(!!!) trying to get my parcel. The most shocking treatment ever received from customer service!! They blamed me for the shop not being able to verify my identity despite following instructions as I should. When asked how is it my fault they delivered it elsewhere I was told there is nothing they can do and I have to ask the place I purchased the item to ask them to re-deliver. That would have happend 4-5 days later. 3 days after the birthday party. I spoke to Philips after this and informed them who they partner with and asked for refund. Had to ask my partner, on the day of his birthday, to drive me to Argos so I can get him his birthday present! Yaaay!!! PS: Week later, I still havent heard back from UPS re my a) redirect email, b)complaint email. The bottomline: Businesses, dont use UPS as they are letting your business down. Customers, avoid UPS and save yourself money and a great amount of frustration and upset!

Awful service, very rude delivery man. Ended up refusing delivery. Retailer lost the sale by using UPS - they need to bear in mind that the delivery is a part of the shopping experience!

Disgusting company! Charged sneaky massive additional handling fees to my paypal account without contacting me to let me know or explain why. I only found out by checking my bank account. My item was properly described, not a restricted item, very well packaged and definitely not over weight or oversized. When I contacted them to complain I was just sent a generic email saying they don't refund handling fees. Will definitely avoid these thieves in the future.

Received confirmation for delivery of important order for 1st Feb. Took day off work as I had to sign. Never arrived and received a mail at 9.17pm pn 1st feb saying delivery would now be 2nd Feb. Contacted UPS early on 1st Feb but auto-response said 'will contact you in 24 hours' ....not much use to me. Had to take a second day off work on 2nd Feb and delivery eventually arrived. I complained to UPS and their response was rubbish. Their notification system is useless, impossible to get a correct update and their level of customer service is 0/10

Good company but if you miss a delivery 3 times. You try to ring up to re arrange a different option it takes ages to get through and then the person at the customer service end can't understand you properly.

AVOID! First parcel I’ve send through UPS arrived broken. It was a heavy large box with FRAGILE tape all around. Second one never arrived, my brother, who was waiting for the parcel, has been told that the driver broke the item and that’s it, he didn’t report to anyone, and if my brother hasn’t been told that it was broken we would be still waiting for the parcel to arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
